This was our first trip to Bali and it was was absolutely wonderful. It was great having a driver who was knowledgeable, patient and personable to provide us with guidance as we ventured off to different locations.

Aris Lalu is not only a great guide but also very patient and very knowledgeable, he explained the 25 places are options for us to choose and the guide will advise you which your choices of places are easily connected and doable, giving us timetable for maximum satisfaction of we have planned for the whole day. Since I am an Indonesian American, so we stopped by to a morning market for getting local breakfast and also famous lunch Balinese food and souvenir store. We really enjoyed a day and had so much fun.

I got to see beautiful Bali in one day. Our tour guide was awesome. Told us everything we needed to know. Improvised our route and what we wanted to see. And got to eat Lechon. It was awesome.

We did the Bali Instagram Tour from Your Hotel (Private & Full-Day), and I’m so glad we chose the full-day private option. Bali can get quite crowded, so having a comfortable car for just us (or our family) was definitely the way to go. The places we visited were absolutely incredible, and our guide was good! He knew exactly where to take us for the best photo opportunities, and he even took pictures for us, which was a nice touch. The communication with the tour operator was great too.

Awan met us real early - tour company suggested an earlier start as traffic builds quickly - and he was great! Customized our day based on what we wanted to see and also suggested sights as well! Weather held - it is rainy season you know - and we covered a LOT of ground!! Well done - getaway day!!

Out of the places that were included, I only visited two: the waterfalls and a temple, which in the end was not the one stated in the original itinerary. In one way or another, I paid for a specific itinerary, not for one decided at the driver’s convenience. Additionally, I ended up at Bali Swing, where I obviously had to pay the entrance fee myself. The guide speaks very limited English and did not provide much explanation about the places we visited. De los lugares que estaba incluidos solo fui a dos, y eso, a las cascadas y a un templo que al final no fue el que dice del itinerario real. De alguna u otra manera yo pagué para hacer ese itinerario y no que fuera a conveniencia del conductor, además terminé en bali swing donde me tocó pagar evidentemente por la entrada. El guía no sabe casi inglés y tampoco explicaba mucho acerca de los lugares a visitar.

Kadek was a great driver and guide! We spoke with him leading up to the excursion as well as the morning of to put together a day of what we wanted to see.

Worst tour ever! Guide did not speak English and could not give any information at the temple or any other places. Only went to 2 of the places pictured on the advert (rice terrace and swing, which was expensive). Did not go thr the spectator temples picture.

Very over priced, didn’t get our money worth. Didn’t go the the place’s mentioned. Won’t be recommending to anyone in the future.

As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how he offered to take photos and captured some great shots, especially at Tirta Ganga. Our first stop at Lempuyang Temple was incredible, and his guidance made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We booked this tour last minute and it turned out well. You can design your own itinerary, so I recommend planning it out in advance and communicating clearly about where you want to go before you book. The team will help you figure out what’s realistic since many of the most popular places are far apart — you can really only fit in 3–4 stops max. Our driver, Gede, was very safe, patient, and courteous. He spent the entire day with us and took us to four locations: Kanto Lampo and Tukad Cepung waterfalls, Tirta Gangga, and Lempuyang Temple. It’s an all-day tour — we came back pretty late from Lempuyang Temple. It was very foggy and the driving conditions were bad, but Gede made the smart choice to take a longer route home to keep us safe instead of rushing. We were so grateful for his good decision-making and extra care. As for the stops: I’d suggest skipping Kanto Lampo and Tirta Gangga (too many people waiting in line for the perfect Instagram shots), but don’t miss Tukad Cepung — it was amazing and no lines! And if you’re visiting Lempuyang Temple, be prepared to wait if you want the iconic photo. We arrived around 4 PM and still waited over an hour, but they have a great system that keeps the line moving so everyone gets a chance without huge delays. The photos they take come out fantastic. Overall, the tour is what you make it. With a little planning and a great driver like Gede, you’ll have an enjoyable, safe experience.

What a fun filled day. Our tour guide Pande was truly a gem. So very knowledgeable about his culture and his country. Highly recommend visiting Goa Gajah. The history of this place is amazing. In fact, everything was just amazing.

Yosi was a great tour guide. He regularly asked me if I needed anything and was flexible with the itinerary. I would advise you book the tour using the earliest time slot as the wait to take the picture at the Gates of Heaven can literally take hours. Also be sure to check the weather in advance. I lucked out and had clear skies for all the pictures and memories I made.

I think your trip experience will depend on your tour guide. My guide was a little lazy and I could tell he didn’t want to do the full tour. My daughter booked it for me for my birthday so I wasn’t completely sure of how it would go but she told me i’d drive by a lot of things and go to famous instagram places but I only went to the zoo which I didn’t want to go to but my guide insisted and the waterfall. It would worthwhile with the right tour guide and I think the concept of the tour is great especially if your not in Bali for long however my guide was not very into the tour.

This is an excellent tour - especially if you are interested in exploring parts of Bali not covered by other tours. I can highly recommend.

