Eddie was our guide today. He’s very courteous and a professional driver. We had a great day seeing the craftsman, the rice pady, the coffee plantation, the cleansing temple and the waterfalls. The whole morning and afternoon went seamlessly and was topped off by a delicious Indonesian lunch. We enjoyed watching farmersprepare their Rice Fields, while we sat in a pagoda having our lunch. We had the most amazing day exploring Bali with Adi as our tour guide! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely fantastic, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better guide. Adi was so friendly, welcoming, helpful and easygoing. He made us feel comfortable straight away and was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, the culture and all the places we visited. One thing we really appreciated was that Adi also took the time to capture some fantastic photos and videos for us along the way. He helped us capture some beautiful memories of our day, so we could look back on all the special moments and experiences. It was such a thoughtful extra and made the day even more memorable! Adi went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and looked after throughout the entire day. He regularly checked that we had enough water and made sure we stayed hydrated, replenishing our water along the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always happy to help, answer questions and make sure we were enjoying ourselves. What really stood out was how relaxed and enjoyable he made the entire day. We never felt rushed. He was patient, approachable and genuinely seemed to enjoy showing us around his beautiful island. We had an amazing experience. Jepun collected us at the hotel at the agreed time. We made a plan for what order to do the different activities. All of the sights were incredible and we were given more than enough time at each stop. The food was also great and the car comfortable. Our guide knew a lot about everything and was giving us lots of information and facts during the trip.

We had an awesome experience with Kadek Jarot, he came to pick us up early from our hotel and was very informative. He took us to all the places we had expected to go. He had a good command of the routes and knew all the best places to go. He took us to the temple and explained all the etiquette that was required, and despite how tired we were at the end of the day, he was still willing to show us around. He was genuine and authentic and rearranged the route so that it was flawless. For our first visit to Bali and very first tour, he set a very high bar for the rest of our expectations and my sister and I had a wonderful day well spent with Kadek. We had the most amazing time on our tour we had the opportunity to see the plethora of beautiful Bali and ubud has. Our guide was exceptional providing a wealth of knowledge and history to our tour. The highlights including touching the civet + beautiful tea and coffee, feeding the monkeys, waterfalls and finally the rice terrace. I had a really great experience with Marta. He was super friendly and accompanied me through all the destinations to help explain my he different history and culture behind the locations. Even throughout the drive he would point out what we were seeing which was super helpful for me. He also bought me water when we were hiking which was extremely thoughtful. It was a great tour. My Guide, Denar, was great. Easy communications on pickup from the airport, very upbeat and enjoyable to spend time with, and did great job of safely navigating the Bali traffic. We had to deal with some rain in the morning and he was able to provide options and modify our schedule to accommodate the weather! Great tour and a great Guide!

The best tour we have been on!! We booked with viator who were great, sending us instant confirmation of our trip and regular contact beforehand. We thought the price was very reasonable, as it was a private tour and covered so much. We were picked up from our hotel at 8am by John or guide. John was so welcoming and instantly made us feel comfortable. Throughout the drive he explained everything to us and was so knowledgable. He spoke about his culture and family and knew all of the history of the area and the land. He was able to tell us in detail about his religion and the Temples which we found very interesting. I was quite nervous about the monkey forest but he made me feel safe and reassured. We went to a lovely place for lunch in the rice fields which he recommended and it was very relaxing. John spoke excellent English and was able to answer all the questions we had. Thank you John for a fantastic day to remember. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone and everyone!!

Kojer, our guide, took very good care of us. He gave us great recommendations, was really helpful taking photos and gave us lots of information on Balinese culture. I really enjoyed the temple and all the information about special ceremonies, water temples and Bali Hindu traditions. I learned a lot today! We had a really nice lunch at a Warung and our tour ended at a fabulous Luwak coffee farm. We had a tea and coffee tasting sitting on a deck overlooking the jungle-it was a fantastic end to our day. Kojer was so kind to us and ensured we enjoyed our day. We would recommend this tour to others looking to do a number of things around Ubud in one day-all stops worthwhile! Our tour guide, Kancil, was amazing! He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about every stop on our tour. He helped my fiancée and me learn more about Indonesian culture while making the entire experience fun and memorable. My fiancée’s favorite part was visiting the temple and participating in the water purification ceremony. My personal highlight was the Indonesian coffee experience, where we sampled 13 different coffees and teas—all delicious! We had such a wonderful time and highly recommend this tour.
