A pair of us took our tour from Benoa, Bali cruise port. The friendly and informative guide/driver met us at the terminal and spoke accented but good English. He proposed an itinerary which we modified. He suggested that we begin with Balinese dancing, but we declined because we had already seen two. Instead, we began by seeing the making of batik cloth and clothing followed by the crafting of silver jewelry. We then saw a splendid Hindu temple, a waterfall, and a reserve amid free roaming “nice” monkeys unlike the “cheeky” monkeys in some other reserves who would steal people’s glasses and cell phones as ransom for food. Because our trip was in January in the rainy season, it was quite hot and humid with few visitors in the reserve. Therefore, we could hand feed some albino monkeys kept in a cage for their own protection. We were also able to feed flying-fox fruit bats in a large aviary with papaya at the ends of sticks because we were the only people there and a keeper was feeding them at that time. Our experience would have been quite different if we had visited in the high season months of July and August when there would have been large crowds and getting around the island would have been much slower due to traffic jams. We later had lunch at a restaurant filled with foreigners because, according to our guide, Balinese food tends to be extremely spicy hot. Afterward, we could have seen other things like rice terraces, but we returned to the port to avoid missing our ship’s departure. Overall, we had a wonderful and fulfilling taste of Bali and recommend the tour most enthusiastically.

Batuan Temple, referred to locally as ‘Pura Puseh lan Pura Desa Adat Batuan’, is a focal landmark in the namesake village of Batuan, well-known for its traditional Balinese arts and paintings. Within only a 10km transfer south from Ubud central, the site features a grand complex of shrines laid out within its 0.65Ha complex. Well preserved sandstone bas motifs and well-preserved traditional Balinese temple architecture are its main draws.
Tegenungan Waterfall is one for nature lovers who happen to be staying in Ubud or have neighbouring Sukawati among their tour itineraries. The falls are conveniently located halfway between Ubud and Bali’s provincial capital of Denpasar, and is considered the closest natural attraction of its kind that you can reach within only a half-hour transfer southeast from Ubud town. Getting to the falls is a pleasant drive down paved village roads lined with stretches of green rice fields on both sides.
Tegallalang Rice Terraces in Ubud is famous for its beautiful scenes of rice paddies involving the subak (traditional Balinese cooperative irrigation system), which according to history, was passed down by a revered holy man named Rsi Markandeya in the eighth century. Tegallalang forms the three most splendid terraced landscapes in Ubud's shared region, with the others being in the villages of Pejeng and Campuhan.
One of the authentic sides of Bali is traditional Balinese dance performance which is call Barong Dance Bali.

Putu did an amazing job on our tour. He is very knowledgeable, showed us to some great places in ubud and made us feel comfortable. I would definitely go on a tour again!
It's so beautiful when you enjoy the sunrise in the morning with other friends, using a jeep to get to your destination with an experienced driver, of course Mr. Kadek was the name of the jeep driver we were riding in. Next, we will explore many tourist attractions here! So incredible
Playing ATVs and enjoying the sunset at Jimbaran Beach is truly extraordinary. Apart from that, you will be invited to tour historical places. The beautiful views and being guided by Kadek as an on-time and friendly driver make for an unforgettable experience.
A very beautiful view to enjoy in the afternoon, with a peaceful and cool atmosphere to enjoy with your beloved family and partner

Amazing experience will recommend to everyone, had such a good time, everything well planed, Very professional and our driver putu was very knowledgeable not only about Bali but know heaps about every spot he took us to, took great photos of my friend and I plus spoke good English! Had heaps of fun!
We went on a private car tour Ubud with Putu and he has became our very good friend!...We started without a firm itinerary and just mentioned where the places we like to go. He is very patient and obliged to our every requests. Also Putu suggested places where we could have lunch and break stop. We chatted along the road trip and he shared many things about Bali culture. I would recommend him to anyone who wants an interesting private chauffeur and not just a boring point to point driver.
I wanted to say that the experience had with wayan was nothing short of majestic. Wayan went out of his way to make us feel welcome and point out great spots to check out and helpful tips along the way (such as how to navigate Monkey Forest and avoid having a bad time there) as well as being available for pickup whenever we needed. Wayan took Lots of photos for us to help capture the memories which will surely be looked up years to come. If anyone wants an honest fun and laid back your of Bali and feeling comfortable the whole time in the car and out, then spend the day with Wayan and you will NOT be disappointed. Thank you for making my first time in Bali memorable!
Tour was absolutely fantastic, can’t say enough how much my wife and I enjoyed our day and how accommodating our guide was. Very knowledgeable and spoke fantastic English, we had a great conversation all day long about Bali and he was always willing to take pictures for us. The tour and he offered so many alternatives for us & we are so glad he did and it was incredible! Monkey Forrest, Waterfall, Temple, Rice Fields & Jungle Swing were all great as was the fantastic. Would highly recommend to all.
Best Ubud Tour My Wife and I visited Bali on our Honeymoon, after 6 days relaxing by the beach in Sanur we moved on to Ubud and wanted to be a bit more active. We were picked up by Agung who showed us the best Ubud had to offer, the day was very well run and Agung was very helpful and knowledgable. We enjoyed all aspects of the trip, the Monkey forest was amazing as was the Hindu temple. Even when the rain started in the afternoon, Agung was on hand with the umbrellas. A great way to see Ubud and we can highly recommend.
Happy day!! Our guide was Agung and we are very happy, he was so friendly and sooo patient with us. He also always took pictures of us and had everything well thought out! Our tour started at Batuan Temple, further to the Tegenungan Waterfall and then to the monkey forest. On the way there Agung gave us the option to stop at the mas wood carving. We used this and didn't regret it. In Monkey Forest Agung gave us the most incredible memory photos because the monkeys even climbed on us. We went on to a jungle swing with final dinner, the food was so delicious! Then we could optionally decide whether we wanted to go to the coffee plantation, we did this too and didn't regret it! Our tour ended at Tegalalang rice terrace. All in all we felt like kings all day, Agung was always approaching and friendly and gave us so much about the culture, religion and the region of Bali. We are so happy that we did this tour!
