We had a pleasant 12 hours trip with our driver and guide Budi. He is professional, welcoming and approachable with a laid back personality. During the tour, we visited some of the main attractions of the west side of the island, namely: • Lempuyang • Tirta Gangga • Water Palace • Virgin Beach Budi effectively communicated the itinerary and next stops throughout the tour, while sharing interesting facts regarding the sites we visited. Although his english is good, if at all possible, he could consider further improving it to enhance even more the tourist's experience. Thank you!

Had a great trip with Naya. We've visisted all the places from description and I had plenty of time everywhere to take pictures. Generally worth a visit for the views. But tourists who visit the Lumpeyang Temple should be aware of the long waiting time to takw a picture. We've arrived around 11AM and the line was already huge. After one hour of food, we still had around 2 hours to wait to take the picture in heaven's gate... I've skipped it and just took some pics in front of it like other tourists. Completly not worth the wait in my opinion. You'd need to arrive there very early in the morning. Taman Ujung was probably my favourite place today. It's a beautiful garden. I've bought my trip with all fees, so I didn't have to pay for anything except food and coffee in the plantation. Also got myself some arak. It's a long drive from the city, around 2.5 hours one way, so it pretty much takes all day.

Great driving service for reaching sightseeing in Easy Bali. The guide will make sure you have a pleasant trip, however, there was lack of knowledge and information about the sightseeing objects. You can agree on an additional stops for sightseeing not mentioned in the description, guide will adjust your route for you needs! This trip inspired to do more exploring in Bali.

Fantastic tour made even better by my awesome guide, Wede. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly. If you are given the option to leave early, take it. It beats the Bali traffic and cuts down the wait time at attractions.

If given the option to go very early in the morning, I would strongly recommend you take that option. Highly recommend Wena! We had an excellent day exploring East Bali with Wena. We were picked up from our hotel in Sanur and visited the Gate of Heaven, Tirta Gangga Water Palace, and a stunning viewpoint. Before we set off, Wena gave us great advice on the best timings and route, which helped us avoid some of the crowds and made the day run really smoothly. Wena is a fantastic driver - safe, professional, patient, and incredibly polite. His English is excellent, so chatting throughout the day was easy, and he was always happy to answer our questions and share information about Bali. We never felt rushed and had plenty of time to enjoy each stop. Wena also took lovely photos of us experiencing these sites. If you're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable driver who genuinely wants you to have the best possible experience, we can't recommend Wena highly enough. We are going to book another day with Wena to visit another part of the island.

Netra, the guide and driver was exceptional with our family of 2+2. He picked us directly from the hotel and even waited for 20 minutes as we were just finishing breakfast. Then we did East Bali Tour and he was very patient and understanding at each stop, even looked after 4 years old when we wanted to do so extra photos. Highly recommend Netra and Eco Bali Tours to everyone if you want peaceful and wonderful trip.

Naya took us to Uluwatu for the fire dance, temple then dinner at the beach. He was extremely friendly and full of laughter which was so great. Not only was he our driver for the day he also shared fascinating information about balis special coffee and bali in general, his english is super impressive! I did this East Bali tour with my family and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Everything was well organized, and we got to see all the beautiful places included in the tour, which were absolutely stunning. Our driver Wayan was truly the highlight of the day — he was incredibly kind, friendly, and made us feel comfortable the whole time. He not only showed us around but also offered to take our photos, which made the experience even more special for us. He even suggested stopping at a coffee plantation, where we got to try authentic Balinese coffee and tea, which was a really nice addition to the tour. Overall, we really loved the experience and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bali!

