Such an incredible experience! Our guide, Esa was one of the kindest people you will ever meet! Clear water, great organisation and a lovely lunch! Highly recommend!

Overall, we had a great snorkeling experience, especially because the operation was so well organized despite involving many staff members and handoffs. The process flowed smoothly, though clearer directions would have helped; at times, staff simply moved on and we had to figure out where to go next. We snorkeled at Blue Lagoon and another nearby location, seeing colorful fish, a turtle, an eel, and beautiful coral. Two guides stayed with our group and communicated well. However, the group also included a couple who seemed to have booked a more personalized experience (I’m guessing), because the main guide focused more on them than on the rest of us. Like they only gave fish food to the couple so they could be surrounded by fish for photos, or point out fish for them while the rest of the group had to hunt down fish on our own. Despite these issues, it was an enjoyable trip with beautiful snorkeling and impressive organization.

What a great day out! We booked directly through the company by visiting their website and contacting on WhatsApp (the guide said this is the best for the company and also cheaper than booking online) Our guide Esa was great! He was early to collect us and we traveled in a very comfortable air conditioned SUV. He provided us with water and knew all the shortcuts to avoid the traffic, he also taught us alot about bali culture and pointed out different things along the way. The snorkeling was excellent and they took us to two beautiful spots on the boat where there is lots of tropical fish! This was followed by a delicious lunch at the local restaurant serving both balinese food and western food depending what you want. Our guide took us to some waterfalls afterward and was very accommodating if we wanted to stop anywhere in ubud on the way back. 10/10 would recommend or do this trip again. Such a fun day!

ADI is a wonderful tour guide. Always cheerful and polite. He knows different routes to avoid the traffic. He made good suggestions as an alternative visit spot since the waterfall was closed due to the rain. The snorkeling was fun too. Lots of fish, water clarity is good. Overall great experience! It was our first time going to Bali and we really wanted to see the beaches and marine life that is around the beaches. Esa, our personal driver that picked us up from Canggu to go to Blue Lagoon, was a great driver! Gave us history of the place and was a joy to be around, was very accomodating with our request to stop along the drive for pictures! If you are in Bali, and can only afford 1 day to go snorkelling, this package is a good one for you!

Adi, our driver, was a friendly face from beginning to end - taking us to a local coffee production plant on the way home and sharing laughs with us throughout. As for our snorkeling, our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and took great care of those who lacked confidence in the water.

Komang Alu was excellent! He was extremely friendly and very helpful, and loves to share his culture and learn about yours. He drove us around for the full day and was absolutely amazing! We definitely recommend him as a driver and when we come back to Bali we will definitely use him again as our driver.

A rather disappointing trip unfortunately. This excursion was one of two handfuls booked so compartively was a let down but there were some redeeming features. We booked this excursion under the guise that it was a private tour and private activity; that we'd have an a la carte lunch included and that we'd visit two waterfalls with a driver picking us up from our hotel and back -- and that it'd be a full ten hour excursion. Our first red flag was that the operator did not make contact with us in advance to confirm who our driver would be and we had to hope we'd be picked up, we only got this information on the morning of. Our driver, Esa, was actually brilliant and the only redeeming factor of the tour - 5* for Esa who picked us up on time, drove us there and back and was very friendly. Our first activity was snorkelling. Not only was this shorter than 2 hours, but it was not a private activity. We (3 pax) were on a boat with four other), and one of the other four passengers was not a confident swimmer who went into the water with their life jacket and a lifebuoy ring. This meant that there no private experience, no private guide and that there were limits to how far could be ventured in both locations - which were otherwise heaving with people and boats. On top of this, snorkelling only lasted 35 minutes across each location - almost an hour shorter than the two advertised hours. I later learned from the operator, despite it being advertised as a private snorkelling experience and private tour, it is common practice "across Bali to group up to 8 pax together... to cover [the operators] operational costs". We were also told that the 2 hours is weather-depending (otherwise mentioned nowhere in this advert), and mind you, despite 10 minutes of light rain, there was no poor weather. The changing and toilet facilities by the snorkelling sites were subpar and fair walk away from the meeting point. The lunch did not meet an a la carte standard. Despite being taken a decent cafe/resturant with a decent menu, we were given a dirty old laminated A4 menu and told we could choose one sandwich or nasi dish. We anticipated, as on our tours inclusive of lunch, that we would have a set menu wherein we could order from a set menu a starter, main and a dessert. This could have been adequately mitigated by clearly stating the lunch is not a la carte. After this, we were taken by Esa to visit the waterfalls and visited different waterfalls to the listed ones, which was agreed by us. The waterfalls were very nice and Esa kindly took photos of us and was gracious to offer carrying bags or helping us up and down some wet slippy terrain. On the drive back to the hotel, Esa did pressure us into giving him a five star review so that he would be able to "have a job tomorrow" which made us somewhat uncomfortable, especially as we were not back in our hotel yet either, and I received a follow up text message from Esa to check whether I had left a 5* review. We arrived at our hotel after an 8 hours excursion, almost 20% shorter than what we anticipated and we can't help but feel that we were cheated, and would have appreciated more time snorkelling as we planned. Unfortunately, I raised all our grievances to the operator who was not willing to concede error on their part nor issue even a partial refund. The operator, Made, brazenly stated this was standard across Bali and we can certainly confirm it is not. I have taken this up with Viator who after a lot of back and forth refunded us 50%. This is something the operator was not happy with and has maintained that despite being advertised as private twice in the listing, is not actually private. All in all, we had a pleasant enough excursion but it was not up to the standard that we wanted and expected, given we paid a little more opting for this tour over other similar tours, and expected the privilege of a private experience in its entirety. I am sure anyone booking would have a nice enough time but just beware - you will not be privately snorkelling, you likely won't get to snorkel for 2 hours, your lunch will be very small and of a limited selection, and your tour may very well be shorter than the 10 hours advertised.

