An unforgettable birthday in Bali – ask for Vito! We booked this tour for my birthday, and it turned out to be one of the absolute highlights of our time in Bali — largely thanks to our incredible guide, Vito. From the moment he picked us up, Vito was warm, funny and so easy to talk to. By the end of the day, it honestly felt less like we had spent the day with a tour guide and more like we had been shown around Bali by a friend. We visited Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, Wanagiri Hidden Hill, the Jatiluwih Rice Terraces and Batukaru Temple, and every stop was beautiful in its own way. But what really made the day special was everything Vito added in between. His knowledge of Balinese culture and history was fantastic, but it never felt like he was simply reciting information from a tour script. He shared stories about everyday life in Bali, his childhood, his family, traditions and cultural family beliefs, which gave us a much deeper understanding of Bali and the people who live here. We asked him so many questions throughout the day, and he was always happy to answer them and explain the meaning and history behind what we were seeing. Vito also knew it was my birthday and made the whole day feel special without making a big fuss about it. He gave us plenty of time to enjoy each location, took some fantastic photos of us, knew exactly where to get the best shots, and made sure we never felt rushed. And a special mention has to go to his driving — Bali traffic is absolute chaos 😂, but we felt completely safe and relaxed with Vito behind the wheel. He is an expert! The scenery on this tour is incredible, particularly Jatiluwih, but what we'll remember most is the experience Vito gave us. We didn't just see some beautiful parts of Bali; we came away feeling like we'd learned something about the island, its culture and everyday Balinese life as well. If you're considering booking this tour, do it — and if you can, ask for Vito. He genuinely made my birthday one I'll remember for a very long time. This Tour of the rice patties, temples, and waterfalls, and coffee roasters was wonderful. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, and bring water. But as is true on so many tours, the guide makes all the difference. Our guide was Merta. He was absolutely wonderful. He took care of us, made sure we ate at a good place, handled the traffic like a pro, and at the end of the day, made sure all of our connections were successful. His vehicle was clean and comfortable. We have taken many tours, andI cannot praise this Guide higher. Take this tour? Yes. Ask for Merta? Absolutely!!

Both Wayan and his son Wayan Jr were very friendly, great drivers and answered all the questions we had. We went to a coffee and tea sampling, Ubud market, the Elephant Cave, Tegalalang Rice Terrace and Tegenungan Waterfall. I was able to customize our itinerary. Personally I would recommend skipping the Rice Terraces. I thought we would learn about rice and how it is grown but it is just really an “instagram” spot for pictures on an elaborate swing.

There are alot of stairs, not ideal for people in wheelchairs or walking aids. Loved our day out. Wayan and his uncle made our day full of fun with lots of interesting facts about each place we went to. Thank you so much

Wayan and his uncle entertained us for the whole entire day. My friend and I enjoyed every stop besides the amount of steps which was not totally suitable for my injured knee, but we made the most of every site we went to. Me and my partner had an amazing time being shown around Bali on our tour by Ryan! We had ample time at each site. In between while driving Ryan explained local customs and traditions as well as explaining everyday life in Bali! Cannot recommend this tour and Ryan as a guide enough!!

Really fun day out, enjoyed all stops on the tour. Highlights for us were the rice fields and the coffee bean part. Convenient pickup from hotel, and guide was very flexible.

Wayan is a fantastic guide and a good driver too which are necessary in this busy traffic. Wayan is funny to be together with and have good knowledge about Bali. He helped us a lot. If your are many persons they have a big car for 7 persons and much luggage for transport from airport or around Bali. We highly recommend Wayan and the company. When we come back to Bali we will use Wayan for sure.

We had a fantastic tour! Our guide was so nice and explained us a lot of things in the temples and about Balinese culture. It was a good tour to see the main touristic attractions around ubud We even did one more stop which was planned since we had time, it’s really flexible. I recommend it!

Wayan is great, such a friendly and bubbly human being, he immediately contacted us and let us know how to contact him via WhatsApp. Prompt pick up and he took us to some of the best spots to visit in Ubud, we had some lovely lunch in a nice place he took us to and he even dropped us off at our next hotel in Nusa Dua. We had such a great day touring Ubud with Wayan! It was the day before Nyepi, so we got to see all of the ogoh-ogoh’s in the street before the parade that night. Wayan stopped so we could take pictures of all the impressive statues. We stopped at the rice terrace, Goa Gajah, Tirta Empul, and Tegenungan waterfall. Wayan took so many pictures and videos for us at each stop. We definitely recommend KoiBali Tour!

My group of 10 loved our experiences visiting the Rice Terrace, Tirta Emul, and coffee plantation. On our way to a great restaurant, we were stopped for about 20 minutes on the road because of a huge ceremonial procession. What a gift! We were more than happy to stay and watch until the traffic got moving again. The owner Wayan sent me a note thanking us for using his services. There was a misunderstanding with our driver about something so I shared that with Wayan in my response . He immediately phoned me and rectified it. I am very, very impressed with his customer service, business ethics and desire to ensure his customers happiness. I will definitely book with Wayan again when I return to Bali.

Our tour was provided by Wayan who was a great knowledgeable tour guide and very friendly! He went above and beyond to provided us with a great day including providing an offering for our visit to the temple. The places we visited were great with lots of photos opportunities and we would 100% recommend booking with this group!

On researching tours to do in the Ubud area we decided there were 4 locations we wished to visit - Tegalalang Rice Terrace, Tirta Empul Temple, Elephant Cave and Tegenungan Waterfall. We were collected by our guide - Wayan Pratama - first thing in the morning from our hotel at the pre arranged time. The tour by far exceeded our expectations and this was predominantly due to the amazing service we received from Wayan. Not only was he engaging and happy to answer any of our questions but also such a kind and generous soul. We learnt so much from him and enjoyed spending time chatting with him as we drove from location to location. He was very attentive throughout our trip and made sure we had plenty of photographs to document what an incredible experience we had. This tour is not to be missed, we could not recommend it and Wayan more.

Our tour was provided by Wayan who was absolutely fantastic! He was friendly and chatty and gave us great insight into traditional practices and the Balinese culture. We learned a lot from him, and he made the experience so worthwhile! We picked this tour because it offered the attractions we had yet to visit, and Wayan kindly stopped elsewhere for other temples we wanted to visit at our request. At the temples he ensured we followed respectful practices, including where to stand and what to do which meant we didn't interfere with the ceremonies and prayers being held. He and his wife provided traditional dress and an offering for our visit to the temple which supported our understanding of their beautiful culture. The places we visited were great to see, but Wayan made the day superb and we would 100% recommend booking with this group!!

You have to book Wayan because he knows Bali very well, he will give you as much information about Bali and take you to awesome places at a low rate.

Wayan was recommended by a friend and he did not disappoint! He arrives on time, everytime and took us around the island. He was so good i booked him again as i wanted to do it all.
