Our guide, Mur was absolutely outstanding; not only he did consistently arrive ahead of schedule, but he was also a skilled photographer who knew exactly where to capture the best shots.Mur was deeply thoughtful and attentive. As I am visually depicted and have difficulty walking, he made sure to take my hand and lead me whenever we encountered potentially hazardous areas. I am deeply grateful for such kindness and consideration.

I was fortunate to have Netra as my driver and guide during my recent visit to Bali, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Netra is kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in sharing his beautiful island with visitors . He took me to wonderful places, including temples, museums and lovely spots away from the usual tourist crowds. What made my experience particularly special was getting to know Netra. . He is also an artist, and as an artist myself, I especially enjoyed our conversations about art, Balinese culture, and everyday life in Bali. He also explained the stories and symbolism behind the Balinese art we saw together, which made the experience even more meaningful. He was always patient, flexible, and accommodating, never making me feel rushed. He is a very careful and safe driver. His car is always I. excellent condition. On my final day, he helped me enjoy a leisurely journey to the airport, with stops along the coast and a beautiful sunset dinner in Jimbaran. It was the perfect ending to my Bali adventure. I highly recommend Netra as your driver.

From the very start, he was incredibly punctual and arrived EARLY every single day but very patient and allowed us to finish our breakfast. Throughout the entire day, Kawi was very kind, polite, and extremely attentive, always making sure to open the doors for us at every single stop. He went above and beyond by taking beautiful pictures of our group, ensuring we captured great memories from our trip. What we appreciated most was his reliability—whenever an excursion was over, he was always right there and easy to find, so we never had to wait around. Fantastic. All days were all full of different things to do and see. Our driver Surya was brilliant, very knowledgeable and really lovely, becoming one of the group. You get your own car, no sharing with other groups. All admission fees are included in price as is the food, which we were pleasantly surprised with. Best way to see Bali, as the roads are so busy you don't want to drive yourself

We had a wonderful experience discovering Bali over five days! From the beginning, the itinerary was very well planned, the organization and logistics were handled smoothly, and we were able to see and experience many beautiful parts of Bali. On the first day, the car provided was unfortunately quite old and not as clean as we expected. However, when we raised the issue with the company, they responded quickly and arranged another car for us without any difficulty. We really appreciated how promptly and professionally they handled our request. A very special thank you to our driver, Made Wena, who really contributed to making our holiday such a great experience. Wena was friendly, helpful, patient, and an excellent driver. Bali traffic can be quite challenging — and sometimes truly amazing! 😄 — but Wena handled it with great skill and patience. On a few occasions, we spent considerably more time in traffic than expected, especially on the way back to our hotel. Wena remained calm and patient throughout, which we really appreciated. We always felt safe and well looked after. We would highly recommend Made Wena to anyone wanting to discover Bali. His professionalism, driving skills, patience, and helpful attitude made a real difference to our trip. We would also suggest clarifying the use of the word “guide” in the advertising. In our experience, the service provided was primarily that of a driver. A professional tourist guide normally has specific training and qualifications, so making this distinction clear would help travelers know exactly what service they are booking. A big thank you to the company for the excellent organization and especially to Wena, who helped make our five days in Bali enjoyable and memorable. The itinerary captured almost all of the sights we hoped to view in Bali. We managed to squeeze in an hour of snorkeling as well on the fourth day. Ari, our guide, was flexible with the order in which we viewed the many sites. The pick up at our hotel was always on time and we were often out on the road for the whole day, especially on day 4 when we had dinner at Jimaren beach. The sites are all interesting. Some sites are amazing. We had freedom to walk around casually without pressure to get back to the car. Ari was polite and very helpful. We could not have done that much driving ourselves (not knowing the shortcuts and back roads). Overall we have had a great experience in Bali.

Wow. This 5 day tour is excellent for those whow want to explore Bali in a condensed amount of time. The experience is even made more memorable by our tour guide and driver Moolie who is just outstanding in beng flexible to the itinerary and tailoring it to our needs and avoiding tourist traps. He also knows the roads and shortcuts like the back of his hand. He has a very good sense of humour and was very very easy to get along. I totally recommend this tour for first timers to Bali so they can decide which are they want to concentrate more when they come back is this tour is a tasting plate of Bali so to speak. I highly recommend this tour!

Wow! What an absolutely wonderful experience especially with our driver Mooli! He took us to all the major attractions as well as some more unknown less touristy ones. He knew the roads the like back of his hand! I feel like I generally know more of Bali and its areas after many discussions on the van. Bali is a wonderful island and bigger than I first thought with so many differing areas. My favourite was bedugul and Kintamani highlands. I definitely recommend this 5 day tour as it allows you to experience Bali and then you can decide afterward on your return trip which areas you would like to discover more. As a five day tour it is well organized, allowing the client to see different sides of the island. The guide (Surya) was very kind, on time and supportive for our needs. I would suggest to add some info about the attractions and locations of the tour (historic glimpse, etc..).

