Balinese Cooking Class & Tanah Lot Temple Visit - Private & All-inclusive

Loved this tour!!! Had the best time learning how to make various Balinese dishes!! The chef, Soni, and his staff were the best!! Very encouraging and knowledgeable. They were able to answer any questions we had and made this the best experience!! Food was delicious!! We all received a cookbook with all the recipes we made. Also appreciate that they gave us suggestions for substitute ingredients based on where we live. Would do this tour again in a heartbeat!!

This class is absolutely phenomenal. Chef Komang was super warm and welcoming, and he gave really clear instructions and assigned us all roles when we needed to divide and conquer. We made a huge feast! The food was delicious, and we all got physical and digital cookbooks of everything we made. The Tanah Lot Temple afterwards was super cool, and Beni was such a fun driver and guide. He was super informative about the temple, and on top of that he took great pics of me both during the class and at the temple. He also took me to a coffee place afterwards since we had extra time, and I sampled like 14 different coffees and teas. ForeverVacation did a great job coordinating everything for me, and I'm really glad I did this!

This was an amazing experience! Would highly recommend and our driver Aprio was the perfect guide. He was very informative, very adaptable to our needs and responsive when a conflict came up and he helped us figure out an alternative solution for the day! Overall he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great day.

This experience was absolutely 10/10. The pick up and drop off was so seamless. it was the second time using Aprio from Forever Vacation and he has such a wealth of knowledge . If you have any questions from culture to directions he can answer it. Very well informed and a great personality. The cooking class was amazing . I loved that we got to cook multiple dishes and were around other people which made it fun to make new friends. The food was amazing and I learned so much about the Balinese cuisine with the market walk through and also the class itself. and it was also beautiful being able to visit Tanah lot temple. I highly recommend this activity through Aprio with forever vacations.

Buddy was an excellent tour guide who travelled very far to pick us up from our hotel. He was positive and engaging. The day was worry free as forever vacation took care of everything. Would recommend.

The cooking class with Tommy followed by a trip to the Tanah Lot temple was amazing. April drove us everywhere and nothing was too much. Jayanta on photography was awesome and popped up where you least expected him Both are a credit to their team!

Ngurah was an AMAZING GUIDE! So personable & knowledgeable ! His attention to every detail sets him apart from the rest. I have learned to love Bali and the people because of Ngurah! So much fun and so much food!!!! Our Chef Jim taught us so much in the market and was not only an excellent teacher and chef but also so much fun! Our drivers Raffi and Ngurah were beyond fabulous!! They went out of their way to add amazing adventures to our trip and were incredibly informative and helpful! They took out phones and captured so many moments for us. Ngurah was like having a professional photographer along with us.

Bali is beautiful, but what topped off our tour was our driver and tour guide: Ngurah. He was incredibly kind, friendly and informative. We were so lucky to find that he could take the most stunning photos!!! He truly made our day and we couldn’t be happier!! We would recommend him a thousand times over.

We had a blast learning to cook traditional Balinese cuisine. The Forever Vacation staff made the whole process so simple and stress free. This was our second experience using them and both experiences went off without a hitch. Our guide, Wayne Rush, was absolutely amazing and I can’t recommend him enough. We will request him on our next trip to Bali. Highly recommend this experience.

A fun morning visiting the markets and then cooking 12 dishes back at the cooking school. Our chef was Tommy, a quality chef and very funny guy. Ate the cooked courses for lunch and absolutely stuffed. Staff take photos and videos during the morning, good momento. Visit to Tanah Lot after the cooking class. Another excellent day with our guide Madi and the Forever Vacation team. Highly recommended.

This was a great experience learning to cook Balinese food and the visit to the beautiful Tanah Lot temple afterwards. Bernie was my guide and he was fun, always explained everything which made it easier to understand thw culture. I totally recommend this one for anyone even solo travellers!

What a great day spent with Alus! He was so polite, great English, provided custom music for us and was very timely. He has great driving skills in the thick traffic. Thanks Alus! We loved the cooking class and the temple on the sea. We would do it all over again!

This was a fantastic tour which was educational but yet fun. I would highly recommend We also had Mang Dut as our tour guide who was extremely helpful and friendly

It wasn't just about learning about how to cook some dishes, but an enriching cultural learning of the Balinese culinary tradition with clear explanation of what each ingredient is, how to use as well as the health benefits. Plus it is not just 1 or 2 recipes that were taught, but 5-6 dishes. After having had a big meal (everything was so delicious), the temple tour was great, not only it helped digestion, but it was a necessary visit, very unique temple on the water in the sea, accessible in low tide. Just like the Asian version of Mont St-Michel, incredible architecture!

This was amazing, our tour guide Millga was so nice and funny. He helped us along our way from the food market, to the restaurant/kitchen, and then to the temple. He explained a lot and we learned so much about the island and culture. The food and hospitality was fantastic. I will absolutely come again with more friends and family.

We had the most amazing experience with Gusde who not only guided us through the whole day but shared his passion for Bali, it’s food, culture and history. Forever Vacation are so professional and we always felt informed and supported from the moment we booked. 3 of us enjoyed cooking the 13 delicious dishes after visiting a market to learn about the fresh ingredients and loved Gusde taking photos and videos of our experiences throughout the day. The temple was spectacular and well worth a visit to see the amazing architecture and locals that use it. If you are wanting a quality experience with no hassles - then book this day trip. It’s was a fantastic day and I would recommend it for ages 8+

We always dreamt of doing such an activity abroad and oh my god it didn’t fail to exceed our expectations. The group ‘’ForeverVacation’’ ensured that our experience was a good one by providing us with one of their best tour guides (Peter) to accompany us and take Instagram worthy photos of the experience. The cooking class was so much fun and very inclusive (meat eaters, halal eaters, and vegetarian eaters too). The chef was outstanding! He had so much knowledge and passion for cooking. He really made sure it rubbed off on us to cook Balinese food ourselves when we got back to London because it was very tasty and delicious. The Tanah Lot Temple was a lovely experience but the weather didn’t allow us to do much unfortunately but we did take some very nice pictures.
