I rented a car for a week in the Ubud area. We contacted each other in advance on WhatsApp and discussed the availability of cars and prices. At the place I was met in a friendly way, they treated me with Baltic bananas and told me the nuances of driving on the island. We hired a car for 10 days to travel around Bali. The car was delivered and waiting at the airport on arrival. It was a new car that was very reliable and perfect for the conditions in Bali. Even though I asked them about renting a car just a day before (in the afternoon), the next morning the car was delivered to my hotel. The guy was very nice and explained everything. Initially I rented the car for 5 days, but when I later asked if I can extend for 3 more days, there were no issues, I just paid for 3 days extra. I also returned the car at a different location (rented in Ubud, returned at the airport) with no problems. Great company to rent from, easy communication, nice poeple. Made Surisna and his team are professional and experienced drivers. I have used Bali Cheap Cars on many occasions. Most recently he drove me and my friends to Menjangan. He was amazing. We rented a car for four days to get around Vali. The rental process was very simple, we did it all via WhatsApp. They brought the car to the hotel and picked it up where we told them to. The car was in good condition and ran perfectly. We definitely recommend this company.

Madé is a great driver and will take excellent care of you! My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary with a two week trip to Bali. It was our first time in Indonesia and on this island. Madé picked us up at the start of our journey and returned us to the airport in Denpasar. He drove us first to a villa in Ubud. He speaks English so it is easy to communicate with him. We would go over our itinerary for the next day and decide what time we would need Madé to drive us places and the destinations we were headed. Our itinerary took us to many areas of Bali and included: Ubud, Sideman, Padang Bai, Seririt, Menjangan, and a return to Ubud. Madé was very knowledgeable about the Balinese culture, the traditions and the historical/cultural sites. Some of our activities during this trip were scuba diving, snorkeling, taking a batik and an Indonesian cooking class, a tour of Tirta Gangga Water Garden, and our favorite - a visit to Besakih, the largest and holiest Hindu temple complex on the island. Madé is reliable, competent and eager to assist. We would highly recommend this driver!

We took a Sunday trip with a driver Giok. It was a real immersion into the life of the island. Giok showed us nice spots, told us many interesting stories, advised a restaurant with a great view to the rice terraces. Unfortunately the weather was rainy and there were huge traffic jams during the way. So we couldn't manage to visit Lovina. Hope we can make it next time when come to Bali. We hired the private tour guide for 3 whole days while staying in Ubud, and It was the best decision ever. Our guide, Kadek Dinata, was exceptional! He gave us great recommendations, he taught us so many things about the culture and temples, and made us feel so safe and comfortable. Couldn't recommend it enough. Also, the company is very professional, they reply quickly and the car was quite new and clean.

Everything was excellent. Kadek Dinata is an amazing guide, we learned a lot about Bali and its culture. He is also a very kind person, always willing to help us with pictures and a very good driver. He showed us around Ubud for 3 days, and we couldn't have asked for a better person. My favourite part was the Springwater temple and the rice terraces. I totally recommend this experience.

Best company in Bali, we cannot recommend it enough. First we thought about renting a car and driving ourselves, everything was easily planned and the company was incredibly helpful every step of the way. After a small incident, which was not a problem thanks to the kindness and help from the owner of the company, we decided to go with our guide Kadek, and we couldn’t have been luckier. We adapted our idea of the trip with Kadek’s recommendations and had an even better trip than we had imagined. We learnt so much about the Balinese way of life, had the best laughs and conversations, the best food at his recommended local spots and saw the most beautiful sights. Kadek understood perfectly what we liked and adapted the tour to what we looked for and was very flexible every step of the way. Also, we must add that his driving was fantastic, making us feel very safe all the time. We did a tour to Pura Tirta Empul, viewpoint of Mt. Batur and Danau Batur and Ubud. It was amazing. We saw beautiful places. Our Guide explained us a lot.
