Raka went above and beyond to ensure we had a great informative experience. Even amongst a fuel crisis Raka ensured we had the best time and got home safely. I highly recommend Raka for a personalised day trip out or a driver for the day.

Itinerary
Balinese traditional house refers to the traditional vernacular house of Balinese people. This house has nine buildings that have different functions.
Goa Gajah, or Elephant Cave, is located on the island of Bali near Ubud. Built in the 11th century, it served as a sanctuary.
In the Balinese language, Tirta Empul loosely translated means water gushing from the earth, which for this reason Tirta Empul is regarded as a holy spring.
A great spot for climbing, and the rewards of the views into the crater and of the crystal clear waters of Lake Batur.
A spot where you can have lunch with a volcano overlooking. Have delicious Indonesian buffet lunch with many food options.
Known as Ceking Rice Terrace, this place is a long-time icon of Bali scenery and culture, with its famous green rice fields and slopes in the jungle.

Our Guide Raka was amazing. We were held up with traffic delays due to fuel shortages however Raka handled it like a legend. We still had a great day exploring and got to see a lot of sites. Raka was very informative and funny. Definitely worth the travel to the Volcano
We had a great trip, and feel we saw a real variety of the traditional Bali. Our guide, Darma, took the time to explain everything such as how the family system works and the temples and beliefs, and made sure our trip was enjoyable. Thank you Darma
Chris was absolutely incredible! He looked after us so well, continually checking on us to make sure we were okay. His knowledge of the culture, land and history of Bali was second to none. We learned so much in just one day. Chris as a guide we could not fault we would give him 10 stars!
It was a very interesting tour. Lovely to get up to the mountains. Lunch was a highlight. My guide was very knowledgeable & flexible with what we did. Would thoroughly recommend the tour
The Kintamani Tour was a great experience. My tour guide, Krisna, couldn't have been better - a good guy, entertaining, knowledgeable and a laugh. Getting away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta was well worth it. Kintamani, breathtaking.
Aris from Bali 4 U tours is a lovely gentleman who took extremely good care of us during the whole day visit. The places he took us to, smooth experience and gave us ample time to explore and enjoy on our own. To top it all, the Restaurant in Kintamani was very well chosen. He kept us entertained during road trip too and shared the history of the place and people. Lovely gentleman to experience this tour with.
The experience was good. Sudi arrived early. He had everything prepared (i did not have to manage any fee or tips). Him and his son took me to many places. Sudi adapted the visit according to my wishes. Unfortunately the weather was cloudy but we could still see the volcano at the back of the clouds and I had time to walk in the rice terrace area. Super nice 👌
Very good driver. Nice service. I will definitely recommend this trip to my friends and relatives. Thank you
We had a great time on this tour, Sudi was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and we learnt a lot about the Balinese culture. The lunch included was good with a fantastic view over the volcano and lake. Great day out
I really enjoyed my day today! Thanks to my skillful guide Tegeg, who took me through all these wonderful places, I opened “real Bali” for myself. I felt comfortable throughout the journey, learnt a lot and had enough time on all spots. It was a perfect combination of new information, insights and peace-&-quiet for myself.
This is a great tour to get to see a good part of the island and get a feel for some of the amazing places here. There's a reasonable amount of driving but you get yo cover a good part of the island and it's well worth it. Having a good and knowledgeable driver is a bonus and Tegeg did not disappoint. He is polite and informative and provides you with all you need to know without overdoing it. He is an amazing guide and I'd certainly use him again. The tour takes in a good mix of venues - Elephant cave, temples and a great buffet lunch overlooking Mount Batur and the lava plains. Wonderful scenery and a lot of interesting stops during the day. A great tour to get you started.
A great day out visiting some iconic Bali tourist venues. For a days trip you get to cover a lot and it's well worth the trouble. A reasonable amount of driving but definitely worth it. My driver, Tegeg, was exceptional. Very patient driver, pleasant and he has plenty of helpful comments and explanations for you at each venue. Would definitely use him as my driver again. Great day - even the rain held off so that was a bonus.
