Wonderful night for a 50th birthday celebration. The crew were very accommodating for our special requests and the band played happy birthday for my husband. They were so great.

The atmosphere was very romantic. However, the meals did not cater to all. Most meals contained seafood, we were not given an option to add any preferences or allergies. The meals are prepared without a menu or option.

The boat tour itself wasn't very interesting, as we mostly just cruised around the harbor and didn't see anything particularly scenic—just the ship docks. On the bright side, the food was decent, and the dancers almost stole the show—they were absolutely fantastic! The tour lasted about 3 hours in total.

The food was wonderful and very tasty, the staff were lovely and surprised my wife with a birthday song and cake, the musicians played very well. Note the experience is outside and it can get a bit windy, but the captain moved us to a quieter spot.

Amazing experience! The driver was very friendly and efficient, we arrived on time to a beautiful setting. As I am allergic to seafood, the host was amazing enough to alter the menu for my dietary needs and supplied perfect alternatives. The food was incredible. The service from everyone on board was great and I would highly recommend their cocktails. Thankyou for a great evening!

This experience was excellent, very private with just us and one other couple. The food was fantastic and just wonderful service all round. I felt it was LGBT friendly and felt comfortable throughout. Would definitely do it again and recommend to others!

This trip was absolute rubbish, and I'm going to be asking for my money back. Extremely low rent. Food was very poor, live musicians were comically bad, and all we did was chugg around an industrial harbour for two hours, pushing our way through flotsam and jetsam, looking at the side of LNG ships (I had hoped for a tropical bay somewhere, lined with palm trees). The skipper didn't even have the sense to zigzag across a following wind, so half the time we cruised along in a cloud of diesel exhaust. Completely spoiled my partner's 60th birthday, and she is EXTREMELY cross with me.

We were absolutely blown away from the minute we stepped on the Bali Hai cruise boat. The 5 course menu was 10 out of 10. The staff we could not fault! Live music fantastic. This cruise we highly recommend!! Very intimate and beautiful

It was an amazing experience! The staff were all really friendly and attentive. There was a 5-course menu and the food was great quality. The live band were amazing, playing any songs we requested. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend as a must to do when in Bali.

We had a wonderful time ! Shita and edi were excellent and the live music was a great touch! Even with rain it was so efficient and smooth to go inside the boat!

Cruise is great condition, food is fine, sunset is good too. The band is nice and songs all we know. I like it . My wife is very enjoy too

Worth the money, especially with 5 course dinner and live music. We were on our honeymoon and they made special dessert decorations and special drinks for us. We enjoyed our night.
