I had an absolutely fantastic day out with a friend on the white water rafting and quad bike tour, and a huge part of that was down to our driver and organiser, Udia. From the moment we were picked up, it was clear we were in great hands, professional, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure we both had the best experience possible. The day itself was brilliantly organised with no hiccups, and Udia’s knowledge of the area and the activities added a real extra dimension to the trip. Nothing was too much trouble, and the two of us felt completely at ease throughout. The white water rafting was amazing and the quad biking was equally brilliant, a perfect combination for an action-packed day. But what really elevated it above other tours we’ve done was the quality of the person looking after us. Udia was exceptional, attentive, fun, and clearly passionate about delivering a great experience. If you’re thinking about booking this tour, don’t hesitate. Ask for Udia if you can, you won’t be disappointed. One of the best days we’ve had on any trip. Five stars without question

Amazing experience if you are looking for something full of adrenaline this is your activity. From start till end its an unique experience. And you are done just in time to go back to your resort relax and go later for dinner. Driver Kojek was amazingly friendly always laughing and smiling

Our driver Johnny was amazing, he told us so much about different temples and villages on the way to our activities, his English was easy to understand. The white water rafting was 10/10 minimal wait time and a great instructor Deka who was full of fun and games with us!! There are a lot of steps up and down to the water but 1000000% worth it!! The ATV again was minimal wait and just the two of us with a guide. For someone who has never rode ATVs before it was super easy and a lot of fun 👌👌 would definitely do both again!!!

Everything was absolutely fantastic! The service driver in the east was top-notch, the rapids were absolutely thrilling, and our tour guide was simply amazing.

**Caution: Potential Scam** I recently had a very disappointing experience that cost me $300 AUD. I was genuinely excited about participating, but the entire process was unprofessional with no communication at all. After expressing my intention to ride my scooter as they did not collect us from villa, I was abruptly informed that there wasn't enough time for me to join, despite my eagerness. Attempts to communicate for clarification were met with silence, leaving me feeling frustrated and stranded. I expected a fun and engaging day, but instead, I was left with regret and no viable options. I strongly urge others to be cautious and thoroughly research before committing to this service. Protect yourself from similar frustrations.

The experience was excellent. The white water rafting was amazing with all the views. The quad bike experience was intense and enjoyable. However, be ready to climb down a few stairs before and climb up afterwards for the water rafting. I would highly recommend this trip.

We had an amazing experience with our driver, Nanda, today in Bali. He picked us up from our hotel right on time and took us to our activities, including water rafting and ATV riding. Throughout the entire day, he was friendly, professional, and patient. We felt very safe and well taken care of. Nanda made the journey comfortable and enjoyable, and he even shared helpful local tips along the way. After our excursions, he drove us back to our hotel safely and with a smile. A great day doing both White Water Rafting followed by Quad Bikes. You will get soaked at both but so much fun for anyone. A couple of points to note there are 300ish steps to and back from the river, also very handy to have a change of clothes for after the quad bikes as it’s pretty wet and muddy whatever the weather. Our guide Nova was excellent, providing local knowledge as well as things for us to do on our next leg at the beach

We couldn't wipe the smile off our teens' faces. Our tour guide, Arta was such a professional, friendly host that taught us a lot about Balinese culture. We were split as a family as to which adventure experience we liked better; white water rafting in the lush jungle was so memorable but the ATVs were a real mud laden thrill! You won't regret booking this experience :)

Despite Rukmana forgetting my booking and I was having to text them my booking details late the night before, I had a pleasant experience. Driver, Nova arrived 10min before our scheduled pick up time and he was with me right throughout the day. He was great, drove really well, spoke good English and nice to talk to. Both the rafting and biking went without any hickups, great communication and organisation by the respective operators. I would recommend these guys for a great day of fun and adventure.

