I had to leave a star in order to leave this review. My family and friends were beyond disappointed by the reality of this excursion and the deception. I have used Viator for all my trips and I have never been this frustrated. The place was very dirty with garbage all over the area and the water. The equipment for the water skis looked very outdated and unsafe. The guide sat us down and was trying to sell us more activities and when he realized we were not buying anything additional he walked away. We explained our disappointment and all the manager said was we read the website and we were not getting our money back. Please note that the pictures they show are not at all what the reality is. It took us 3 hours from our villa to get to this place and we sadly took ourselves back to our villa.

We ended up NOT doing ANY of the activities. The beach smells horrible upon arrival and the water was filled with trash and debris. The water has bottles, bags etc. I took pictures and unfortunately this app won't let me post the pictures. It's my birthday. This place is very deceiving.
One of the best tour guilds ever. I literally laughed and had fun the whole time. I had a day of many first and he made every moment enjoyable. I don’t know which was better (the water sports or the spa, but I loved it all. I can’t wait to come back to Bali.
We had Yuda today and i honestly have nothing bad to say about our day. He was an absolutely top guy, very knowledgeable, friendly, funny and all round genuine. We went on the trip with Gusti on our holiday and couldn't recommend it enough! The water sports were so exciting and we were able to do 3 different activities. Then we got such an insight to life in Bali - having a traditional spa experience and lunch, followed by an amazing tour of the temple in Uluwatu and the dance. The whole evening was rounded up by an amazing seafood dinner in such a unique and beautiful location. Gusti was incredibly informative and was so happy to help and answer any questions we had. It was a pleasure to spend the day with him!
We enjoyed the jet ski, parasailing and banana boat. Uluwatu dance was good finished off with a lovely dinner at Jimbaran.
Wayne was amazing and was so prompt and helpful we did the package but got so much more with his words of Bali and willing to help in anyway possible. The day was a lot of fun and would recommend to anyone

Great time, definitely recommend the water sports, spa, temple and dinner it’s the best activities and worth the price. Our driver kadek was the best driver we had here in Bali and I will be back requesting him specifically. He was very knowledgeable and helpful at every activity his hard work was most appreciated.
Naya was the best driver/tour guide we had. He gave us all the tips on how to best enjoy our tour, got us to on spots on time if not earlier, and made sure everything was taken care of. The tour itself was amazing. Good food and fun activities but Naya made it even more amazing. Highly recommend this tour and him as a driver

Tour itinerary is good where one can relax after water sports and before evening temple visit. Water Sports timing wise just adequate for us as a family n has not done too much water sports. Spa okay though massage can be more professional with harder pressure. Would be helpful if we are provided more history or background of temple n dance before reach destination.

Great combination of sports and culture activities. Our driver Wayan was very friendly and accomodating always looking after us and sharing local tips. First you are brought to the Dolphin water sports base where you can also choose additional activities. We were very happy to visit the turtle island, seeing turtles and other animals. This is followed by lunch, relaxing massage and a visit to Uluwatu temple with a sunset show and dinner. We had a great day and would recommend this package to others as well.

The content and course were good, but the traffic on the way back from Uluwatu Temple was amazing and a little tired And there was live music in a seafood restaurant, but I didn't ask for it, so I started playing. They forced me to tip, and that was a shame. The driver and guide was very helpful.
Kadek is his name, a very kind, attentive, happy driver. He explained all the activities to us (water sports, pandang beach, as well as accompanying us through the temple and explaining everything to us). Then he took us to dinner. I would definitely recommend this driver, he also offered to take photos all the time and was very helpful and attentive. I give it a 10/10
