Mr. Arya was absolutely phenomenal. We were picked up timely from our hotel in a nice air conditioned vehicle that smelled sooooo good, was pleasantly greeted by Mr. Arya, and offered bottled water. Mr. Arya was extremely knowledgeable and educated us on various aspects of Bali making this a fun and educational experience. We were drove safely in rainy weather to each destination and Mr. Arya always ensured we had umbrellas to stay dry and assisted us as needed. This was a great tour and Definitely would book it again and request Mr Arya. Well organised..good communication of information before the trip day. My driver guide, Nyoman arrived on time, friendly and patient. A crazy queue at the temple- there's no way I'd wait 2 hrs to get the "professional" photograph at "Gate of Heaven". Other activities went well...and Nyoman took me to the best restaurant for lunch.. exquisite..😊 And then...we got stuck in Bali traffic..oops. Otherwise, it was good. Nyoman's willingness to share Balinese culture was commendable. Highly recommended

To say my Instagram tour was excellent, is an understatement. It was more than a tour, but more of an experience to understand and appreciate the beautiful creation of Bali that I will never forget. My tour guide, Margot, is the right person to do that. From start to finish, he understood the assignment. He was NOTHING short of exceptional. I asked him to hang out with me in the clubs but of course, the tour was over. Great man for the job. Make him in charge of the company because HE is Bali's best man to represent this beautiful country! One think I would recommend for the travelers is if you get car sick easily, buy aromatic remedies from the local market. These roads are never ending twisted and potholes make it feel like turbulence on an airplane. Of course, I didn't get sick. But I'm just looking out for you ;) **BEFORE YOU BOOK the tour, remember you will be out for at least more than 12 hours. Recommend Tour Bali Driver to adjust the tour hours to at least 12-15 hours and compensate for traffic. Get some snacks and a towel for the Waterfall Experience. We had a great time with our driver Agung, visiting these sites. The weather was perfect, cloudy but not raining. Agung took heaps of photos for us at each location. he was also very knowledgeable about each place we visited. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic day on the Bali Instagram Tour! Our guide, Margot, was exceptional. He was punctual, provided a comfortable vehicle, and was incredibly talented at capturing stunning photos of us. The Gates of Heaven had a long 3hr queue for a photo , but Margot skillfully navigated us to other points at the temple for equally great photos without the wait

This was such a great tour. It was a full day of site seeing, including touring a batik studio, coffee plantation, rice fields with jangle swing, two waterfalls and finally the breathtaking heaven’s gate. The driver and your guide, Arya, showed up on time and provided interesting history and insights at each place. It was a great experience that I highly recommend.

Amazing tour with Agung! He was super friendly, knowledgeable and flexible with the tour, and took our interests into consideration! Great tour, would highly recommend.

Our tour guide was awesome, he communicated with us and tell us the history of each location we visited. He also gave us options allowing us to chose where to go first and provided recommendations. When arriving at paces that require lining up, he would tell us to wait and went to grab tickets for us. We never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. Everything was very well organised, no waiting needed other than waiting to take photos when the location is busy. Loved the tour, it allowed us as a first time visitor to experience many side of Bali in one day.

Pakis was a great guide and driver. He was very nice and took the best pictures and videos. There is alot of traffic so you have to be patient and the most popular areas there is a queue for photos. We waited 4hr for Gate of Heaven photo but it was worth it. We didn't make it to the cave waterfall but we still had a great time and got nice pictures.

