Our driver Gustu picked us up directly from our hotel. He was super friendly, drove very safely and comfortably, and really took his time with us. He even walked up a small hill with us to take some amazing photos. Throughout the entire tour, he explained everything in detail and made sure we had a great experience. It was a wonderful experience with our jeep driver Jero. The sunste was very nice even though a few clouds were in the sky (it made it even more beautiful). The jeep ride there was very fun. Going through the small villages first and then through the black lava. Then we walked for about 10-15 min to a higher point. From there we took a lot of sunset pictures. Coming back to the jeep our Jeep driver took very nice fotos and videos

We booked the Mount Batur Sunset Jeep Tour and it was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to our driver, Aji. He picked us up right on time and drove confidently through the winding mountain roads, making us feel safe the entire way. Aji was friendly, professional, and clearly experienced with the route, guiding us to the best viewpoints for photos. We arrived at the perfect time to watch the sunset over Mount Batur, and the colors were absolutely stunning. Aji made sure we had plenty of time to take photos and soak in the views before heading back. He was patient, communicative, and went out of his way to make sure everyone in our group was comfortable throughout the whole tour. The jeep itself was in great condition, and the whole experience felt well organized from start to finish. If you book this tour, definitely ask for Aji as your driver — he made the trip truly special. Highly recommend!

Murti and Puspita were amazing! They were brilliant, kind, carling and really made the experience amazing. This is simply a must, the hike is hard if you a beginner but the feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment once you reach the top is incredible the payoff is the majestic view and watching the sunrise there's really nothing like it.

the view is great but bring a jacket as it can be cold in the moutain with winds. the driver give us some facemasks and it was a good idea, because there is so much dust in the air. the driver was helpful with pictures.

My wife and I did the Mount Batur Sunset Jeep Tour during our honeymoon and got paired with Gustu as our driver/guide. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Gustu was super friendly from the start and made the whole tour feel very relaxed and personal. On the way up he stopped and got us some drinks and local snacks, which was a really nice touch. Throughout the afternoon he shared a lot of information about Mount Batur, the volcanic landscape, local life, and the surrounding area. You could tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and likes sharing it with visitors. For the sunset itself it was a bit cloudy, but Gustu took some amazing photos and videos of my wife and me on my iPhone. As someone who usually ends up with either selfies or badly framed photos, this was much appreciated! What stood out most was that we never felt rushed. After sunset we stayed up there for a while chatting with Gustu and another guide while enjoying the view before heading back down. It felt less like a standard tour and more like spending an evening with locals who were happy to share their corner of Bali with us. If you’re lucky enough to get Gustu as your guide, you’re in good hands. Thanks for helping make one of the highlights of our honeymoon even more memorable.

Highly recommend this team! Both our main driver (Gede) and our jeep driver (Murti) were incredibly polite, professional, and ensured our comfort from start to finish. It was a long journey, but our driver handled the roads perfectly, making us feel completely safe and keeping us right on schedule. Our jeep driver was also fantastic and proactive in helping us take great photos. Exceptional service all around—thank you!

Driver crashed his car within 10 minutes of leaving our accommodation, meaning we did NOT get to participate on this trip. The agency said that they would give us a full refund for not being able to provide a service. We then booked for the hotel to pick us up and take us to Mount Batur, which we paid 800k IDR ourselves for on top of the £72.40 initially charged by this agency and we had to wait 40 minutes where their driver crashed their car. I do not recommend this agency, this is the first non 5 star review I have written.

We had a fantastic experience with Komang. He maximised our time by taking us to the solidified black lava and sand fields in poor weather. He even went above and beyond with photos, videos and provided an umbrella to stay dry. Would strongly recommend.

Very nice activity. The transport from and to the hotel went very nice and smooth with Bagus as our driver. The activity itself was interesting and the views were very nice, even if the weather wasn't perfect. The lava rocks was our personal favorite and the guide driving the jeep was very informative! Would definitely recommend this!

Incredibly awesome! My private driver came at the time and was lovely and cheerful we went for one hour drive to the base then another driver picked me up to the viewpoint. Kadek was my driver and my photographer who took great videos and photos and was checking on me while driving making sure Im okay & reassured. Highly recommend it!

From start to finish, this jeep tour was absolutely incredible. Our driver was not only skilled and confident on the off-road tracks, but also super friendly and full of local knowledge. We felt safe the entire time, even on the bumpy and steep sections, which made it easy to just relax and enjoy the views. The sunrise (or morning views, if you want to tweak that) was unreal – watching the landscape light up from the back of the jeep was something I’ll never forget. We stopped at several beautiful viewpoints, and the guide always made sure everyone had enough time for photos and to really take it all in, without feeling rushed. The organisation was smooth: pick-up on time, clear communication, and cold water/snacks available. Small details, but they made a big difference. If you’re considering booking this tour: do it. It’s one of those experiences that really turns a trip from “nice” into “unforgettable.” Highly recommended.
