Absolutely fantastic and incredibly professional from start to finish. Everything was perfectly organized, and nothing was ever overlooked. They were always available and happy to help whenever we needed them. Before the trip, Panji was extremely helpful, answering all our questions quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. Great service , cars and driver

Just want to say that our guide, Hendri on March 20 was very good. We were a bit disappointed that we did not get the tour that we requested, Ubud Tanah Lot Tour. We also were not aware that Bali is so spread out and we would be riding in the car half of the time. Make sure you set aside the entire day (at least 8+ hours) in order to see Bali! We thought Hendri was a very good driver and a good guide.

This company was amazing. We were able to have a car and driver for our day in Bali but our driver was so much more. He interacted and was more of a tour guide especially in the temple. Mom had some mobility issues and by the time we had spent several hours she was tired and he went above and beyond in assisting her in and out of the vehicle and in climbing stairs. This is our first time in Bali and we didn’t know what we wanted to do so he also helped with suggestions and his choices were top notch. We didn’t book a tour exactly but more the car/driver and time and we’re happy we sis since we had zero idea what we wanted to do so it left the day open. We paid for admission to anything we went to since it wasn’t covered and it worked out great. Our driver, Kopong, even offered to take us to a money exchange. Don’t exchange in the port like we did as the rate is much better in town. You won’t regret booking with this company and if we ever make it back we will book again.

This is our second trip to Bali and the second time using Bali Safest Driver. Panji is very helpful and responds quickly, in our case via WhatsApp. I informed him of our arrival weeks ago and we agreed on a schedule and cost for a larger vehicle for four of us on this occasion. The drivers are courteous and know the best routes driving safely through the hectic traffic and the vehicles are spotless. We were collected and returned to the Cruise Terminal in good time and had a wonderful day out. We actually fitted in an impromptu stop at a Batik Factory which was very interesting and had prices that were very reasonable considering some of the more touristy places. We got Awan as our driver. Car was comfortable with a clean baby seat for my 2 year old. Awan was awesome and he was also a tour guide and help to take care of my two young kids along the way. He also entertained them as well. Highly recommended service

We booked full day taxi with Panji multiple times. The service from Panji was excellent. Panji, the owner, is the most accommodating business owner. Even the last moment requests were accommodated with ease. Our driver was Gede Parwinda. Gede was well spoken, highly knowledgeable, flexible and available per our needs, and made good suggestions throughout the day to plan our trips most efficiently. Most importantly, both Gede and Panji were extremely punctual, to the extent that you could correct your watch with their timing. The cars were spacious and clean. Highly satisfied. Would recommend them to everyone looking for taxi in Bali.

The divers were really great! While in Bali my wife and I used this company twice, once to get from Ubud to Bedeguel and again to get from Bedeguel to Nusa Dua. Both drivers were so friendly and willing to share their culture with us. On our first trip we made a stop in Mengwi at the temple and our driver gave us a really good tour of the place explaining the significance of the temple and sharing his religion with us, which as a Westerner I thought was really neat. For the other drive I arranged for the driver to take us to an orchid garden as a surprise for my wife. The driver was great, he confirmed the details in secret with me so only when we pulled into the parking lot did she know we were going there.
