The main operator gave the job to someone else and the guy who came his car didn’t have the aircon and he drove at a speed of 40 kmph all the way wasting our entire day. So not really shoot with the service. Please choose other operators but check with them before.
We had an amazing guide in Aris, he was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He provided us with good insight into Balinese culture, answered our numerous questions and knew where to take the best photos. Aris even stopped at a little street vendor so we could try Durian.
My driver Gede was great, really informative and passionate about his country, all the sights were so beautiful and a great way to see some of Bali!
The driver and tour guide Kawi made the day trip exceptionally fun and full of learning. He is very professional, passionate, respectful and fun and made me feel very comfortable during the whole trip. I learned so so much from the places we visited, people and things we saw on our way, but most of all I enjoyed talking to Kawi. He kindly answered all my questions about Balinese life, history, culture and many other things, which I really appreciate. We had a wonderful day visiting Taman Ayun, Ulun Danu Beratan, Jatiluwih Rice Terraces and Tanah Lot. Our guide, Sudi, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable and happy to personalise the day to suit our pace. He knew all the best photo spots and even took some great photos for us, which made the experience even more memorable. Lunch overlooking the rice terraces was a highlight, and there was never any pressure to rush or buy anything. A well-organised tour with an exceptional guide. Highly recommended!
We had a great time on this day trip, our guide Kawi was very knowledgeable and extremely hospitable! We got picked up in the morning and were able to see the 3 different temples and walk around the Jatiluwih rice field. Although not on the itinerary, we got to stop by and do a coffee tasting at a local coffee making spot which was a nice treat. Kawi was great about answering any of our questions about the places we visited as well as about any other general questions about culture, traditions, day to day life, etc. He was also great about knowing the best photo spots and making sure we got all the pictures we wanted! There was a few things that were nobodies fault in particular that would be helpful for others to think about when booking: We booked this tour on a Sunday in July which was apparently during the local school vacation-this led to a lot of traffic during some parts of our trip. We also didn’t think to check if the Jatiluwih fields had been harvested yet or not. We went a few days after harvest so the fields weren’t quite as picturesque as what you typically see (they were still beautiful to walk through even so). All in all a great tour, would definitely recommend!

We were picked up on time from our hotel by our friendly driver and guide, Dastra. We visited Tanah Lot temple, a coffee stop at Jati Wangi, Jatiluwih rice terrace where we hiked and had lunch, and Taman Ayun temple. Dastra is very knowledgeable and share his local experiences and culture. Our questions were answered with sincerety and respect. We never felt rushed to leave a site. Experience was amazing from the very begining. I've bought the tour late evening just prior the day tour day and they've managed to organise pickup, etc. Driver/guide Oka was wondderful: he was very punctual, polite, positive, very knowledgable, helpful, he even agreed to drive/show two extra objects near the assighned rout, which was very kind of him. The car was clean, AC, comfortable. This Unesco tour was the remarkable start of my Bali experience (first day). Thanks alot!

It was a fantastic day well worth it. My guide Raka Bali was very friendly and knowledge sharing much info on the sites and Balinese culture. The UNESCO temples and rice fields were gorgeous and a bonus visit to Baturiti coffee plantation sampling the best coffee I ever had!

We learned so much today, about the Hindu influence on agriculture and stone architecture, the trinity of religions that teaches respect, the vast collection of temples throughout the country. Our driver Made was a great source of this information, while he navigated the wild Bali traffic. The tour operation helped us build the all day tour to include a fabulous dance performance, with full gamalon orchestra. Just be aware : the distances involved and snarly Bali traffic made for a very long day, with just three stops.
Raka was a great guide. Spoke great english and was very informative with the culture of the Balinese. We were there over ceremony holiday and it was lovely to hear about the faith of this beautiful island
