My sister and I did this last minute booking and were so happy that our driver, Nyomon, had fantastic english, safe driving skill, courteous, friendly & readily shared his knowledge of Balinese culture heritage & their life style. Monkey Forest, beautiful scenery everywhere. We didn't try the Swing but was fun to see others doing it & enjoy lunch with the view. We chose not to visit the temple due to our late start in the day, but did add a walk over the glass bridge. Thank you so much. Our day was fantastic.

We had such a wonderful experience touring Bali with Nyoman. From the moment he met us in the lobby, he was warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making our day special. Our time exploring Ubud was seamless and beautifully organized. Nyoman made everything feel effortless — we were able to fully enjoy each stop without ever feeling rushed. He shared thoughtful cultural insights along the way, which added so much depth and meaning to the experience. What truly stood out was his kindness and attentiveness. He made sure we were comfortable, helped capture special moments for us, and treated us with such patience and care. If you’re looking for a lovely, professional, friendly and knowledgeable driver- booked with Era! From the moment he picked us up from the airport to our hotel, he provided us with such a warm welcome and give us handy tips on the do’s and dont’s in Bali which was super helpful as it was our first time on the island. We had such a warm reception that we booked him for a day tour to Ubud and he was just amazing! The booking process was seamless and he was punctual and had loads of water ready for us on the day. He was knowledgeable on the area and gave us so many facts, which I really appreciated and took us to all the great spots in Ubud. I can’t thank you enough for making our time in Bali so easy and when we do come back, we will definitely reach back out to you :)

Amazing trip from start to finish. Cannot recommend Era enough. We went on 4 trips in total whilst we stayed in Bali. All tours were brilliant.

Prompt collection, customisable tour to suit our requests and timings. Great communication throughout even when we didn't have mobile service, with clear collection times. We went to the Monkey forest, Mason elephant Parc, Luack coffee, waterfalls, restaurant and some shops. Very informative, well spoken English, clean vehicle with bottled water provided, great tour guide knowledge. Even caught us up in the monkey forest to take us round, after we merrily headed off on our own. We must have looked lost when he found us 🤣 Highly recommend, great tour and great tour guide. Thank you so much for giving us a great experience to add to our amazing holiday 👍👍

Era was so helpful from the day he picked us up from the airport, very friendly and his knowledge of the English language allowed us to communicate very easily which was very comforting being our first time in Bali. He took us on trips and provided the majority of our transportation whilst we were exploring Bali. As you’d expect he had more than extensive knowledge of all sights and the history of the places we visited. Era went above and beyond at every step of service he provided for us and even looked after one of our suitcases whilst we hopped islands. We will certainly use him again when we go back and would not consider using anyone else. 10/10

We were very fortunate to connect with Nyoman at our airport pick up! Amazing English, so friendly, polite and we’ve made ourselves an amazing new friend in Bali. Mr Nyoman was the best guide I ve ever met. First of all his English knowledge was very good that we did not stop talking to him. He was very kind and polite, sensitive and thoughtful as he offered us traditional deserts and fruits. We were with him for three days and He planned the trips for us. He knew the best places to take photos and also about the places he was an old hand as he told us every story behind them. Beside he is a good driver and knows all the roads. I am very happy to meet him, strongly recommend and if I go to Bali again, I will see him as an old friend. Thank you!!

We used the transfer service when arriving in bali to get to Bingin, Uluwatu. He was amazing and so patient, we took over 2 hours at the airport sorting out lost luggage and he waited for us the whole time and greeted us with a smile once we made it out. The transfer was easy and quick with a bottle of water waiting for us in the car. Later on during our trip we used his services for a day trip to Ubud where he took us to a few locations and even walked with us and gave us more information throughout. It was a wonderful day and we were able to plan the trip how we wanted and he worked around us. Please use this service when in bali as you will not be disappointed! We will be using him when we come back in the future :))

We had the best days in Ubud! Era was an awesome guide and went out of his way to show us around and make sure we felt comfortable throughout our tour and answered all our questions. Extremely friendly and caring guide who speaks very good english. It couldn’t have been more perfect! Was so professional, he told us about the tradition and rich culture of the places visited, took us to the best restaurants that served both local and european food. We highly recommend Era and for sure will call him if we ever go back to Bali!

Nyoman is an excellent tour guide with great knowledge about Balinese culture and locations around the island. We had a couple of awesome tours with him and would definitely recommend him.