From the moment we met, Lemon made us feel like VIPs. Lemon is an awesome guide and driver. His English is almost native level. Due to his contacts at the sites we visited, we always had a great parking spot, and didn't have to wait to enter. My wife and I highly recommend Lemon for touring anywhere in Bali.
Amazing day. Our guide/driver was very knowledgeable, his English was excellent, and didn’t push us to go to tourist traps. The temples are beautiful and definitely worth seeing, and lunch while looking at Mount Batur was spectacular. The only drawback, which our guide had no control over, was the pestering by people trying to sell us things. That is Bali though.
This was a great day. Our driver/guide was very helpful and knowledgeable. We learnt a lot about the culture and history. Lunch and the view was amazing. Our driver’s English was very good.
First time in Ubud wanting to experience culture and scenery. Our driver Krisna made the experience suited to what we were looking for and recommended optional activities to our liking. Overall best experience. Day well spent. 5 stars 🌟
Our tour guide Mudana was so knowledgeable and patient. He gave great information and insights on the area and sites. He went above and beyond our expectations.
I got to know about this tour company from a YouTube video before we planned our itinerary for Bali. So I went to their website and chatted with them to enquire more. They even provided me with a Whatsapp-able number so that I can be in touch with them at anytime. That's so thoughtful! So, we booked the Kintamani tour and it was a well-spent whole day affair with our amazing tour guide, Agus. He co-owns this tour company with his brother. He is super friendly and polite, and speaks really good English too. We felt so lucky to have him as our tour guide. Our tour costs USD 45. Side note, you can also customize your own tour and spend as much (or as little) time as you wish at certain spots. Totally, totally flexible! 0815: pick-up from hotel in Seminyak (Nice and comfy SUV, mineral water provided) 0930: Barong and Kris Dance (We left early, it was interesting, but too lengthy) 1045: Balinese Traditional House (Very interesting and there's a family that lives there, not just an empty tourist house, friendly residents and pets) 1130: Tirta Empul Temple (Agus brought along sarong for us, must wear for both male and female who wants to visit this temple. Very, very fascinating to see the cleansing rituals) 1230: Kintamani Coffee Plantation (Went through a quick course about coffee production and savoured 12-glasses of complimentary mini teas and coffees, yums!) 1400: Kintamani Batur Volcano (Beautiful view for lunch! Buffet lunch of halal food, across from the majestic volcano and a slightly more shy Mt. Agung) 1600: Besakih Temple (This was the highlight! Biggest Hindu temple in Bali and we got to witness some rituals as there was a festival that day, learnt so much!) 2000: back at hotel (traffic jam on the way back, we managed to nap during the 2hrs+ journey home) Very well worth the time and money spent for this tour. We will definitely book them again for other tours when we return to Bali. Terima kasih, Agus! We enjoyed the tour so much!
It's a very reasonable one-day private tour of Bali's World Heritage sites, efficiently taking you to and from a hotel in the Ubud area, with one English-speaking driver and one guide (some guides can speak Japanese), and you can easily apply by yourself for it, at about 15,000 yen including lunch. In the morning, we visited a traditional Balinese folk house, an elephant cave called 'Goagaja', a sacred spring temple called 'Tintownpur', a coffee farm and stopped at a chocolate souvenir shop. For lunch, we had buffet food at a restaurant overlooking 'Lake Batur' on the Kintamani Plateau. In the afternoon, we spent about an hour walking around Tegalalang Rice Terrace, one of Bali's best attractions, with our guide, who dropped us off at our hotel around 4pm in the evening. It was a tour that I will always remember so much that I can't stop crying when I say goodbye, with the driver and guide explaining in English and broken Japanese for the sake of one tourist, and the guide helping me in various ways when I slip on the rice terrace.
