Honestly, the temple to heaven photo is worth it but don’t be disappointed that it’s a bit underwhelming in person. The photos taken are created with a reflection from another phone, but it’s still beautiful. I more enjoyed the monkey experience and the water palace. Those were exciting (monkey part) and beautifully serene (water palace part). My driver (Owen) was wonderful - I was feeling so nauseous and needing coffee and he found a stunning cafe for me with a gorgeous view, then later stopping for a refreshing local lemon honey drink to calm my digestion.

My driver was amazing, he offered me the best service and more. My heart is full. I was so scared traveling alone I thought I wouldn’t enjoy my trip but it has been perfect

We booked the Lempuyang Gate of heaven Tour through Balis most popular destinations tour for two people. On the tour it was only us. Our tour guide Owen took excellent care of us while showing us around. He also stopped on the way between two destinations to take pictures of the great view. Overall it was a great experience I would totally recommend.

Dicky, our guide was AMAZING!!! He taught us a lot about each place we were visiting and also answered all the questions we were asking him. He made the tour even better with all his knowledge and kind spirit. Dicky communicated with us and made sure we were aware of everything we needed to know at each stop. We had a great day touring Heavens Gate. We got to see Tirta Gangga Water Palace and many more places. Lola was an exceptional driver in the heavy Bali traffic. He found us an amazing restaurant and pointed out sights as we drove. Very courteous and respectful. Lola showed us a wonderful time!

Gates of Heaven are completely phenomenal, but make sure you have your patience, because the queue is very long. Also be prepared to tip the photographer for better and longer photoshoot. Our driver and guide Juli single handedly made our trip unforgettable. Amazing guy with great English, went out of his way to make sure we are happy. Even drove us to places he was not obligated to as we had the ride included in a voucher. He has vast knowledge of the local spots and great attitude. Ask for him, you won’t regret it!

The tour guide Yasa is perfect. He was so patient throughout the waterfall trip. I did not know that we needed to trek the river to reach the waterfall. Because the day before when we made a trip to another waterfall, I could wear covered walking shoes and my feet did not get wet. Then Yasa voluntarily let me have his slippers...so kind of him. And he trekked with bare feet, walking through fine and sharp stones in the water. He also helped to ensure I would not fall (because I have balancing issues). Because of his patient and kindness, I enjoyed the waterfall trip very much. Similarly, it was very patient of him for the trip to Lempuyang Gate of Heaven. As such, we gave him extra tips. He is the best tour guide for my 3 different trips booked through Bali Sun (having 3 different tour guides).

The place was beautiful. The pictures taken were awesome and will forever hold a place in my heart. The experience was peaceful and I enjoyed the tour very much. The tour guide was great and allowed me to go about without pressing me for time.

A long but very worthwhile day spent with our amazing guide Cokde. Communication throughout was great, beginning from the day before our tour, he was very punctual on the day and everything ran smoothly throughout. He was very engaging and enjoyed sharing his knowledge about Bali and its culture with us and answered our many questions throughout the day. He was also very helpful at all the sights we visited, taking lots of lovely photos for us and even carrying my bag at times so a real asset to your company Bali Sun Tours. He was also a great driver and we felt safe on the roads all day. The itinerary on this tour was perfect for us, the Gates of heaven are a must, the water temple was just beautiful and the waterfall was fun, we took water shoes which definitely helped with the trek to the falls and there are a lot of steep steps so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

The tour was amazing! Wyoman is the man! We went to Lempanyang Temple, Tirta Gangga, Tukad Cepung Waterfall. We also stopped to enjoy the view at a beautiful rice terrace, and for a coffee tasting, which was amazing! Thanks Wyoman!

We had a good trip to lempuyang and tirta gangga. The waiting time for lempuyang is around 3-4 hours, but it's really worth it. You can also enjoy watching other people pose for the photos. And we would like to thank our driver / tour guide Mas Agus, he was so kind, gentle and always had a positive attitude.

Kody was assigned to be our guide for the day. He was very professional, punctual and friendly. He dutifully introduced all the places of attractions, helped us with the photos and even went the extra mile to settle our dinner! Two thumbs up for Kody Adi!

Im Komang our driver was just a driver, did not give us any explanation regarding anything. He did not want to be there. He was not prepared and asked us to buy our own tickets although it was included in the tour package. There was soo much traffic he picked us up at 7:00am we did not reach till 10:30am. For the rice fields he asked us to get out of the car and take a quick picture. Our last stop was the Waterfall he told us it was closing at 5:00pm and we googled it and showed him that it was closing at 6:00pm. After dropping back at the end of the day he surprised and insisted that we pay him for returning late due to traffic and he started arguing with us. This was one of the worst trips we have taken with a Viator company.

A day full of fun activities: from temples to rice terraces as we started our day at 4am. 4am was way early but best way to beat the crowds. For example, we got to Lempuyang temple/Gate of Heaven at 6:00 am and waited 2hrs. to take photos Our guide was Arim, he was pleasant and patiently waited for us as we took in the view and of course more pictures. He was respectful and provided a great view of their culture. Paid cash for all Temple Entrance fees. We had an amazing time.

We needed to move the date of our tour due to a Hindu ceremony and the company were so flexible. Our driver, Rah Bang, was amazing! He was so knowledgeable of the area, gave us all the best tips and was super friendly. He made our day so much fun. The sights we saw with Rah were incredible and highly recommend.

The temple and surrounding village was beautiful. And the view of the volcano was breathtaking. The water temple was so awesome. The pictures posted on social media do give a little false impression, but seeing them in real life are a beauty in their own right. My driver and guide, Asta, was great and engaging! He explained everything and was so patient with this first timer.

We had a great time. Our driver Riko was very considerate. The tukad cepung cave was inaccessible and he checked beforehand and asked us if it was okay to change it into another waterfall and he took us to a beautiful place, which wasn’t one of the waterfalls, where millions of people are waiting in line. He even bought us water bottles and even though he was insecure in his English, he gave us cultural information to temples and traditions and we really appreciate it. So, many thanks to Riko for our first Bali tour!

Our guide is Mr Owen. Although is a joint tour, Mr Owen did a good job! He brought us to places of interest and helped us with photo taking! With heavy jam back to hotel, he still keep his cool and sent us back safety. Thanks to Mr Owen we had a fruitful trip!

It was a wonderful experience! Our guide and driver Riko is very polite and accommodating. We started our day with a visit to the rice terraces, then to a nice waterfal (our cardio for the day), a coffee plantation, a batik shop, and went to a beach side restaurant for a delicious lunch. The Gates of Heaven is simply breathtaking, though the wait might be over 2 hours. This is alright as we had a chance to rest a bit and check the photos we took earlier. Our guide Riko is really great! We had no issues communicating. I even left my hat and he brouvht it back to our hotel the next day! Truly an amazing experience!

I'm not a great fan of tours but this one was excellent. It covers many of the best sights between Ubud and the east of Bali. While there is a set itinerary, it is flexible. For example, we stayed within a short walk of Monkey Forest Sanctuary and was able to substitute another site that we wanted to see that was just a bit farther outside of Ubud. We also got an excellent guide/driver for the tour. I would highly recommend dekjun. He is a very safe driver - important with Bali's crazy traffic - knowledgeable, punctual, and has a great personality.
