Make sure your tour with good driver to get goot tour and safe and also make sure your guide that accompany you during the trek,Kadek is good driver and nyoman is best guide ever,will get it again next year

The hike was definitely worth it for the view you got. The people who made the trip possible were super nice and helpful. Especially our driver Agoesp was great! On the way to a coffee plantation he told us a lot about Bali’s culture and answered all our questions. Besides, he was always waiting for us to make sure we get back to our hotel safe. We recommend doing the sunrise hike!

Fact is: Nature doesn’t care about tourists 😂. After 1,5 hour exhausting hiking we reached the top and saw nothing else than clouds. But at the end it doesn’t matter whether you could see the sunrise or not, it was absolutely worth doing it. We had a great guide who always motivated me with a kind „you can do it“, he really cared a lot that we get safe up and also down. For the record: Don’t forget to bring some warm cloth and a rain jacket otherwise you will freeze your ass off, on the top you have a strong wind mixed with drizzling rain. The locals up the there offer you blankets for rent for 50k 🙈

Great hike with an awesome view! Katut (our guide for the hike) was great bringing us up the hike at our desired speed and cooked us a lovely breakfast in the volcano itself!

Hike to Mount Batur was fun. It took us 1h to get to the summit. Wonderful view on top. Pickup was at 3 am. Start hike was at 4 am. Tour finished around 9 am. I think everybody in good health can do the tour. You don’t have to be a sports junky. Our driver Arta was very friendly with good English. Arta also offered to go to Hot spring or coffee plantation.

enjoyed the whole experience I would highly recommend this to other travellers, the transportation to and from each place was exceptional then when you got to each spot you were greeted with a warm welcome the whole experience was truly amazing , I forgot to mention the guide up the mountain went above and beyond his role very comforting.

The mount Batur sunrise trek was absolutely amazing; our driver Arta, picked us up from Canggu at 1:30am and drove us to Mount Batur started point. We thought that our guide, rantia, was really patient and helpful, especially since I wasn’t the fastest walker, and we both engaged in good conversation with him, which was lovely. The climb took an hour and a half and was doable, even though I’m not particularly fit, but I would definitely suggest wearing trainers or hiking shoes. We loved seeing the monkeys come up from the crater to eat breakfast, and the view was genuinely so breathtaking; I would recommend this to anyone.

The trek was amasing and the view was worth it!! Two breakfast was served, one before trekking at igloo glamping , the other one on the top of mount batur. Hiking guide rantia was very amiable in guiding and helping us up and down the volcano batur. Overall very good experience! The coffee plantation site is only for some coffee and drinks testing, plus souvenir buying, We show really a lot of coffee plants and so interested.

We had a amazing time Trekking We had a fabulous time hiking up Mt. Batur and ending the day at the Hot Springs. The scenery up top was breath taking and nothing beats soothing your tired legs then immersing yourself at the natural and picturesque hot springs situated by the lake. To top it off, our guide, Rantia and driver Jero Wi were exceptional and attentive to our family. This is a highly recommended service provider with dedicated staff that handled the entire excursion.

Me and my friends had a verry nice Trip! The way up can be exhausting, but the view was totally worth it!! Our tour guide Katut is a verry friendly and nice person. He makes beautiful photos and he gave us all the time we needed. The breakfast was nice and gave us enough energy to climb around the rest of the Mountain. Great greetings to Katut, he made the best trip possible.

Mupu did a good job driving us and guiding us up Mt Batur. He is a very easy going guy. The walk itself was steep but in the end the sunrise made it all worth it. Be aware that it get cold up there and it is very humid!

After reading several reviews online we knew that taking part in this hike was something we had to do during our time in Bali. We were picked up promptly from our hotel at around 2am and were driven right to the volcano site. Our guide Ketut met us there and gave us torches (myself a head torch and my partner a hand held torch) and hiking sticks (which were definitely needed). Neither my partner or I are experienced hikers and we would describe our fitness level as average so we were apprehensive about what to expect as reviews on the difficulty of the trek seemed to vary. For us I would say it was challenging but definitely doable and worth it! I began to struggle once we reached the halfway point when climbing up as my trainers did not have enough grip for the varied surfaces and I very nearly had a panic attack however Ketut completely saved the trip. He stopped as many times as I needed and held my hand the rest of the way up and all the way down. He even carried my jumper and jacket in his backpack for me when I started to overheat - he was so considerate and so patient, I know that I would not of made it to the top without him. There were others on the hike at the same time and we watched as their guides left them to struggle through parts of the hike but Ketut was very attentive and it was clear that our safety was his priority. We made it to the top in time for sunrise which was beautiful but completely worth it. Ketut provided a breakfast of boiled eggs, banana sandwiches and fruit, there were also hot drinks available to purchase. Ketut allowed us to have time to ourselves to enjoy the views and then showed us some of the hot spring points on the mountain. He also took the most amazing pictures of us from every angle possible so we have been left with fantastic memories. In conclusion I would definitely recommend this tour and I hope that you have Ketut as your guide! He truly made things both safe and special.