We had an amazing day. Started with our driver, Adi, who was very happy, helpful and a great driver. His car was very comfortable and good air conditioning. The snorkelling was amazing, so many fish (including a sea snake, jelly fish and clam). The snorkelling team did a great job and looked after us. We snorkelled for over 2 hours in two beautiful locations. Lunch was very yummy and ready when we arrived back. Then off to two waterfalls. Beautiful locations and well worth the trip. Loved it.

I am giving a lower score so people know to book the tour but stay away and not shop from the coffee place we were brought to. Read further for details. The tour, the team, and our guide, Ali, were great on their own and I would give 5 stars if it was not for our bad experience with "Taro Agro" , which Ali recommended and brought us to for coffee. We were brought to Taro Agro as a recommendation for a local place that has great coffee and real luwak coffee. The prices in the shop were high but we still bought some things, out of gratitude for the nice service and free tasting. Once home however, it turned out that the bought products are massively overpriced garbage, and the luwak Coffee is probably not luwak at all. Other people have had the same experience and wrote on Google reviews. The place is noted as a tourist trap, where drivers bring tourists to. My recommendation is to do the tour and either skip this coffee recommendation or go but don't buy their fake products.

A very nice, relaxing day out on the reef. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly, and our driver Yoga was great.

ADI and the team were absolutely incredible, the service was 10/10 from pick up in the morning to drop off in the afternoon. The snorkelling was amazing, we had turtles, sea snakes, sea cucumbers, clams, the most beautiful fish, coral and sealife! Wayan even found me a beautiful couch shell!! ADI took his time assisting my mum around the waterfalls, and took the stairs slowly and so she didn’t feel like a burden.

We chose just the snorkelling tour, as we didn’t have as much time or energy for a 10-12 hour trip to Nusa Penida this time around. This was a fantastic shorter 2-hour experience across 2 locations including Blue Lagoon (very blue & beautiful). The boat trip out to the spot was only about 5 mins, and our boat captain was very friendly (told us his name & said it sounded like the Aussie greeting G’day). Our experienced snorkel guide led us and pointed out sea creatures we may have missed. We got to see a couple of sea turtles, baby stingray, moray eel, sea snake and lots of beautiful fish. We were provided towels to have a quick outdoor shower, then we had a good lunch at their cafe. We were driven to & from the tour location by the lovely & accommodating Wahyu, for around 2 hours each way (we chose a time where traffic was just a bit heavier). She’s a great driver, safe as well. She took good care of us, provided water & even some snacks when she found out we hadn’t eaten breakfast, reclined the seats so we could nap in the car and let us play our own music. The snorkeling experience was excellent and the waterfalls were great too, although would probably avoid waterfalls during peak season (had to wait 1hr for photos as was expected). My driver Esa was lovely, highly recommend :)

The trip was very well done, the driver/guide Adi catered to all our needs and helped with everything. Very happy and wonderful day. Snorkling guide also were very helpful and showed the best spots for pictures and helped to take the pictures. Waterfalls were very beautiful and the queues weren't long (maybe because offseason). Truly red carpet experience! We were a group of 12 with most of us being over +65 years old which meant hard work for Made and Restu, still they went above and beyond! From the get go they were super well educated, informative, patient and such a high energy people!!!! everything went the way they initially communicated and in the dot: The day kicked off with a drive to Padangbai Beach, where we were introduced to our snorkelling guides Balón and the other boss!! Made all the oldies comfortable enough to get in the water, blue lagoon was amazing, cristaline water lots of colours and fish. Tanjung Jepun, a wider space to admire the depths, we spent about an hour on each spot. The lunch at D’steel kitchen was quickly organised, options are traditional indo or western foods both are tasty and all inclusive! We finish off the day with 2 waterfalls : kantolampo and tibumana, which was extra special given none was there and swimming was top notch. We couldn’t be more grateful for having our Bali Local Host team being so proactive, accomodating and patient with us, - most of us didn’t even speak English-. We had a whole day of 12 hours, and these guys are still driving back home. Bless their hearts, their homes and this awesome business! They deserve the support from any person coming to Bali to immerse into a local experience that will be unforgettable! Thank you again guys! You guys are legends!!! MUC love from Colombia!

