Bali Hai - Castaway Escape Cruise

Such a lovely day, was a bit worried about the weather but turned out great! Plus a splash of rain after a day in the sea is nothing! 😊 2 hour boat trip followed by snorkeling, a guided canoe of the mangroves, a tour to the Seaweed farm and then to the bali hai resort for a great lunch and a cocktail! We opted to go to the pontoon where we did more snorkeling, banana boat and slides! Very happy!! We went on a saturday and thought it would be packed but it wasn't at all, very chilled! Lovely boat and crew!!

This was an amazing experience, snorkeling was amazing, better than the Great Barrier Reef…staff are amazing 10/10

I had a great experience on this island, we had a lot of fun and lovely people! My favorite activity today was riding on the banana boat! Cantika was very helpfull and w ehad a lot of fun with her :)

My mum and I were lucky enough to be the only two on the castaway cruise, so we had the incredible Eddy to ourselves, who is such a great man to take care of us. We saw turtles while snorkeling, as well as heaps of fish, we had a lovely lunch, had a beautiful boat ride through the mangrove forest, met the seaweed farmer and learnt about how the harvest the seaweed. Then in the afternoon we went on the platoon and on the big slide into the sea. It was a great day out. Not to mention the tunes on the way and way back to the cast off deck. Definitely recommend!!

We had an amazing day, the activities were well planned and food was good and the staff was very kind. The resort was really nice too! Dian was with us for the whole day and she was amazing and funny! Would definitely recommend this activity!

Snorkling was amazing, lots to see under water. Edi and Queenie was so helpful and kind. Edi even carried our groups towels the whole day. They made us feel very safe when snorkling with a lifeguard guiding us. Food was nice.

We had a great experience during our trip. The team on board are extremely helpful, accommodating and knowledgable. Shita was great helping with some unexpected sea sickness. Highly recommend.

The boat in itself is absolutely stunning and in prestine condition. I went on the trip witb my 19 year old daughter and 15 year old son. Tough crowd, but this was happy all day! Lovely crew, very caring and going out of there way to make your day great. Even remedy for upcoming sea sickness. Snorkeling @mangrove is really nice, as is the complete zen you get when going through the mangroves. And perfect timing on the activities; no dwelling around, no rush. Nice food on the boat & at the beach club. And no worries; no extra cost surprises unless you want to drink alcohol or book something like diving.

Wonderful! The boat was beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was outstanding. They moved us to little boats, trucks etc with ease. Every vehicle was DisneyLand standard clean and nice.

The staff was incredibly thoughtful, professional, and helpful throughout the entire experience. They went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy at all times. The snorkeling was amazing and the mangrove forest was unforgettable. Everyone from my 13-year-old son to my 80-year-old mother in law had a great time.

I had such an amazing time! All of the staff were so kind, accommodating, and welcoming. I went on this excursion with my whole family and each of us had such a wonderful time. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

It’s was an amazing day filled with adventure and excitement. From the banana boat, the slide into the ocean, the mangrove forest, seaweed farming and the day at the beach club. Well worth it. And loads of fun.

Great trip, very well organized and communicated well with everyone about the conditions and timings. The service was phenomenal with proper care and always their to help; they helped my mom and even provided assistance with sea sickness.

snorkling and food was good after the snorkling we went to the seaweed plantation and we got to try the seaweed. the tour provided water and food and it was very satisfying.

I visited Bali for three days and visited Lembongan island. My experience was great, Very friendly staff to host me , high value and reasonably budget for these travel packages . Will come back again.

Had an amazing wonderful experience! Everybody was so friendly from my pickup at my hotel and to everyone at the Bali hai cruise port! The luxury catamaran was perfect! The snorkeling was amazing! Beautiful coral reef and lots of beautiful fish and coral to explore. Took a mangrove boat ride through the mangroves which was amazing at low tide! Next took a buggy ride to the seaweed farms which was informational and interesting. Finally ended up at the Bali Hai resort where I enjoyed a delicious barbecue and ice cold beer and drinks.

Had a fantastic time on the Bali Hai Castaway Cruise! Crew members, especially Dian were so friendly and so informative throughout the entire day’s journey that we never felt like we had to worry about anything! The pontoon has so many cool activities to choose from and was a bundle of fun. Loved the slide and the banana boat! We also never went hungry as there were continuously snacks like pastries and fruits on board, definitely worth every penny!

Wow Excellent experience. It was raining when we go to the island and I qas a bit concerned. However, I had great experience all day. Very polite people, humble and attentive. Thank you Bali!

We had a great time, everything went really well. We had done a different tour in the past and this one was way better! The pacing is relaxing but fun and we felt really well looked after by the team every step along the way. Highlt recommended!

We booked this castaway trip via our travel agency and wow what a trip it has been. Driver was on time for pickup at our hotel, after a short trip we arrived at the main office. We were told that we were the only ones on the trip and we felt a little bit uneasy. We had a 20 meter catamaran to ourselves and there were even more crew members on board then just me and my girlfriend. We received backed goods, drinks, peanuts . And the best thing the staff was amazing, just amazing, very kind and in a super mood. The 1st stop was for snorkeling, the staff brought some bread and the fish were awesome! I've been to several places across the world, but this was the best. After the snorkeling we did the mangrove tour, again super super friendly and nice to see. Then we went on to the seaweed farm, pretty interesting how the locals are making a living this way. For lunch we were brought to their lunch accommodations, and boy did it deliver! Fresh fruit, BBQ sate, everything you could wish for, and the location was amazing on Nusa Lembongan. After lunch we went to the ponton for some water activities, banana boat, slide, snorkeling and diving and jumping, this we could do for as long as we wanted so after 75 min we said it was time to go back. The amazing staff, perfectly executed program, incredible lunch made this by far the best trip!! Thanks to everybody from Bali Hai. This trip is so to recommend ❤️

A great experience for family and friends. The boat was clean and had many seating options both inside and outside. During the trip, drinks and small fruit skewers were offered. Snorkeling was wonderful, as we could see many different fish and corals. The ride through the mangrove forest went as planned and was truly beautiful to see. The stop at the seaweed fields was brief but very interesting. The last stop was the beach bar, which was clean and offered a buffet with plenty of options and small activities to conclude. In conclusion, one can only thank the really nice and helpful crew once again. A truly beautiful experience!