Kadak, our driver and guide was fantastic. He was friendly and very informative; teaching us many things about the culture of Bali during our private tour with him. It was important to him to shape the tour around exactly what we were interested in and to show us special parts of Ubud that we would not have known about. After this tour with him, we continued to use his services for driving around Bali and other areas in addition to our regular tour initially planned. He was trustworthy and always prompt for pick up and drop off.

Ketut was probably the best person to ever show us his island. The knowledge, the history, his culture, he shared it all. So very helpful, so very kind. He embraced the job at hand. Private Tour guide/driver was nice that he let us to choose which itinerary we preferred. He was informative in helping us to understand what to expect. Comfortable van. Water provided. Bali is huge that wish we had more energy to see more.

I was in Bali for only a few days and was able to tour the highlights of East Bali with a fabulous guide, Dewa. I was fortunate this company accepted a solo traveler. I would recommend Bali Hit tours to anyone wanted to experience the beauty of East Bali. The next time, I will tour north Bali in the Ulun Danu Bratan Lake area. The service was truly excellent.

Our Guide Muin was very friendly and flexible to tailor made our trip. Vehicle provided was a bit small rather than I think. Maybe good for the narrow lane in Bali. Please note that if you need more spacious room, you might want to find a van.

The tour guide Wayan is wonderful. He speaks well and super well mannered. We especially enjoy the coffee tasting stop although we understand it is part of the tour itinerary to help boosting local economy. Balinese are super kind welcoming and well mannered group as compared to visiting European who are cold and not much expression towards foreigners. We cannot deny this whoever from Europe if is reading this comment. Might not be all, but majority. I have lost count visiting Bali but this trip is one of the best experience I have had. Certainly will take up another tour again if I ever Bain in near future.

Dewa was a good host and very engaging. The best part is the tour can be tailored and you can explore the less busy locations. I strongly recommend this tour.

Enjoy the trip, thanks! the only one place unexpected is visit the rice field, which driver just stop at road side and show one of the rice field for us to take a look, which I expected will to go the rice field like the advertising have a nice view and can walk around.

Excellent day out with our guide, Kadek! He picked us up right on time and explained the itinerary and game plan. It is a very early start but well worth it as you have to get in the queue for your photos at Heavens Gate. When we arrived Kadek handled everything for us, we didn’t have to worry about anything. When it was our turn he took photos and videos for us that came out great! We stopped at rice terrace and at the water palace where again Kadek took pictures for us and let us take our time wandering the grounds. We then went to eat and he helped us with local choices on the menu, we really appreciated that. We stopped in a local village to look at art and then finished off at the waterfall. This was a long day but a GREAT time with Kadek! He made the trip a perfect day! I highly recommend this tour and Kadek, the best guide in Bali!

The gentlemen was very professional and very informative. He new all the best places to see. Heavens Gateway will take you hours to get an individual photo and expect a lot of traffic as you make your way around the Island.... but thats Bali a lot of traffic. Overall worth doing this tour

Amazing culture and food. The ancient monument was unforgettable. The views from cliff over the ocean and the rice fields just stunning.

It was very challenging to start our tour due to rain but Pandi our tour guide had offered great alternatives to make our tour worthwhile. We started our tour at the heaven’s gate. Pandi was very patient taking pictures of our family and he’d never complained regardless of the number poses. All the pictures were instagram worthy. I would recommend this tour and the guide. Pandi made the long trip very entertaining with a lot of trivia and interesting stories.

Our tour guide, Pande was absolutely amazing. He showed us places off the Instagram track. We had one of the palaces to ourselves. Definitely worth it.

Traveking outside Kuta to visit sites such as the Gate to Heaven can take hours in bumper to bumper traffic. Entry into the site can also be very long with taking a number to be photographed at the gate by their staff with your camera/phone. Its the only way to keep control of the site. Too many people and too much traffic.

Awan our driver was Fantastic, very knowledgeable and willing to teach about Bali culture & history. I can’t thank him enough. Brilliant but long day! Wear good footwear for steep inclines and climbing steps. Bring snacks as traffic can make the trip longer than expected!

The trip was really. We could choose ourselves where to go and the driver Mr. Wayan was really friendly and drove really safely. He took really good care of us. The car was specious for two. We really have a great day with this tour.

We chose tours for a long time, but we picked this one and are very happy! 🤩 We know that many drivers in Bali are not punctual and sometimes they may not come for you, fortunately this is not about Putu. He was courteous, arrived promptly to our location, and drove us safely (Bali traffic is crazy around Canggu) to all our destinations. He was able to answer all our questions, took beautiful pictures and was a great companion at each site. He was also well-informed on timings that avoided overcrowding, such as the ideal time to visit Lempuyang. It was definitely great value for money compared to other tours, because you can see not only East Bali with famous Gates of Heaven but part of Ubud area as well. Thank you Putu! 😍

The tour driver/guide was highly professional, being extremely accommodating and structuring our itinerary in a manner which accounted for the number of tourists and outdoor temperature, resulting in a pleasant day overall (spoke excellent English). The attractions we were exposed to were aesthetically pleasing, particularly the rice terrace, which was an especially memorable sight. Second day with Ketut was even more fun and enjoyable (it was North Bali and Tanah Lot at this time). Definitely recommend for all first-timers!