We were very lucky to meet Nyoman in our airport transfer to Ubud organized by the travel agency. Nyoman was such a kind and knowledgeable person that we decided to take multiple tours of Bali with him. First one was the Ubud tour, where we visited the Monkey Forest, Bali Pulina coffee plantation, Tegallalang rice terraces, Bali Swing, Pura Tirtu Water Temple and Tegenungan Waterfall. It was an amazing day discovering the beauties of Bali and thanks to Nyoman, the traditions and history of Bali. Second day trip was to visit Nung Nung and Tukad Cepung waterfalls, which despite the thousand stairs we had to climb on our way back, worth every effort those being two hidden gems. Thanks to Nyoman we ate some amazing Jackfruit fritters and the best Nasi Goreng in Ubud area. Finally, we went on Uluwatu tour, where Nyoman was key in getting tickets for the Kecak dance, the number of people lining up for tickets being very big. Once again, many thanks to Nyoman!!! His kindness, readiness, his knowledge about the Balinese culture and being always ready to help, made our trip wonderful and very smooth. We highly recommend Nyoman and for sure will call him if we ever go back to Bali!

Nyoman was an excellent guide and driver. Communication and travel was always smooth. Nyoman advised us on the best places to visit. He also made sure we got the best deal too! We will definitely recommend his services to our friends looking to visit Bali in the future.

I can not recommended the services enough! We originally made contact when collected from the airport, I originally booked through a third party and I am so thankful we met Nyoman. He assisted us with a day tour in Ubud involving waterfalls, rice fields, coffee plantation and temple. On top of that we moved around from Ubud to Seminyak and then from Seminyak to Uluwatu and we also used Nyoman for that too. He was always on time and the ride was always comfortable, car was always equipped with air conditioning and bottled water and the prices were always fair. Like I said I can not recommend him enough. Your in good hands.

Our trip was organised to start from 8am, pick up from Our hotel. What app to let him know we’re where in Lobby and there he was with his beaming smile. The tour included the Kopi luack centre, the young man who spoke Toni’s about the coffee, the process All the teas, fruits and herbs on site was fabulous. No Hard sell like with some tours we’ve been on, very relaxed and at our pace. Very informative. Monkey forest, this was a lovely place nice to see the monkeys being Protected and not being used purely for monetary gain. The rehab section touched me, one blind monkey one with missing limbs, being looked after due to their vulnerability. Temple tour was very informative, we had a personal guide who was an elder from The temple. He was great, very informative. Rice fields, the swing over the plaines if you’re brave enough, I heard grown men laugh and giggle Like children on them. That was special. Waterfall, wow!!! Just wow!!! Nyoman’s knowledge of all the villages was exceptional We stopped for lunch at a lovely little restaurant the food was beautiful. I’d highly recommend this tour, great value for Money and a day full Of amazing Memories, thank you Nyoman xx

Nyoman was punctual and very helpful. He was knowledgeable about all things bali. He was friendly and spoke fondly of his family and asked about ours. The all day visit was superb because it gave us the flavour of Bali. I would recommend anyone do this trip

Hubbie and I met Era by chance when we booked a car home from a nearby restaurant back to our hotel on our first trip in 2017. We found him very easy to talk to and as a result, asked if he would be our guide for a full day trip to Ubud to see the monkeys, rice fields, elephants etc. We organised a time to be picked up and off we went! His knowledge of the area is extremely good and so is his command of the english language. He waited patiently whilst we went off into the tourist attractions and gave us hints & tips of various places to eat or have a coffee, get some cleaning done etc along the way (& not commission based I hasten to add, just nice places to eat where you are not overcharged). We got on so well with Era and found him so friendly, that we asked him to be our guide for any other trips and had some good chats over lunch and a beer. In 2018, we again returned to Bali to the same hotel and his friendly face met us at the airport! Era also introduced us to his lovely wife and I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you want someone who will go above & beyond, then Era is for you. His vehicle is clean, tidy & he treats you like a friend rather than some of the other drivers I have witnessed who just want their "cut" from taking you to the tourist spots. We will not hesitate to contact him on our next trip and will keep in touch with him via text in the meantime. You will not be disappointed!

Was well organized - the driver on time , friendly and drove safely. Just for the ride about 140 euros all that dings too expensive .

Mega cute driver, good stories about the different things we saw. Good to take pictures of us along the way and send them afterwards
