**⭐ 1 STAR — DO NOT BOOK WITH BLUUU TOURS!** **WARNING: Take screenshots of EVERYTHING.** We booked a boat for **AUD $2,027**, paid our deposit and were told the remaining balance was $1,419. Upon arrival, they demanded **$1,870 instead — an extra $451!** When challenged, they claimed we'd booked a different boat and produced a confirmation we'd never seen. Thankfully, I had screenshots proving what our original booking displayed, because our online booking portal now shows different information! **The worst part?** Their WhatsApp team was responding right up until I sent photographic proof. Then complete silence. Staff on-site refused to take responsibility, directing us back to the same unresponsive WhatsApp team. **They advertise transparent pricing and no hidden fees. Our experience was anything but.** Save your money, your time and your holiday. **Book elsewhere.**

Our family tour to Nusa Penida with Gio, John, Bahar and Alfos was fantastic. They were vibrant, funny and so accommodating for us, especially Gio who was our guide for the day. Gio took us snorkelling, did great photography, guided us through the Kelingking cliffs, and serenaded us with beautiful singing. Absolutely 10/10 experience, definitely recommend make sure to ask for these four!

A fantastic day out with a great crew and a lovely boat, where you feel safe, comfortable and well looked after from start to finish. Let’s be honest, though — the sea can be rough! Seasickness tablets are provided, and if the swell is too great in one area, the crew will take you somewhere more suitable. While this can be disappointing, it’s absolutely the right decision, and safety must always come first. The snorkelling is wonderful. Once you get used to the excellent equipment, you’re rewarded with an underwater spectacle that few people ever get to experience. I’m certainly not the world’s best snorkeller, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. If you’re a more experienced snorkeller, I’m sure you’ll appreciate it even more! We finished the day in the best possible way, watching the sunset with a few drinks in hand, sharing stories and reflecting on the incredible sights we’d seen and the experience we’d enjoyed together. The lunch was great too. Comment: one needs slides to transverse the hot sand. A memorable experience, made even better by a great crew. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing day with Bluuu, our guides Micky and Ana were incredible. Managed to to see turtles, manta Ray's and plenty of fish and coral - they knew exactly were to go and kept everyone safe and happy. All of the equipment was good quality, the food was good and the tour ran like clockwork. Thanks boys, you guys are champions!

We did a full day private snorkeling trip. Our guides were Derrick and Ringgo and they were incredible! They made sure we felt comfortable in the water, were quick to point out cool things to see when snorkeling, and were very flexible with our itinerary so we could go at our own pace! We did see manta rays, which isn’t a guarantee, so that felt very lucky! Those snorkel spots are a bit crowded, and had plankton that stung a bit, so just be prepared! The staff at bluuu is very communicative if you have any questions leading up to the trip. We sorted cars through them as well, which was very easy to do!

Had an amazing day out with Bluuuu on their private boat (QR12) . Booked this for a day trip around Nusa Penida and it delivered on every front. The boat and crew The boat was clean, well-maintained, and had more than enough space for our group of 11 (6 adults and 5 kids age 13). Life jackets fit everyone, and the deck had shade plus a sizeable seating area. The captain knew the waters well and kept things steady even when the wind picked up. The crew were fantastic. Special mention to Derrick and Kadek. They were very friendly and helped us every-time our group went in and out of the water without being overbearing. They helped the kids with boarding, pointed out fishes and corals, and didn’t rush us. They also took great photos of the group on go-pros which will be endless memories for us. The trip We chose the Relax and Chill Day trip. They offer a pickup and drop facility to their center at a nominal charge and we chose that for our group. We left around 9am from their center and were back by 6pm. Route included 2-3 snorkelling sites depending on current and weather permitted . Also included a lunch at Orca beach club and there was choice for vegetarians. Kids enjoyed the infinity pool and we relaxed and snoozed on the day beds. They provided fruits and plenty of water on the boat and allowed us to bring our own. What stood out Punctuality. No delays, and they messaged us the night before with exact pickup instructions. Also gave all of us motion sickness medicine before starting the day at the briefing session. Flexibility too. We asked to spend more time at one spot and less at another, and they adjusted without issue. Highlight was Manta Point where we saw 8-10 Mamtas swim around us for 10-15 mins. Overall. The price felt fair for a private charter in Nusa Penida especially split between our group. You can also use their clean shower facilities once you you are back at their center. Would book again if we go to Bali.

My family and I had a great time with our guides, Aiden and Adi. They made the 45 min boat ride to the manta ray spot very fun, and we saw many of them so close to us. Drift snorkeling allowed us to see many turtles, and they made all of us feel included, including my grandparents with little swimming ability.

Very well planned and convenient trip! Meetup spot has food and drinks, comfortable shaded outdoor seating, and affordable apparel and sun block in a small shop. Boat was fast, appropriately sized for the waves, had a front and rooftop seating area, and clean. Towels and snorkeling gear were provided and were good quality. Water and fruit were provided throughout. Tour guides Budi and Morgan made the trip very fun! They took great photos and videos of everyone, helped us see things while snorkeling, and brought us to the manta rays!