Worth every step!! Ketut was our trek guide and he was an encouraging, knowledgeable, and fun guide. Couldn’t have asked for a better guide on this breathtaking journey. I’d recommend Ketut for any trek!

Our local guide Katut was a huge help taking us up the volcano. He was so nice to us going up and down, always watching out for us. He also gave us blankets and warm drinks along with breakfast. Really great local guide!

We had a great and seamless experience booking with Kadek. Our driver (his little brother, Mangun!) picked us up in a private car right on time and was very friendly and accommodating. We drove 2 hours to the starting point of Mount Batur and was greeted by our guide, Ketut. Ketut is a well experienced and down to earth tour guide who was always willing to assist and pace our speed to reach the summit in time without having to wait too long in the cold. Sunrise was at 6.30am and we were amazed by the clear weather and creeping warmth! After seeing the sunrise, Ketut took us to see the hot steams coming out of certain areas in the summit and explained clearly how they would boil eggs under the rocks, collect hot water, etc for the small shops on top using the steams. We then descended and Mangun efficiently drove us back to our hotel earlier than schedule and we were able to continue with the rest of our day without any hassle. Recommend to all travelers to book their tours with Kadek for a good value and superior quality service tour.

Very early morning start for the long drive from Seminyak to the start point. Tips make sure you go to the toilet before you start the hike as you can't go till you get back. Take your own head torch as this keeps your hand free. All terrain runners work well. Don't take too much with you, water. Breakfast is provided Bread egg Bread or Bread Banana Bread. Hot chocolate is available to purchase and fruit and chocolates with breakfast as well as boiled eggs. Take a lightweight warm jacket for the top as its cold. You meet at the bottom start point where you are greeted by your guide. Our guide was Raphi and he was a great guide and a really nice guy. The walk has a mixture of terrain sand, rock, loose dirt. You will need a reasonable level of fitness to make it in time for Sunrise. The sunrise and the vista is amazing and will last in your memories forever. Must do in Bali!!!!

This was one of our favourite days in Bali! Our driver Mangus picked us up on time, he was very informative and got us there safely through the mountain roads. My partner and I were changing hotels and Mangus was not only ok with dropping us off in a different location but he also kept our baggage safe in the van during the hike! When we arrived at the base we were greeted with tea fruits and smiles. They offered us water and a toilet before we started our hike! They also provided us with flash lights. Our tour guide was Rapi and he was AMAZING! We began the hike at 4am and reached the top in an hour... my partner and I are pretty experienced hikers but he offered to stop frequently to take breaks and make sure we were keeping hydrated. When we reached the top Rapi made us tea and breakfast! After the sunrise he offered to take photos of us and walk us around both sides of the ridge to see the crater, hot steam, beautiful viewpoints and monkeys! We were so lucky to have him as he was also very informative and just an all around nice guy! He made us feel very comfortable during the hike up and down. I would highly recommend this guided tour to anyone visiting Bali! Thank you Rapi!

Ripa was amazing, really enjoyed our selves, even though our legs r killing today.. The drivers where on time and showed us around. Would recommend any day.

The young guide Buana was excellent. Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the volcano and he takes the best photos. We were lucky to get great weather up there. Definitely requires a degree of fitness

Mangun was our driver, very punctual and picked us ip from Kuta on time and we reach to the point by 3.30am Nice, humble and young at heart personality with great English skills. Keep it up mate, one of the best guys i have ever dealt with.

My girlfriend and I had a great hike to the summit of Mount Agung with Kadek as our guide. We were given two options for the hike during the booking process. 1) A climb from Pasar Agung to the top (3.5 hours), or 2) a climb from Besakih Temple to the top (6 hours). We chose the shorter hike and I'm glad we did - we're both pretty fit, and the climb was really demanding. Really enjoyable experience with beautiful views, but don't underestimate how physically difficult the climb (and descent!) are. Kadek collected us from our hotel in Sidemen at 2am (exactly as promised), and we reached the summit just in time for sunrise at around 6am. He supplied us with gloves and head torches, and provided breakfast and a hot drink at the summit. Kadek was an awesome guide to have with us - great English and plenty of interesting facts about the volcano, Bali and Indonesia. I've heard that some guides do little more than lead you up the trail. Don't hesitate to book through Kadek if you'd like to get the most out of your hike. Thanks for getting us up and down safely!

They were simply not picked up without any information, insufficient! To date, no response from the organizer. Luckily, money was refunded via Paypal

Il ne s’est même pas présenté nous avons attendus 3h à la réception envoyé des messages appeler il n’a même pas dénigré répondre que ce soit à mes appel qu’au appel du service client. Nous avions attendu 3h depuis 1h du matin. Une déception ! Ne vous faites pas avoir s’il vous plaît! Ne pensions vivre une superbe expérience vu les commentaires mais non. Nous avons gâché une journée du temps et de l’argent. Nous attendons encore le remboursement.
