My only concern was that during this fuel crisis which seems to be worsening, I think having the driver confirm the day before or day of would be prudent and reassuring. I saw 1 km long gas queues and my tour with another company showed up with an empty tank and ran out.
The phone number provided on viator had no answer when I called 24 hours prior as stated in the instructions.

Our driver was punctual, and very hospitable in the vehicle. We got there earlier than anticipated with traffic and plenty of time to walk around the airport and get all checked in.

Communication was not good. I had to contact the night before to get pick up time. Which took a while to get a response to the point that I contacted Viator customer service. Things are don’t want to have to worry about the night before a morning flight. Then I never received any info about the driver or their contact so I just had to hope they would show up. It was also at that point they informed me they were sending 2 cars. We were not expecting this as our reservation clearly stated that we had 5 people and 4 luggage they should have just sent a bigger car/van. The cars were however very nice and clean. The drivers were also very good and they were only time.

Late pick up - not a great serviceMelissa_R
Unfortunately driver was late picking us up, had got stuck in traffic which is an issue I raised when they planned to pick us up leaving only 15 mins to get to the airport! When booked was advised pick up would be 4 hours before departure time so should have been collected by 7.30pm at the latest, the driver finally arrived at 8.10pm. We were 20 mins late getting to the airport for check in luckily we were not affected and got checked in and caught the flight ok. Very disappointed in the service given all previous trips and transport booked was a positive experience but put a really dampener on our final few hours in Bali.
