Our experience in Ubud would not have been the same without Bagus and Suartana. They were absolutely essential in making our days easy to organize, pleasant, and truly memorable.
Bagus took care of organizing our tours and was always present and attentive. He kept in regular contact with us and, even at the end of the day, would text us to make sure everything had gone well and that we were satisfied with the experience. His communication, reliability, and attention to detail made us feel well taken care of throughout our entire stay.
A very special thank you goes to Suartana, who accompanied us during our excursions and was much more than just a driver. He was a true guide during our days, always available to tell us about and explain the places we visited, to give us useful tips, and to suggest the best times to reach each destination. He also helped us refine our itinerary, allowing us to make the most of our available time and avoid unnecessary waits.
Suartana was incredibly kind and patient, always available to take photos for us and to help us with any need. On one occasion, when we did not have enough local currency cash with us, he did not even hesitate to lend us money. A small gesture that, however, says a great deal about the person he is and how much he sincerely cares about the people he accompanies.
Another great strength, especially for Italian travelers, is that both Bagus and Suartana speak Italian very well. This made communication extremely simple and allowed us to fully experience everything, ask questions, and get to know the places, culture, and traditions of Bali better without any language barrier.
Both Bagus and Suartana went well beyond our expectations. They were professional, reliable, friendly, and always ready to help us. Thanks to them, discovering Ubud and its surroundings was simple, stress-free, and above all much more pleasant.
We would absolutely recommend them to anyone visiting Ubud and, in particular, to Italian travelers looking for reliable, knowledgeable local guides who are sincerely attentive to the needs of their guests.