This was the fourth day of our 5-day tour in Bali, starting from Ubud. As I mentioned in the reviews of the previous days, I have already described our guide Wayan in great detail — but I want to repeat everything here as well for those who may be reading only this single review. Wayan was once again exceptional: warm, knowledgeable, endlessly patient, and incredibly respectful. He always knew when to give us our space and when to step in with explanations, and he continued to navigate all of Bali without using GPS, always choosing the fastest and smoothest routes. What truly sets him apart, however, is his flexibility. The planned start time for this day was 7:30 AM, but the evening before Wayan told us not to worry — we had plenty of time to enjoy everything — so he suggested meeting at 8:00 AM instead. This extra half hour might seem small, but after many late nights exploring Ubud on our own, it was a blessing. And once again, even though every tour comes with a scheduled end time, Wayan never rushed us. We returned late in the afternoon, as usual, and he didn’t mind at all. Throughout the entire trip he was always extremely available and ready to help, no matter the situation. We began the day with Lempuyang Temple, home of the famous “Gate of Heaven.” Visiting this site early is essential, especially later in the year when crowds can become overwhelming. We were lucky to be in Bali in November, when tourist numbers are much lower compared to high season — and we felt it. We waited no more than ten minutes to take the iconic photo through the gate. Wayan told us that in August, even arriving early in the morning can mean two hours of waiting. Beyond the photo, though, the temple itself is stunning. After arriving at the parking area, you need to take a shuttle up the mountain and then walk uphill to reach the gate. The climb is not difficult, but it’s not extremely short either — still, the view at the top is absolutely worth it. From there, we headed to Tirta Gangga Water Palace, a beautiful royal garden filled with pools, fountains, and a surprising number of koi fish — extremely well-fed koi fish, since tourists love buying food to feed them. It’s a charming place with a very peaceful atmosphere. After visiting the palace, we ate lunch at the warung located right at the entrance, and the food was excellent. Next on the list was Taman Ujung, another historic water palace. By the time we arrived, we were running later than usual, and Wayan suggested that we might consider skipping it — not because he wanted to finish earlier, but because he worried we had already spent too much time at the earlier locations and might risk missing the last stop. However, we told him how much we wanted to see it, and he immediately agreed. We compromised by spending only about fifteen to twenty minutes there, just enough to walk through the gardens, admire the architecture, and take a few meaningful photos. Even in such a short time, the place was beautiful and absolutely worth the visit. Our final stop was Virgin Beach, a long stretch of untouched coastline with crystal-clear water and strong ocean waves. We skipped the sunbeds offered insistently by local vendors and simply left our towels on the sand, then jumped straight into the water. It was the perfect way to end the day — relaxing, refreshing, and scenic. In conclusion, Day 4 was not only beautiful for the places we visited — Lempuyang Temple, Tirta Gangga, Taman Ujung, and Virgin Beach — but also another perfect example of how Wayan elevates every single part of the experience. His kindness, availability, flexibility and genuine care make all the difference. If you are planning to visit Bali, I cannot recommend this tour enough — and above all, I strongly suggest asking for Wayan. Guides like him are incredibly rare. He made our trip truly special.

I had a great trip with Budi as my tour guide. We explored many temples and as a solo traveler I felt very safe and learned so much! My only comment would be the virgin beach can be skipped. The restaurant is closed down right now and the beach is quite dirty. Overall great experience and really enjoyed Budi giving me so much background on the history and culture of each place.

Nyoman Budiasa was our tour guide, and he was amazing. He arrived on time and sent a photo of himself so you knew who he was on pickup. Provided cold water and a nice cool car on arrival. He accompanied us on the whole duration of the tour which was reassuring as you wouldn’t get lost. He explained everything about each individual part of the tour. He was very knowledgable and gave us a lot of information about all aspects of the trip. Overall a very good trip with an amazing guide, nothing was too much trouble and we couldn’t recommend him enough. For info, the trip was booked through ‘get your guide’ as it offered the most value for money and we’re glad we picked it as it was excellent.

We just finished day 4 of our 5 day tour with Budi as our guide and driver. First, Budi is an excellent (and safe) driver who is always punctual. Also, yesterday I asked him to purchase Indonesian headdresses for the two men in the group as well as offerings for the temple visit and he delivered both. By the way, lunches are included for four days and dinner for the fifth day. Good meals. The cost is truly a bargain and we have been able to see parts of Bali that most visitors never see. Yesterday I mentioned that I had seen that there is an Indonesian fabric art in addition to batik and Budi arranged a trip to see the village where it is produced. Every day has brought wonderful new experiences and each day seems better than the last thanks mostly to Budi, our wonderful guide and driver.

Such an amazing day! The views were breathtaking and the entire day was perfect. Mur is the best guide ever, he knows his way around all these sites and the best places to get photos. He's always asking for your phone so he can take the right picture so that you have the perfect memory. This day could not have been any better!

This tour is filled with amazing sights that pictures cannot fully capture. We don't really care about "Instagram" photos, but we love raw photos of the sights without us in it lol. Our guide showed us an amazing spot called Lahangan Sweet. We didn't want to wait at the Gate of Heaven for over an hour to get those pictures of ourselves, so we took our photos and went to Lahangan Sweet to see more amazing views. The beach was amazing as well with a great restaurant. The waves were perfect for boogie/body boarding. Was my wife's first time boogie boarding, and she even caught a few big waves. Putu Ajus made our journey 10 times better and was a well informed guide on the sites and culture.