Adi was an amazing driver and I had soooo much fun. Went to some beautiful places and adi is very nice, Me and my family had a blast definitely recommend.

The driver was so nice and accommodating. He even gave us extra time! He was able to hold a friendly conversation and had even brought us to some shops despite it not really being on the itinerary.

We had a very enjoyable trip. Our driver, Maha, was prompt, friendly, and very informative. The snorkeling was fantastic. Many, many different fish and types of coral. Before snorkeling we ordered our lunch from a menu that included Asian, Bali, and western food. After snorkeling we showered and changed into dry clothes before eating. The food was delicious. We decided not to venture to the waterfall as the drive back to our hotel was quite long. Instead Maha was very willing to take us to the Goa Lawah Temple (Bat Cave Temple) and black sand beach that were along our route home. We had a very great day and highly recommend the Blue Lagoon Snorkeling and lunch.

We got picked up from our hotel in Jimbaran. It’s a 1.5-hour drive each way, so definitely be prepared for some time in the car. Our driver Adi was great, but the Bali traffic is no joke. The snorkeling at Blue Lagoon was the highlight for me. Lots of fish and the water was surprisingly clear. We got to see clownfish and sea turtles among others. Do NOT change into dry clothes after the snorkeling like we did. We changed back into "regular" clothes thinking we were done with the water part, but we regretted it once we got to the waterfall. We really wished we had just kept our swimsuits on under our clothes so we could have jumped in at the falls. We actually ended up skipping the second waterfall (Tibumana). Our driver mentioned it was pretty similar to the first one (Kantolampo), and since we were already a bit tired from the snorkeling and weren't dressed to swim again, we decided to head back early. Make sure to bring shoes with grip, I slipped on one of the rocks and scrapped my arm.

Family experience was amazing. Wira took such good care of us and teaching us about the rich culture and traditions. Snorkeling was awesome and we managed to see a big variety of fish and big turtles.

This is incredible value for the price! The snoring was fantastic, and we had the amazing experience of seeing turtles and vibrant, colorful fish truly exhilarating!

The driver Kiki was great, really friendly and explained and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend this tour, especially for small families. He showed us a coffee plantation on the way to the waterfall which was a great experience.

We had the most incredible time snorkelling. I’m not a confident swimmer and was well looked after by the Crewe. We saw beautiful coral and a whole variety of colourful fish. A wonderful day followed by a nice lunch. Our driver, Adi, was very informative also.

But the best part of the experience was our driver Adi, from the moment he picked us up we were laughing and joking all day, such a beautiful person. We absolutely loved our Blue Lagoon snorkelling experience — swimming among the beautiful tropical fish was unforgettable and truly worth every penny. The water was calm and clear, and even the kids were thrilled with what they saw. The lunch included in the trip was delicious and a great mid-day break. Our guide Esa was incredibly helpful and attentive the whole day, making sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. The pace of the tour was just right for our family — although we were out for around 8 hours, it never felt rushed and was perfect for our kids. We also loved that the group was small — only four of us in the car — and it didn’t feel crowded at the waterfalls. The visits to the waterfalls were peaceful and beautiful, with plenty of space to enjoy the scenery. Highly recommend this tour if you’re looking for a fun, well-organised day with snorkelling, lunch, and stunning waterfalls! 🙌🌴🐟

We had a great day out with our driver Kiki and our snorkelling guide. Kiki did an incredible job getting us to snorkelling quickly and safely and then dropped us at snorkelling with our guide. They take you out in a small boat (there was two of us and we shared with a couple on the snorkelling portion) to two different areas. The fish and coral were absolutely incredible - amazing colours and variety and such clear water - we even saw a sea anemone and some clown fish! The lunch was some tasty mie goreng and our waiter Lucky was very friendly and a wealthy of information! Kiki offered to take us to a tea and coffee tasting (including Luak coffee!) on our way home and while we weren’t able to do so due to time restrictions, but the offer was so appreciated! We also opted not to do the waterfall tours due to the length of the day. Overall a great day and very worth it despite the long times driving to and from our accommodation!