Fanatastic day tour of Nusa Penida. I booked the first-class boat and enjoyed my time. Great way to see the island and be on the water in Bali. To be honest, the snorkeling wasnt great as other part of Indonesia. Did see a Manta which was cool. Best part was the service and the proseco party at sundown. Morgan and Gede took great care of us. What a day started with a private driver Kadek picking me up from my resort onto Bluuu Tours day trips office to embark on a day of snorkelling and sightseeing. We're not disappointed what an amazing day. Started with Nyoman & Budi giving a safety briefing then onto meet the captain and board Almond Milk. First time experience for me and what an incredible day we saw so much visited three beautiful bays where the sea just kept on giving, the coral, the beautiful fish of many colours, the mantas and incredible turtles they were huge, and to end it all a pod of dolphins. Nyoman he was just wonderful cared about everyone on board in the sea ensuring everyone got the best of the day's experience, Budi he was amazing too taking some incredible underwater footage. Lunch was at the La Rossa to give us time to enjoy and relax. Hospitality was just enjoyable with fruit and water on hand all day, and when had some down time on the boat, they turned the music up and buzz fizz or Prosecco on hand for everyone to enjoy. Nyoman and Budi like the captain and the rest of team made a day for everyone to remember

We travelled to Nusa Penida on a private boat with Aldo and his crew. There were six of us in our family group and we all snorkelled in four different and fantastic locations. Aldo and the crew were wonderful and looked after us well, taking us to some great spots where we saw lots of colourful fish, beautiful coral and also a turtle! Overall a terrific day that we all really enjoyed. Highly recommended!

Dani and crew were great and it was well worth the money to charter a boat and avoid the packed crowds. The snorkeling was excellent with healthy coral reefs and plenty of sea turtles. The snorling equipment was decent and the boat well maintained. Dani was a great guide and good about setting our expectations that we may not be able to see the manta rays due to weather conditions (we didnt't). I think the Bluuu website could emphasize this more and I would be curious how many tours do not get to see the mantas. Also, we skipped visiting the Kelingking cliff (after lunch) as we learned that the lines are very crowded and didn't want to spend any of our day in traffic or cueing with crowds. So, even without seeing the mantas or the cliff it was money well spent!

Incredible experience! I booked the premium boat and everything was well planned & organised. There was a tonne of GoPro footage of us swimming and the sea life. Got to park up at a restaurant on the beach for rest and ended with sunset & champagne. The guides were great and always checking in and making sure I was safe as I was solo, and I was in a great group! Made lots of new friends! Recommend

We had an absolutely wonderful experience on this boat tour and cannot say enough positive things about the captain, crew, and especially our guide, Dani. From the very beginning, the entire team was incredibly accommodating and extremely safety conscious, which meant so much to me since I was quite nervous about crossing the channel and being in open water. They took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and reassured every step of the way. Dani was phenomenal. He took amazing underwater photos, guided us to stunning snorkel spots, and made sure everyone in our group was having a great experience. The snorkeling locations were beautiful, and the lunch was served in the most serene and picturesque setting. It truly could not have been better. This ended up being our family’s favorite excursion in Bali. We could not have asked for a better day and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area, especially with Dani as your guide.

Our family included four seniors and two kids under 10, and this trip would not have been possible without Nemo and Ringgo. They were incredibly patient with both the older adults and the little ones. My mom doesn’t know how to swim, yet with their help she was able to get into the ocean and snorkel—without anxiety—for the very first time. I highly recommend this experience! They provide unlimited photos and unforgettable memories. The restaurant was great, and there was almost no language barrier during the tours. This was one of the best experiences of our traveling lives! From beginning to end, Bluuu showed the highest level of professionalism, client service, and integrity. I have been on diving and snorkeling trips all over the world and these guys blow everyone else out of the water. Our guide Randy was the best part of the whole trip—funny, professional, knowledgeable, and worked so hard to help us have the best trip possible. We saw a Manta, dolphins, miles of gorgeous coral and reef fish, but even if we hadn’t seen the beautiful manta and dolphins, we would have been happy with the experience of spending the day with wonderful people in a beautiful place on an extremely comfortable and stylish boat. Boat Tour Nusa Penida – Best Day Ever! We had the best day ever on our boat tour around Nusa Penida! Our guide Aden was absolutely amazing — super friendly, fun, and incredibly professional. He made sure we felt safe and comfortable the whole time, and he knew all the best spots. Snorkeling was unreal. We swam with manta rays, spotted dolphins playing around the boat, and even saw beautiful sea turtles up close. The water was crystal clear, the marine life was unbelievable, and the whole experience felt like a dream. If you’re coming to Bali and want the perfect ocean adventure — this is the one. We had a great time with our friends on a private boat with Nyoman. We saw mantas and turtles on our snorkeling tour and great food for our lunch and a gluten free option for our friend. We appreciate all their hard work and hospitality. We will book with Bluu tours again next time.
