Arlen made our day in Bali absolutely unforgettable. He's warm, hospitable, and incredibly knowledgeable, and he took the time to plan our day around exactly what we wanted to see and how we wanted to pace it. He brought us to Batuan Temple, a beautiful coffee plantation up in the hills, and a hidden-gem restaurant for dinner that we never would have found on our own. Throughout the day he shared so much about Balinese culture, answered every question we had, and made sure we were comfortable and well looked after. If you're going to Bali, book Arlan! Highly recommend!

We had a great day exploring Ubud with Arlan! He was always attentive, punctual, and had the best attitude throughout the entire day. Beyond driving us around, he explained many things about Balinese culture, traditions, and the places we visited, which made the experience much more meaningful. He also kindly take a looot of photos and videos during the trip so we don’t forget the really incredible places we have visit I highly recommend taking the opportunity to spend a day with a local Balinese person and asking questions about their lifestyle, culture, and traditions. It truly adds so much more to the experience than simply visiting tourist attractions. One recommendation for future travelers would be to plan your route in advance to make the most of the day and travel times around Ubud. Thank you, Arlan, for such a wonderful experience!

We booked a custom tour as we couldn’t find a standard option that covered both Kintamani and Sekumpul in one trip from Nusa Dua. Arlan was an excellent driver—accommodating all our requests and incredibly patient throughout what turned into a very long day (around 15 hours!) to fit everything in. Highly recommend for anyone looking to tailor their itinerary.

The driver, Wayan, was early and waiting for me when I got off the ship. The sea turtle conservation center was closed, but he found another turtle farm to visit that had sea turtles from babies to 80 years old. It was raining and kept us from other outdoor activities, but I did see the south beach and had a great lunch before being dropped off at the airport.

We had a great day in Bali with our driver Arlan.  He texted in advance to confirm the booking and was waiting for us at the Benoa cruise-port at the scheduled time.  His driving was excellent, especially in the chaotic Bali traffic; the car was comfortable and spotless with effective AC.  He is very personable with good English and a wealth of information on local culture.  We had already planned our itinerary, but Arlan made some alternate suggestions.  On our departure, he carefully checked the vehicle to ensure that nothing was left behind.   This was our first experience booking on viator and we were impressed with the whole experience.   

I booked a private car in Viator one day before my wife and I arrived in Bali on our cruise ship. Before arrival, our driver Budi from Experts Bali communicated with me via WhatsApp to help me understand what to expect and discussed our sightseeing plan. He waited us at the port and drove us to sites of our choice. His English is good. He shared many interesting information about local culture and traditions. At lunch he sent us to an excellent local restaurant and made some recommendations on favorite dishes. We had a wonderful time in Bali. We felt lucky to have Budi as our guide. Thank you, Budi!

We loved our driver Bagus. He was prompt in picking us up at our hotel. He was great in providing suggestions for stops based on our preferences. He provided details on the site including important information on how to navigate on a very hot day and make sure we headed in the right direction. He was our tour guide at the Uluwatu temple explaining the history and answering our many question. He was a very good driver in challenging traffic with scooters driving quickly on both sides us in a rain storm. We highly recommend Bagus. He was so courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

We had an amazing experience with Arlan in Bali. He took us to Tanah Lot Temple, a spa, and shopping, and everything was perfectly organized and stress-free. Ten years ago, I hired RR BALI TOUR and was so impressed that when I came back to Bali, i knew who I was hiring. Gede was such a fabulous guide! We went to the coffee plantation, the monkey forest and then were dropped off to do a little shopping at the outdoor market. We were picked up at the port of Benoa and had a full day to spend in the area. Gede patiently waited for us as I couldn’t give him an exact time that we would be disembarking (we were watching the last game of the World Series!) he communicated with us and shared his location with us via WhatsApp and never left us guessing. Gede certainly knows his way around Bali and is a great driver as well…traffic can get crazy! We appreciated the cold drinks and the snacks were thoughtful. :) The Monkey Forest was so cool - the monkeys were well behaved. The whole experience was a highlight! We also saw a traditional Balinese dance there as well. The coffee plantation was very interesting. Enjoyed several tea and coffee samples and left with some interesting coffees, and I’m not even a coffee drinker! The outdoor market was great too. Gede suggested we negotiate our purchases. Getting a bargain is half the fun. I wish I had more room in our suitcases otherwise I would have come back with a lot more!! All in all, we had such a great day with RR BALI TOUR. Today I got picked up by WAYAN WIRA at 7am from my hotel. We went to see the temples and strawberry farm. He was funny, easy to talk to, and very accommodating with where I wanted to go today. Highly recommend!!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending the last couple of days with Giok during our stay in Ubud, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment he picked us up, he was warm, friendly, always on time, with a clean and comfortable car, knowledgeable, he gave us context, explained Balinese culture, and traditions. Always positive and very flexible even when he needed to pick us at 4am for a morning ride to the mountain. Highly recommended, especially if you want to avoid crowds and experience the authentic Bali!!

We had an absolutely amazing day in Bali thanks to Rio! He arranged a perfect combination of white water rafting and ATV ride one of the most thrilling and fun experiences of our trip. From start to finish, Rio made everything super smooth and stress-free. He picked us up right on time in a clean, air-conditioned car, and was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the day. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and wants them to have the best experience. Rio even helped us take some great photos and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. We had a great experience with our driver Madegiri! He was on time, knowledgeable, professional and patient. He was always right where we needed him and picked us up very quickly from every location we went to.

I was very happy with the service. I usually visit much more cultural places like the average tourist and skip lunch in order to save time for more sightseeing. So the days were individually planned by me with an high amount of km to go and rather long hours towards the evening. Sometimes (in other journeys of mine) this causes discussions or drivers would try to say „this is closed by then, we can’t do it“. Not so here. All agreements were kept perfectly with friendliness and punctuality. I can highly recommend the service.

While he did get us where we needed to go he was not familiar with the area and didn’t have Google maps usage. So we had to tell him when to turn and stops coming up. Very unorganized but a pleasant driver.
