We travelled with 2K's Travel to the IOW for a 5 night stay. This was the first time I've travelled with this company and I can't recommend them enough! They were extremely well organised, two trips were included in the holiday with another optional trip, we did them all. Karen the coach driver is fabulous, so friendly and extremely helpful. The company moto is 'enter as strangers -leave as friends' this is so true, we met loads of lovely people on this trip. This definitely won't be our last trip with 2K's Travel Would I recommend this company - YES, most definitely

The booking was easy and quick. All preparations was emailed and useful for beginner like us. The session was ontime and in English & Indonesian. Our Coach -Morgan passionately thought us and motivate us during 2 hours. We definitely will come back again. Btw, they have house photographer with very good shots and freely for us. Thanks!

Such a fun morning!! We had a 6 and 8 year old with us who were allocated a coach each, and were looked after so well. They both had the best day, the coaches were supportive, engaging, friendly and made sure the kids were safe and caught heaps of waves. Couldn’t recommend more!

This can be highly recommended. The instructor Ganji is among the best, I am sure. The instructor was patient, funny, and highly useful. The instructor helped us get some water when we were having our break, and also helped with the payment of it. We were sat outside for another hour after the course, talking with the instructor about life in Bali. The location, Kuta beach, is good for surfing, but is littered with trash, people trying to sell goods and commodoties, and pickpockets. UP2U surfing took some great pictures with their in-house photographer for free. You can be rest assured that your valuables are safe with UP2U surfing. The instructor Ganji, is very experienced, and best suited for someone who is looking for high-value professional guidance.

My friend and I met another woman at a temple in Ubud who was saying good things about surf lessons that she did in Kuta. She shared the company name with us, so we decided to go to Kuta for a few days and book lessons which we're very happy we did! Both of us are beginners but within the 2 lessons we took, we were able to catch waves and practice turning on waves. The instructor was attentive, helpful and gave outstanding feedback. I like the organization of the entire process - from the emails that confirmed our booking to the lessons themselves and the photos/videos that were taken were incredible. I plan to return to Kuta for more lessons before leaving Bali this month - I highly suggest checking this out!

Very professional. Great lesson. Great conditions to learn. Highly recommend booking early to secure your spot. Being a towel and change of clothes for after.

Had a great experience with UP2U Surf School. Easy communication before my trip, very good price and well organized on the spot - got the rashers and the surfboard and straight to the beach. Some beach practice when all was explained and then straight to the water. The instructor was nice and went along with our progress. All in all a very nice experience. Definitely recommend.

My son had a fantastic time. His coach was patient and encouraging. He has taken group surfing lessons in the past and did much better with the personal attention he received. Would definately recommend this to anyone, especially those with kids.

Or instructor was great, we had so much fun, he had us standing up in no time , with lots of pointers on ways to improve. We had lots of photos taken by their photographer as well. A great visual reminder of the fun had.

Fantastic. My wife and I had never surfed before and we were given expert advice from UP2U. Would highly recommend these guys if you want to learn to ride the waves.

Well organised and professional. Watched a safety video before attending which was reinforced before we went in the water. Shame we are too old and stiff to get up. Learnt the technique and now just need to practice. Two hours was plenty of time to learn and practice a new skill. Thanks to Prima for his patience.

Paul and his team were really amazing! This is the first time for my family to take surfing lessons and didn't really know what to expect. It was my husband and 3 daughters. They all had a blast and learned a lot. Paul showed us the pictures he took during the lesson and also provided feedback for each and single one of them. The lesson itself was priceless, adding the feedback made it the best deal ever. I definitely recommend everyone I know to take this lesson when they visit Bali. Paul, we definitely will be back for more when we visit Indonesia next time.

We very much enjoyed our experience with Up2U! both beginners and our instructor Morgan was incredibly friendly, chill, and professional. The beach was crowded but beautiful and Up2U’s equipment and facility was very accommodating. The staff were kind and thoughtful as well.

The surf lesson was excellent. The surf school ist very good Organized. The online booking works without problems. They inform you about surf times and wind condition and support you with the direction. Very helpful contact and friendly people. You can come put your valuables in a safe. They provide sirf shirts and they take pictures of the participants what was very great. All in all a very hoof experience and a in our opionion better option to learn surfing than rent a surf board on the beach promenade

My 2 friends and I did a 2h lesson together. It was really good. Good explanations, good material and super good teacher. It was our 1st time, so 2 hours was way enough.

Two 18 year old Kids were happy 😆. Price was good, place easy to find. The guy outside charges parking for drop off which is not nice

Last Wednesday, my partner and I booked a semi-private surf lesson for beginners and this is actually my first time learning how to surf. The booking process was so easy and Paul (I assume that he is the owner) sent me all the information, guides, and instructions to follow. That morning, he introduced me to Pei, one of the coaches. Our instructor is really nice, humble, and funny. He speaks really good English and knows exactly how to make me calm because I tend to be panicking when the wave is coming after me and he is really good at noticing if you do things the wrong way (he will immediately notice and will teach you the right technique). After 3-4 failed attempts, I can finally stand up on top of my board and IT WAS AMAZING because I don't have any expectation to actually stand up on top of the board and riding the waves that long ON MY VERY FIRST LESSON! Don't worry about big waves, because for beginner level, the waves won't be too high (you can stand up as well and the water will be around your waist or neck, I am 158 cm btw). My semi-private class is 2 hours long, and they provide us the board and locker room. There are also showers and toilets that you can use. And Miss Emilia, one of their staff will accompany you to the beach and will take your photos and videos. I think this is important to mention because some of you might travel alone and too shy to ask other people for help to take a picture for your memory in Bali. If you are in Bali and would like to learn to surf, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Up2Surf Team. They are really professional and I believe you will not have any communication problems. I definitely will be coming back next week for my 2nd lesson with them! :D

I had a great time learning to surf at up2u surf school. Started of with limited knowledge and surf experience but after 8 sessions I felt confident on a hard board. I had so much fun and will be back soon.

The staff was really responsive within a short turnaround time. The trainer and the pre-material they send before the surfing session was really helpful. Highly recommended for beginners.

After almost 2 years living in Bali, finally, I tried to surf! It was so fun, exciting, and tired at the same time but all worth it when I finally can stand on the board. Thank you up2u surf school :)

First day We arrived and we walked out to the beach, and learn about the theory for a bit, practice on the land first, and directly went to the water. At first the have literally no idea what to do, but the instructor teach us really nice and patience. This first day was amazing, I definitely need to do more practice (I sign up for the 2nd day of practice here) but at least at the end of the session, I can already stand properly. really well managed professional surf school , from the quick and clear communication up to the very useful online tutorials and the super friendly and dedicated staff. I recommend this Surfing School a lot ! For a really good price, you are getting a team of experienced instructors, good quality equipment, water, sunscreen, photo/video relation, very useful tutorials on their website and of course a lots of fun !

I had a really great time today taking a semi private lesson with Paul and his team. The session was super easy and fun to understand even though this is our first time ever trying out surfing, they gave you online lessons with videos too! That really helped me prepare for the day. They also took pictures of us and gave us some really great tips in catching waves. I would 10/10 recommend this surf school as the price is so affordable in exchange of a super great session!

We booked a beginner course for 2 hours as a fun activity for my son's birthday and it was a mega success. The teacher super well with infinite patience. We were laughing a lot. Highly recommended. We are already 59 years old and it still went great 😉😌
