DASTRA was awesome. Prompt and on time. Very patient. Took me to many good spots and I had an AWESOME TIME!! Book, you won't regret it. Total time was about 8 hours.

Dastra was awesome. Prompt and on time. Patient. Got to see really good points of Bali. I highly recommend this tour! Lasted about 8-9 hours.

Darma was exceptional for our tour, we could not fault him for anything. Darma was very knowledgeable and gave us many great recomendations for things to do and see.

Discover probably the most famous temple in Bali (Lempuyang), a water palace and a great waterfall. Be prepared for the wait at Lempuyang temple for your picture to be taken. While we arrived early (6am) we still had to wait more than 3hours for our turn. It is the high season so maybe off July and August is better but just know that this is where you will likely spend the most time and there is not much to do.

This was a great day! Our guide was so very helpful and really went out of his way to make our trip amazing! The sites were beautiful and all the great info our guide was able to tell us really made our trip a fun day for everyone!

I use Viator to book all of my excursions when traveling, and it always delivers great quality tour companies. Unfortunately, this time I was paired with a lazy tour guide. The tour started at 4 AM, and my tour guide, Lemon, arrived at my hotel promptly to pick me up. We headed to the Lempuyang Temple, but unfortunately, it was raining. Despite the weather, we made the hike, and he took videos and photos of me. We then proceeded to Tirta Gangga. It was still raining, but not as heavily, and we had the site to ourselves. Eventually, the rain stopped! However, instead of heading to the Tukad Cepung Waterfall as promised in the package, Lemon refused to drive that far, claiming it “might” rain again. It’s Bali—tour guides should be used to the rainy season and know how to adapt! Tourists pay a lot for these tours expecting expert guidance, but my guide was more focused on cutting the tour as short as possible while vaping the entire time. Lemon literally tried to take me straight back to the Sanur Harbor after only four hours of the tour. He kept trying to talk me out of what I wanted to do—even though it was part of the package I paid for. Who wants to spend their vacation debating with a tour guide? It was horrible customer service. When I asked him to just be quiet, he kept talking and then gave me a sob story about how he’s getting married and has a baby on the way. That’s fine, but I paid for what was offered in the tour package—not for his personal anecdotes. Lemon eventually took me to the Tegenungan Waterfall, which was the dirtiest waterfall I’ve ever seen! No one comes to Bali to see a brown waterfall! I was so disappointed. To make it worse, Lemon stayed in the car and told me to ask other people to take my photos. The tour description specifically said the guide would take photos of me. When I asked him why he wasn’t doing so, he said he was too tired and needed to rest from waking up early. I even have a picture of him sleeping in the car. Meanwhile, I watched other tour guides actively assisting their customers and taking their photos. After this, Lemon once again tried to take me back to the Sanur Harbor. SMH. I had to demand another location, like a swing, because who travels to Bali to see a brown waterfall? He called the tour operator for the company and laughed with them about how I wanted to visit another location. Keep in mind, the tour was supposed to last between 8-10 hours, and Lemon was trying to cut it short after only six hours. Eventually, they found a swing location for me, and I took amazing photos. I had to pay for my entrance fee, but the staff at Gunung Sari provided excellent customer service—it was the highlight of the trip! Looking back, I wish I had just hired a Grab driver for half the cost of this tour and visited the sites on my own. Because when it rains, it pours.

I had an incredible day out exploring East Bali with Aris today. I learned so much about Bali and Balinese culture, and really appreciated Ari’s’ kindness, patience and friendly attitude. I felt very comfortable with him and am looking forward to another great day of touring around northern Bali tomorrow. Thank you Aris and Bali 4U for a wonderful experience.

Our tour guide Aris was amazing! He was so friendly, attentive, and offered to take photos for us so we could have some cute photos as a couple. He made sure we were comfortable 100% of the time, we never felt rushed and nothing was too much of an ask for him. He was very informative at our destinations and also incredibly respectful. Highly recommend a tour guided by Aris.😊

Our guide Raka was amazing. He took us to an amazing waterfall in a cave. He took us early morning to the water palace and it was so peaceful before all the crowds arrived. He answered all our questions and was extra attentive to whatever we needed.

The driver arrived on time and we were ready for the trip at 4 am. It's a 9 hours trip but my driver was very nice and we added 2-3 additional destinations to the list. I really enjoyed the day. The driver knows so many details about the island's history, geography, religion, culture and food. It was an amazing trip.

Thank you Dastra for the nice tour with you! We made the tour with our two kids. Our son fell asleep in the car and he took care of him while we were on a coffee tasting. This wasn’t included by the tour. But Dastra recommended it and it was worth it. We would book a tour again. Thank you very much!

Had a great time! Mudana was fun, very professional and knowledgeable. Comfortable drive as well. The places we visited were better than I anticipated. East Bali is definitely worth a visit and I hope I can come back soon! Thanks Mudana!

I had a wonderful experience. It was worth a trip. I enjoyed it very well. He showed all the places that was agreed upon. I recommend lt.

Great day out with a early 4am start, I had a very friendly and excellent guide/driver Dastra, had a really enjoyable time at all the places we went too

Our guide Raka was super friendly and chill! He made everything easy and very enjoyable. He was great at communicating before the trip on what’s app and he know the sites and locals very well. He drove safely and was accommodating and took great pictures to help us make memories.

This whole tour was absolutely fantastic. First time booking an out of country plan in another country. Messaging for confirmation was constant and updated often on Whatsapp. Pick up was included and took us to all the spots included with this tour. Our tour guide Raka arrived on time and was full of so much joy and excitement as much as us. He was funny, witty and recommended great views and food spots. He took care if us the whole time and gave us lots of information, took couple photos of us and gave us space to explore on our own when we wanted to. Trip advisor plans I will 100% do again. East Bali was beautiful and filled with temples that make you appreciate the culture and photo op moments. Highly reccomended.

I jad a wonderful experience rodacy exploring the beauty of eastern Bali with my Tourguide Darma. Getting up at 3.45am was the heaviest part. Darma picked me up at my hotel at 4.30am to avoid long queuing at the Heavens Gate Temple. It’s a two hours ride from Denpasar to Lempuyang Temple. We arrived at 6.15am and already had 42 people ahead of us. After one hour we could visit the temple and got our breathtaking pictures in Heavens Gate. After that we visited beautiful Rice Terraces, the Ujung Water Palace of one of Balis Kings, and Tirta Ganga, with amazing Koi’s. All in all an unforgettable time, thank you Darma for driving and guidance.

Definitely worth the 4am departure time from Ubud to avoid a long photo queue. Our driver was awesome! We could not go into the temple for some reason, not sure why.

I spent a day with my private guide Darma and it was just amazing! He knew exactly what to do, when to go and knew to respond to everything I asked him. Thanks to him I had unforgettable day full of fun, beautiful pictures and valuable knowledge! It just couldn’t be better with the timings and his driving skills:))
