Five stars are simply not enough for Kamong! He is one of the sweetest, kindest people I have ever met. He was so accommodating and made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our trip. Had an amazing day trip with Aldi. He reached the hotel for pick up well before the start time. Throughout the day he was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The day trip was nearly 12 hours long and throughtout he drove patiently and skillfully. By the way he is an excellent photographer and took wonderful photographs of my family. The admission fees and lunch were covered in the packages and hence we didn't have to pay anywhere. The journey to The Lempuyang Temple was around 2 and a half hours from Nesa Dua. However the view was breathtaking. The Titraganga Park was delightful with the fish and a relaxed ambience. The swing was fun but we enjoyed the Tukad Cepung Waterfall the most. We did take our change of clothes but didn't think that we would want to go in the water but once there we enjoyed the waterfall by standing under it. Overall I would give the trip two thumbs up and a 10 out of 10.

The guide was very courteous, and informative. He was very helpful. He drove very fast, however. I enjoyed the tour.

Sakha was an excellent guide. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable on everything we did. I highly recommend this tour and him as a guide!

We left from Ubud tour lasted 9 hours 6 of those hours were sitting in a car driving would not do that again. The worst part was when we got to the gate of heaven we were in a 2 hour queue to take a picture which is why people go there. We were not going to wait 2 hours in 32 degree heat and we left we were never told of this waiting and found out later that sometimes it is up to 4 hours this is crazy

This should be called the tour from hell. We started in Ubud drove for 3 hours got there and there was a 2 hour wait to take a picture you were given a number for the queue we just left nothing there left to do. We were taken to a couple of other sites. At the end of the day our 9 hour tour comprised of 6 hours sitting in a car with a tour guide that did not speak English

Surya was an OUTSTANDING tour guide and very focused on the customer experience. He communicated thoroughly before and during the four. He was punctual and left no doubt on whether or not he would complete the pick up and drop off at our hotel. Throughout the tour, he consistently checked on our satisfaction with the tour. Our visit to Heavens Gate was orchestrated very well as he explained the waiting period and photographic procedures. When we stated that we wanted to deviate from a second day at a rice field and a swing park, he recommended that we visit a coffee and tea location. This recommendation proved to be a wonderful addition /substitution to the agenda. Overall, my friends and I would have hired him for multiple days if we were not with a tour group and a set agenda. I highly recommend hiring him during your time in Bali.

Excellent trip, very friendly guide

Yande picked right On time and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was also very flexible as our timeline shifted due to dinner and was able to take us to some stops that we had previously planned on going to it made the trip even more unique and special highly recommend anybody looking to do a day like this book with him.

Drive was a bit long for the car size/type from nusa dua area. Over 12 hours time invest. Line for the gate attraction is not worth the queue wait. Our wait was over an hour. Stand to the side take a pic and use Google Photo tools. Would probably stay closer to Ubud before taking this trip. Price overall too high. The driver was great.

This ended up being a private tour since I was traveling solo. It was nice because I had personalized attention and if I wanted more or less time at a certain spot that was easy to do. I did the 4am pick up which seemed so early, but was worth it for the gates of heaven. We still waited about 3hrs there for photos, but if we were later it would have been longer. Ardana was my driver and guide and he was very nice and took great pictures/videos. He explained the culture of the Balinese people to me, and was able to answer any questions I had. This was a great way to see a lot of the beautiful sites in Ubud as well as try some coffee and have fun on the swing!

My solo tour was amazing! My driver Ekok was excellent. He arrived promptly to my hotel for my pickup time. He was knowledgeable and patient throughout my tour time with him. His meal suggestions were also excellent. I highly recommend this tour! I was a solo female traveler on this tour.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Gate of Heaven and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my driver, Ma-de. We started our journey at 3am and finished around 2pm and he was the absolute best driver and guide that I could have asked for. His knowledge of the landscape, culture, and tour operations was top notch. He was also extraordinarily patient, kind, and helpful. I will be sure to book this service every time that I come to Bali and I will request Ma-de by name.

Everything was excellent. Our tour guide communicated with us and was on time. Marco went above and beyond my expectations. Very thoughtful and helpful throughout the tour. Knowing my keens were bothering me, he arranged for them to drive me to the top of the hill and bring me back without me even asking. He assisted in picture taking, explaining things and made sure that I didn’t fall into the water. Always being one step ahead of our needs, very proactive. Entertaining and energetic. We knew how traffic is and what crowds to expect, so we focused on tailoring to the tour to our needs. Amazing person, that made this trip fun and memorable.

Our guide Gede was great, really friendly and funny guy, always happy to answer our questions and try to make the schedule work for us.

What an absolutely amazing time! Yes, we started out at 4 am in order to beat the crowd to Lempuyang Temple - we were #6 in line! - and then we were off to the water palace where the koi fish are HUGE! The day moved on where we had an amazing lunch followed by the swing. Believe me when I say this, this is no ordinary swing but you swing over a rice terrace that is breathtaking to see. Finally, we made our way to the waterfall where flip flops, towels, and change of clothes are definitely needed. I cannot thank our driver, Oka, for everything he did for us. He even let us play our music through bluetooth in the car.

What an amazing experience! Bali is so rich with fascinating culture. We didn’t get to visit every place on the excursion list but our guide Wayan Berata was excellent! His vehicle was pristine and he took wonderful photos of our family!

Booking this private tour is the only way to go if you want to see the most beautiful and popular sites Bali has to offer. The tour started off great with my tour guide Bereta picking me up on-time from my hotel. Bereta took care of all the admission fees, and gave a brief history and summary on the sites we visited and the countryside we drove through. My stay in Bali was short, but I’m definitely going to book another tour with Bereta the next time I’m back!

Incredible tour. Started the tour at 4am, very early but worth it. Udi was my tour guide/driver. He was amazing. He was waiting at my hotel at 4am and drove me to the Gate of Heaven. Udi kindly took numerous photos of me throughout the trip, as I’m travelling solo. I felt completely safe with him. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly throughout the tour. At the waterfall he even carried my bag, as it was slippery. I would highly recommend this tour. Incredible scenery and an amazing tour guide. Wayan was beyond amazing! This tour is completely worth it. I’m a solo traveller and fully expected to be out with another group but this happened to be a private tour. It takes you to several hot spots around Bali all in a day. Plus the photos and experience are unreal!

This is an all day experience. I suggest getting an early start as the queues at the Lempuyang Temple are long and can eat up a lot of your day. I loved seeing this side of Bali!

We booked a private day tour visiting the Gates of Heaven (Lempuyang Temple), Tirta Gangga, and Tibumana Waterfall, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. A massive shoutout to our guide, Krisda. He recommended ordering a breakfast box from our hotel and leaving extremely early. This insider tip worked brilliantly. We arrived at Heaven's Gate right at the crack of dawn, which allowed us to get in, get our photos, and move on before the huge crowds and long queues formed. Tirta Gangga and Tibumana Waterfall were both stunning. If you are planning to do this route, ask for Krisda. He knows exactly how to time the itinerary so you get the best experience without wasting time in lines. Highly recommended!

We had an early morning pick up then we visited many places like Lempuyang, Tirta Ganga etc. Winata helped us with everything (purchasing the tickets, pictures, …) and he gave us so many information about the places we visited and life in Bali in general.