We had such a wonderful experience on our tour with Surya and would 100% recommend him to anyone visiting Bali! From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organised, but what really made the experience special was how friendly, helpful and accommodating Surya was throughout the whole trip. Communication was excellent from the very beginning. Surya was always punctual, reliable and incredibly knowledgeable about Bali. He clearly knows the island inside out, especially the roads and the best ways to get around, which made travelling between each location completely stress-free. He also gave us really useful local advice, particularly when visiting tourist areas where locals sometimes charge higher prices. It was so reassuring having someone with his local knowledge looking out for us. One thing we really appreciated was how thoughtful Surya was with our dietary requirements. I’m vegetarian and my wife is vegan, and Surya went above and beyond to make sure we were properly catered for. He would speak directly with the chefs and explain our requirements, and on some occasions they even prepared special meals for us. This was incredibly helpful and made us feel genuinely looked after throughout the tour. The tour itself was amazing and so much fun! We got to see some incredible places and experience so much of Bali, while always feeling completely safe and comfortable in Surya’s car. He was a fantastic driver and we always felt that we were in safe hands. What we particularly loved was that the tour didn’t feel rigid or rushed. Surya was very flexible and happy to adapt the itinerary based on what we wanted to do. For example, on day three we decided we wanted to skip one of the waterfalls and instead do the ATV/quad bike experience. Surya was more than happy to adjust the itinerary and take us where we wanted to go. He also gave us extra recommendations and advice on how to structure the rest of our trip, which was incredibly useful. Surya also kindly took photos and videos for us throughout the day, which meant we could properly enjoy the experience without constantly having to worry about taking pictures ourselves. It was such a thoughtful touch, and we now have some lovely memories from the trip that we’ll always have. Overall, this tour really is the complete package. Great communication, excellent local knowledge, a fantastic and safe driver, flexibility, great recommendations, amazing service and, most importantly, a genuinely kind and caring person who clearly wants his guests to have the best possible experience. Surya went above and beyond for us and made our time in Bali even more special. We’re so glad we booked this tour with him and would highly, highly recommend Surya to anyone visiting Bali. We have been travelling on Bali Tours and doing airport transfers in the last week with Netra and that was great experience. Everytime he was ahead of time and in great spirit, then drove us around island and Ubud being also great guide. We highly recommend his services when visiting Bali with family.

Very easy and simple to make reservation. Simple to make amendments and subsequent changes. Fee is in line with other services of this type. Please have in mind that tours last usually between 6-9 hours each day, with lot and lot of driving around Bali. Even though the distances are quite close, but due to chaotic traffic have in mind that it will take a lot of your time to drive around. Our driver Surya was very precise and on time each day. We could easily arrange changes with him and he was adjusting and waiting for us when we wanted. He is experienced driver and you could drive safe with him.

We had 5 great days touring round the Island with Surya. We got to see all the amazing places on our hit list and many others we hadn’t spotted. Our guide did a great job of keeping us informed, helping us navigate the queues at attractions and handled the crazy traffic with aplomb 100% would recommend. Bali’s been epic!

We had a great time on the 5 day Bali tour. Bali is an amazing island with great people and culture and food and so much more. I do not think it would be possible to see and do as much without this 5 day tour. Our driver and guide, Moolie, was amazing. He was a great driver, and we had long conversations on the drives, and I learned a lot from him, and I consider him a good friend by the end. On the tours, the waterfall was probably our favorite even though it can be hard to get there (and the monkeys of course), and we were not expecting that. The days are long, but it’s worth it. For those interested I would recommend staying closer to Ubud or Sanur. Bali traffic can be very slow, and the Kuta area can add a few extra hours of driving each day even though it does not look that far away on the map. We highly recommend this tour.

3 of us were travelling to Bali and booked a multiday tour package with Eco Bali tours who were so flexible and aranged the itinerary as per our interests. They also were very helpful with suggesting places and activities that were not on their standard package and in doing so, making our Bali trip even more special !! On the first day we met our guide Surya, who was so polite and ever so helpful ... always helping my mum who had slight issues with her ankles. He was very caring .... with a touch of cheekiness ... always ready with a cheeky comment at the right moment, our trips with Surya were full of laughter. While we got to enjoy all the beautiful sites of Bali, we also enjoyed the beautiful culture of Bali and enjoyed all that with tonnes of laughter ... bringing back home with us so many fun and beautiful memories of times in Bali. Thank you so much Surya for looking after us so well and giving us such an amazing intro to Bali and to the admin staff Aat Eco Bali who were so accomodative and helpful with all the suggestions to create an itinerary that enabled us to enjoy every moment.

This tour was amazing and well worth the price! Our driver/tour guide, Surya (with EcoBalTours), was fabulous and made all the difference! So much to see and explore in Bali. Our guide was really good at customising the tour to our interests and abilities. For example, my husband has some minor mobility issues, so on the day we were supposed to do a really long hike out to a waterfall, he took us to a waterfall that was far less strenuous to get to. It was lovely! He took us to a souvenir shop at my request (that was not in the center of a big tourist attraction) and actually helped us get wonderful spices to bring home. Thank you Surya for making our trip to Bali unforgettable - highly recommend both the tour and the guide!

We found the experience perfect to see as much of Bali as possible with the time we had. Widi was our expert who guided us around the fantastic country. Not once was it awkward or rushed, the days were long but no complaints from Widi just a smile and him insisting it was about us enjoying our time. We expected to have a few stops that weren’t going to be our taste but it wasn’t the case everyday we enjoyed every stop. Highly recommended.

It is an excellent tour. The driver was always on time. Surya was friendly, polite and informative. I will use this company the next time I travel to Bali. We saw all the popular places we wanted to see. The company paid for all the entrance fees and the photos. The 4 lunches were at great restaurants and delicious.
