The Lempuyang Temple has so many uniqueness apart from being one of the most sacred and highest temple in Bali. Its most famous spot for picture taking is at the Gates of Heaven. Make sure you are fit during the day of the tour because there will be a bit of hiking in the process. Be cautious of the things you need to prepare for this tour. Be there early in the morning, when the air is still fresh and get a blessing from the priest for a purification of the soul ceremony. When you reached the Gates of Heaven, make sure you get the right spot for taking a selfie. Be physically ready to hike up the mountain. Take some water with you and have breakfast ahead of time. Finally, obey the rules because this is a holy place.
Tirta Gangga is a palace and water garden from a former palace that was built in 1946 by the former king of Karangasem. The former king himself indeed was the architect of the beautiful water gardens of the palace with a very unique mix of design. Using a mixture of Balinese and Chinese influences in the garden designs, the water garden has three separate complexes with ponds and water towers. Things to do at Tirta Gangga is to enjoy the beautiful gardens and water, especially big lotus flower blossoms, admire the fountain of Nawa Sanga with huge kois and jump on the stepping stones that goes around the water garden.

This tour was worth doing - the Gates of Heaven temple is absolutely stunning as is the water palace! John our tour guide was AMAZING - he was very informative along the way giving us extra information and pointing out things to look out at! He was kind and attentive. Would 10/10 recommend this tour and John for anyone’s time in Bali!
We started our tour super early to beat Bali morning traffic. Our tour guide was super great and we had a great day! ***Please note at the Gates of Heaven Sorongs are required and women’s shoulders do have to be covered. They do have Sorongs at the entrance.

We really liked this tour! It was amazing and we got to click so many pictures. Our tour guide/driver BAWA was great! He was very polite and friendly. And he also clicked amazingg pictures of us at great spots. Very happy with our tour. Would recommended people to leave a bit earlier for this tour as the Gate of Heaven spot does take the majority of the time due to a Kong queue.

No water, no lunch, no wifi in the car were included and I paid for the higher price! Otherwise the programmes were mostly as promised and nice, expect the Lotus lagoon where the driver just stopped on the road and we jumped out of the car to take 1 picture. I don’t understand why you promise something that is not included.
I loved the temple, even though a bit crowded the view of Agung mountain was worth it! The photos included with entry tickets turned out beautiful! Also thanks to the best guide Wira!
Gate of heaven is amazing and we got a lot of nice photo with thus. I recommended to try at least one time in your life to visit Bali.
Very good trip especially if you love snorkelling. Everything was planned out for you by staff and the driver making everything super easy and straight forward. Our driver Wira was really nice and because the drive is a little long from where we were staying, he let us play our own music which was great. I would say bring a towel, a hairbrush and a change of clothes for this trip, also maybe something to do when you get to the gates of heaven as the wait can be a bit long. Very good tour and would love to go again!
It said all inclusive but I had to pay for the entrance of each place. Driver was kind and he assisted in taking us where we wanted to go for the Instagram tour.

It was a lovely trip to explore some of the must-see attractions in Bali near Ubud. Our driver, Nova, was very friendly and helpful! The highlight of the trip was definitely the Gates of Heaven. We opted in for the all-inclusive entry ticket option without lunch.

The places of the tours didn’t meet my expectations. For this price I would expect also lunch included or a lower price. The tour guide was nice and did his best. But I didn’t really enjoy this specific temple (overrated) and Virgin beach and so on. Maybe the volcano tour would’ve been a better choice, but this is of course just my personal view.

Good places to visit but the entrances are not included. You have to pay everything aditional. Nyoman is very nice but the communication in english is hard.
Went to Lempuyang temple (called : gate of heaven) , Tirta tangga , Virgin beach and Tengah an pegringsingan. There are many place to visited but it's worth because can saw a real beautiful panorama. Has a good photo taken by Nyoman. He is a profesional driver. Excellence program Thanks a lot!

Visited Lempuyang temple as one of four spots in our tour. The temple has stunning gates. I am so lucky because had an iconic photo with beautiful blue sky and white cloud. Love this place, feel blessed and peaceful. Continued to visit tirta gangga, virgin beach and the favorite one is tenganan pegringsingan. Nyoman told me an interesting information about the history. There’s authentic house and lots of wooden craft. Very natured. It’s worth to visit Recommend him!
Gede pande was our guide/driver this day to the east of Bali. He arrives on time at our hotel and gave us a good feeling from the beginning. The guide gave us many (side) information about Bali and the trip, english was very good. We really enjoyed the day and have seen some nice spots, even one which was originally not included in the trip!! Had a good time on our trip yesterday. We visited Lempuyang temple, Tirta gangga, Virgin beach and the last one is Tenganan village. We learnt a lot about the temples in different sight. This is my first time in Bali and I had an amazing experience in this private tour! Special shout out to our guide Gede Sugita! He planned everything accordingly for us and is very detail oriented. Along the way, he showed us many beautiful places in Bali as well as explaining culture and food of Bali! If you're traveling to Bali, hit this guy up! Btw, if you're looking forward to take some lit photos in Bali, he's photography skill will not disappoint!
Nova our taxi driver for the day was very pleasant. He allowed us to travel around Bali and explained the different places we visited. He also gave us the freedom to stay together at certain times. However, we did not take the “tourist” photos because of too much waiting but our guide was able to find beautiful places to take photos of us all the same and he is a very good photographer! He introduced us to a very good restaurant for lunch after the visit. We highly recommend Nova and this activity!
This used to be a really great trip. Nyoman (our guide) was very entertaining and always strives for our well-being. He was also always very patient, gave us a lot of time and took great photos. A very nice and warm person. We can recommend Nyoman to anyone with a clear conscience.