On the way there we asked to stop to eat at KFC as it was 730am and I am not a breakfast person. He just kept driving and Im glad I looked it up or we would have missed it as I'm not sure where he was trying to go. Then he kept trying to make us eat at these expensive tourist places and I told him 5 times we wanted local warung where it was $2-$3 to eat. He refused and tried to argue that everywhere was expensive so we had to eat chips to make my hunger headache go away. He was very rude and didn't listen to the request that were well within our plans. We listed on our reservation we don't eat carbs such as bread and rice for which he kept taking us to and they had no meat as well. It was an absolute nightmare and ruined my birthday trip here as this was supposed to be my top tour I've been waiting all my life to do. I'm not sure if he gets a kickback or something for the places he tried to take us but he kept trying to argue that everywhere was the same price when it was 3xs the cost than the warung we normally eat at. I felt sick and irritated the entire trip because he refused to stop and let us eat what our dietary restrictions allow. Then the listing says approx 9 hours. He kept us out 14 hours! He picked us up at 730am and we did not get back until 930pm and that was asking him to remove 2 stops so no telling how long it would have taken. Then there were places we had to pay that we weren't disclosed in the description. He then made a comment saying call me Ariya as I call you your name, I never called him anything so I'm not sure what he meant but he was the rudest person I've encountered from the 8 other countries and 48 states I've visited being a truck driver and traveler. I'll never book here again and I'll be sure to make a video on tiktok and tell every traveling group I'm in to steer clear of this place. We returned Hungry, sick, and beyond disappointed in this trip. Book ANYWHERE but tour bali driver!

We absolutely loved our tour guide Pakis! He was happy to answer all of our questions and just a nice, easygoing, young guy. His vehicle was also very luxurious and comfortable, and he was super helpful and flexible with our plans. We had seen the Coffee plantation already, so he helped us get to see Besakih (The Mother Temple) because we hadn’t had an opportunity the day before. This experience was the highlight of the entire trip for me! I will definitely be booking with this business again next time I visit and be recommending to my friends!

Margoout was an excellent guide, I had a great time and he took me to the places I liked. he was very patient and drove many hours, without hesitation, always with a smile! Supri was a great guide. He went out of his way to make sure we got the pictures we wanted. Our day trip was supposed to be for about 8-9 hours, but ours took almost 13 hours! Supri always had a great disposition and was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We had a great time with this guided tour! It hit all the activities we wanted to do and made it easy with transportation included to make this as hassle free as possible. Margot was our guide and he was fantastic. He is very kind and thoughtful and great with taking pictures. It was comfortable to have our own car vs a shared bus and it made travel much more comfortable and faster. Our order was Rice Terrace, coffee plantation, waterfall, water palace, and ended on Gates of Heaven. Margot was a great guide in each activity and very friendly during travel and even brought us to nice lunch spot with an amazing view. For the overall experience, it is well worth it but ensure this is a complete day plan as we were picked up at 730 AM and did not return until 8 PM. There is a lot of driving involved and the return is the longest leg (2.5 hrs). Margot is a pro and I tend to believe him in his ordering of activities for the least time waiting in lines. Gates of Heaven was a 2 hour wait vs 15 min at the waterfall. The hike for the waterfall or ascent to gates of Heaven may not suite everyone, I would not book for my parents and a couple we ran into in that age range decided to abandon it entirely. To summarize, it checked all the boxes for a great time and cannot recommend Margot enough!

Great way to see lots of different tourist attractions in a short period of time, very friendly guide and good value for money

I have mentioned this in my another review as well that Tour Bali Driver is one of the most professional agencies I've come across and I would definitely recommend them for anyone travelling to Bali, I was Provided with a very clean and Comfortable Toyota car and our Driver Mr. Pandey was very informative and gave us right information about the amount of time required to spend at any of the locations, he was kind enough to click several pictures for us and this day was made memorable because of his constant efforts as we were travelling as a family with two kids.

I went to Bali for a yoga retreat and had an extra day so I booked this tour. My driver was Budi and he made it an excellent experience. He was very knowledgeable, asked questions to make the day more suitable for me and even helped me take pictures at the different stops. I am so glad that I booked this tour and would definitely use this company again :)

Loved this tour. It’s prob the best one we’ve been on in Bali. Arya our Tour driver planned the itenery very well so that we don’t waste too much time in queues and traffic. Arya was excellent with his knowledge of the Balinese culture. Had a wonderful day going to places that we wanted to see in Bail and our photos are amazing!
