Bali Hai - Nusa Penida Adventure Cruise

We had a fantastic day guided by Honda and his team. Unfortunately we had lost our bag with our passports and wallets and only realised after our return to Bali. Bali Hai’s hotel transfer driver turned around for us and went back to the port to help us find our bag. We spoke to Honda and he organised for our bag to be ferried across on the next available boat early the next day. Honda stayed with our bag overtime to make sure it was safe for a few hours whilst we were on our way from our hotel and stuck in traffic. He was super helpful and sacrificed much of his time for us. We are very grateful.

It was a great experience to have with family. I enjoyed the snorkeling the best, we got to experience mantras swimming bellow us and mainly other animals. The staff were very accommodating, overall I recommend this activity to people visiting Bali.

We had a fabulous day on our snorkelling adventure! First stop was swimming with Manta Rays! Second stop was snorkelling at a beautiful reef with heaps of amazing fish. Then we had a fun road trip around the island stopping at some view points. Final stop was lunch and a swim in the ocean - amazing colour! The tour guides, drivers and all involved organised a really great day.

Everything was super nice and crew was super helpful. Snorkeling was super like in aquarium. Food was nice,water Everything was for free. Shita tour operator was super nice and helpful.

The overall trip was stunning, mainly due to the fantastic views and opportunities to swim and snorkel. The tour guides were super friendly and knowledgable. I would recommend this tour if you’re looking for a day trip that offers you a solid range of experiences that one could have when visiting an island.

Wonderfully organised, very caring and attentive team. Snorkeling was perfect, then breathtaking views of Nasu Penida and on a finish line - a very good lunch.

The trip was great and so very well organized. Just the timings were very less and hurried. Could’ve extended because it was all so rushed and couldn’t do anything properly.

An excellent day with Bali Hai’s super team first stop on board the ocean going raft was to snorkel with huge manta rays - be ready to plunge in at short notice! Second snorkelling spot calm area with clear waters and turtles near the cliff edge. Team on board super aware of safely and range of swimming abilities. Wonderful views of the coastline up close due to the raft’s ability to manoeuvre easily. Tasty rolls and fresh fruit on board. Trip overland provided great insight into life on island with little water for irrigation. Slow going on the roads to 3 wonderful but very busy locations. Road congestion slowed progress on land and the tourist spots were too busy for us. The best bits were definitely the time on the raft. We enjoyed the bumpy ride homeward. Organisation, care and concern for our enjoyment from the team on Sunday 13th April 2025 was exceptional. Thank you.

I had a great experience on this day tour to Nusa Penida. Everything was very well organized and they delivered exactly what they promised. The schedule was well thought out, with enough time to enjoy each activity without feeling rushed. The guides were very friendly, attentive, and punctual. The food was delicious, and the facilities throughout the tour were clean and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this tour – it was a fantastic way to explore the island!

My partner and I were looked after so fabulously by Bali Hai Cruises. From the moment we were collected from our accommodation to our arrival back at the end of the day. We disembarked from Bali Hai's HQ in Benoa Harbour for a comfortable ride on the ocean raft, which was scenic and enjoyable. Our first stop snorkeling with Manta Ray's off of Nusa Penida which was a magical experience. The staff gave clear instructions, made us feel very safe and helped us to get the best out of the time we had there. We then arrived at Crystal Bay and we're met by our driver we visited some amazing locations around Penida and the staff took some incredible photographs of my partner and I at Broken Beach, Angel's Billabong and Kelingking Beach. We also managed to fit in a bit more snorkeling at Crystal Bay and off Lembongan island. Morning tea and lunch was very satisfying and tasty. We made great friends with the guides and can't begin to explain how much we learned about the islands and culture of the area. Our last stop was the beach club which was the perfect relaxing end to a fun filled day. There were many activities available to do but my partner and I chose to relax near the pool with a few bintangs to end our day. We spent our ride home reflecting on all the amazing things we had done that day. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone who enjoys being in and on the water!!! The Absolute highlight of our holiday!!!

Great trip, thank you Claudia, to the hard to get to Penida island, the view is beautifully seductive, the seafront is great - then the food selection of the restaurant is a little bit small, you can add a little seafood, you can not just meat, or to have a tour, there can be a variety of languages and voice tours are great, I think the Chinese people love to listen to stories, to listen to eggs, it will be happier!

Relaxed, seen a lot and the guidance was sweet and knowledgeable! We watched angelsbillabong and nroken beavh and spotted turtles there. Snorkeling was beautiful with many kinds of bis. Great!