This is two tours with separate companies and a driver that stays with you throughout the day. The river rafting was awesome - good for beginners but still very fun and the river is gorgeous! The ATV part is basically a big obstacle course set in the jungle. You should be already comfortable with ATVs, which we were not. Didn't feel very safe and was not good for sightseeing but seemed fun for people who enjoy an ATV obstacle course and are familiar with ATVs. The river rafting guide was awesome! The tour operators are very hard to get in touch with and didn't respond in a timely or clear manner to many of my messages. If I did it again I would have just booked river rafting and set up my own driver, although our driver was also great but it was just unnecessary to have a driver booked for the entire day.

Both the water rafting and atv was a lot of fun. Our tour guide yogik was fantastic. Was worth every penny. Would absolutely recommend it. The scenery was also amazing.

The rafting was great fun but definitely consider whether you can do the steps before and after. The drinks on the river are 4X the normal price also the lunch was not great quality. Quad biking was AMAZING. Seriously. We got a guide and we zoomed about some fantastic tracks. There were were plenty of slow people but they accommodated us as clearly we were more experienced. The downside was the photo / video service. They were slow and disorganised. Took >1hour to get ours. Shame the photo spots weren’t where we were jumping or power-sliding but ok. Lunch was yummy. Tip: don’t bother changing after rafting and before quad-biking. You are going to get soaked and a little muddy. If you’re doing it right! Our driver for the day was Yudi Bali. A beautiful family man. Safe driver and very knowledgeable about sights, culture and life. We are asking to have him on the other activities. Top bloke.

The rafting was amazing. The ATV was wonderful. The guides were very good. But the organizer was rude and unprofessional. I booked the tour a long time ago. My hotel was listed in the dropdown menu, and they confirmed my pickup at my hotel. But then they wrote me on WhatsApp late at night right before my morning tour saying that I was outside their pickup area, so I had to find my own way there, and I had to arrange a last minute taxi for an extra 700,000 rupiah. I also had to arrange a private transfer from the river rafting place to the ATV place, and also a ride back to my hotel. In comparison, it booked 2 other similar tours and they both did not have my hotel listed on their dropdown menu, and I was informed weeks in advance that I would have to pay extra to arrange a pickup and drop off to my hotel, which is fine if they tell you in advance. But this tour organizer was rude to me, and acted like I should know better, and they were very unprofessional when I was disappointed about their last minute change. Even though they had confirmed my pickup at 8am at my hotel weeks in advance. I feel they should refund me the extra money I had to pay since my hotel was listed in the pickup dropdown menu, and they confirmed it.

This was a great tour, pickup at the hotel in Nusa Dua, transport to the White Water Drafting location (2 hours transfer time due to heavy traffic), excellent time and experience in the river, then lunch, a couple of minutes further drive to Quad, best ever Quad experience (not for beginners), one more lunch and then drive back to the hotel. Our driver Yudi was reliable and drove us carefully to the different locations. It was a perfect day

Sapta was an amazing driver, very safe but got us there quickly and was there on time. He was so nice and friendly with lots of local knowledge. You would be lucky to get him as a driver!! When we come back I hope to get him again.

Very organised, staff amazing especially our guide Jackson and driver Yogi could not do enough for us. The facilities were very clean and recommend going early as it gets busy and having the photographer to capture those memories. We had 3 single bikes and had lots of fun. Definitely recommend this experience.

Our guide was fun and wonderful and we felt very safe. A must-do in Bali! The views were amazing and a lovely waterfall stop in between.

The quad bike route was dangerous and our driver didn't take us to the hotel as agreed. We needed to pay extra to get there.

Nanda was amazing and so helpful! Drove an hour to come get us all the way in Canggu and took us to Ubud and even drove us back. He was so friendly and talkative the entire ride. Will hire him again ❤️❤️

Really good. Quad bike course not for the fair minded or if you want to stay clean. Rafting really good but lots of steps to get down to the river and lots coming back up from the river. And I mean LOTS of steps. You have been warned!
