Great Snorkeling Experience and Excellent Service! We had a really fun and enjoyable snorkeling experience! The trip was well organised, and we had a great time exploring the beautiful underwater scenery. A special thanks to our driver, Candra! He was punctual, very friendly, and professional. He made sure everything went smoothly and that we felt comfortable throughout the journey. We really appreciated his excellent service. The only minor downside was that the water wasn’t working in the shower facilities after snorkeling. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we really enjoyed the trip. recommended!

Our tour guide Candra was very helpful and professional, not only acting well organised and reliable, but also did he share many personal information about the Balinese culture to give us an authentic overview. The service was amazing lunch at the restaurant was delicious and included in the price as well. The boat we have all to ourselves very safe and Son our boat driver was very hospitable and nice catering to all our needs. Our driver Komang Ardana was extremely good as well got us to and from very safe and also very available when we needed his service. Overall great experience!!

Family of 5 had a fantastic day out at Blue lagoon. Adi was our driver. He was fantastic. Highlight recommend. Our guide who was in the water with us was great and funny. Pointed out different fish for us. We found nemo!

The snorkeling was fantastic, fish everywhere, clear water and saw a turtle. Driver Mr Jim Beam was great really looked after us and gave us an i sight into Balinese culture.Lunch was very nice, all the staff at Andre's where so helpfull. Great value for money

We liked snorkelling in the lagoon, there is a lot of kind of fish, the coral reefs are bleaching unfortunately due to global warming

Overall a great experience! Our driver Adi was friendly, punctual and a safe driver. We had our own snorkelling equipment so unable to comment on the hire equipment. There were two scheduled snorkelling sites and neither disappointed. Loads of different, colourful fish to see really close up, amazing. Unfortunately no turtles came out to play! I gave the trip 4 stars because of the changing facilities being a bit on the scummy side and lunch and restaurant were both very underwhelming. We did enjoy the snorkelling however and would do it all again.

Excellent snorkelling morning in blue lagoon. Beautiful calm water and clear, lots of fish. Much better than previous snorkeling trips we have had in bai. Very well organised and non stressful. Nice restaurant for lunch. Would highly recommend. Thank you to Candra for making our day pleasant and relaxing.

We chose to go with a private driver for the occassion and i couldnt recommend that enough. Candra fufilled the role of tour guide completely along the way and made the 2.5 hour (one way) travel go by quickly. Snorkelling was great fun too, great for first timers as the waters appear to be quite still in both locations. Lunch was delicious, would definitely do again.

Our guide Aris was super friendly and helpful. On time for pick up, spoke great English. Clean car with Aircon. We loved the snorkelling too, lunch was simple but filling. Great value for money.

We chose to book this trip from the reviews. We also saw a lot of great reviews about Aris so we were very happy to have him as our driver. It’s a long trip from Kuta and back however time passed quickly talking with Aris. He was lovely to talk with and we learnt a lot about the Indonesian and Balinese cultures. You would be lucky to have him. The snorkelling was amazing with plenty of colourful fish and coral to see in both locations 🤿🪸🐠🐟 We enjoyed our meals at the restaurant afterwards, very tasty food. The boat and restaurant staff were helpful, friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend booking this trip👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great trip for a solo traveller. Adi picked me up at my hotel and took me to the snorkel tour group in Padangbai. I met another solo traveller and a small group, all were friendly. The snorkelling was great, lots of beautiful fish. After lunch, Adi got me back to my hotel around 6 hours after pick up. All in all a great, easy day trip from Ubud with lots of beautiful marine life to see and a very friendly guide. Thanks Adi!

Easy process to book, driver pickup was efficient and comfortable. The snorkeling was amazing and the waterfall was lovely. Would highly recommend when in Bali.

The drivers were fantastic and so accommodating. Would recommend this to people with reasonable fitness especially getting into boat. The snorkelling was incredible and the water remarkable. So blue and clear. The guys who run this are so friendly. Had a beautiful lunch afterwards and a lovely drive home. Would definitely do this again.

The kids and the wife really enjoyed this trip. They saw many sea turtles and the guides are always willing to stop and explore. However my equipment wasn't working and we could not get it to work. I stood by most of the time.

Great day out. Snorkelling was amazing in two locations from a safe, authentic local boat. Lunch was a nice Mie Goring with cold bottled water. Then off to two lovely waterfalls. Our driver called Made Comet was very safe, plus friendly and funny. Easy to have a joke with.

The blue lagoon+ and patakur (sp?) was great, a sunny day I was able to see a lot of colorful corals and fish. The boat driver even helped me to find Nemo! The timeline for each location was great also. Adi was a great driver perfect amount of chat + quiet during the ride and he also pointed out some interesting sites along the way as well as offering to stop for breakfast. If you are a lady I would encourage you to wear a skirt + 2 piece for easy changing. Life jackets were also available.

We had the best guide/driver (Kadek) in Bali. He messaged to confirm the day before & the morning of the trip, which is really reassuring. We had a lovely air-conditioned drive to the Blue Lagoon, and Kadek was so friendly, helpful & knowledgeable along the way. The boat trip provided snorkelling equipment & life vests if needed, and we were taken just 10 mins around the bay to stop in 2 fabulous areas for snorkelling. We had 1 hour at each and we saw some amazing sealife as the water was so clear. Back on land we had lunch & drinks in the restaurant which again was fabulous. Kadek then took us to the Kanto Lampo waterfall, where we were able to have a dip & take photos. All in all, we had the best day and felt like we had exceptional service throughout... thank you Kadek 😊 from Lisa, Chris & Yvonne

The driver was very patient and friendly and made sure that we were okay.Snorkeling was amazing and few of us in a boat made the experience more personalised the boat driver was also very nice.Food was okay but worth trying.overall an amazing experience that I would strongly recommend.Visting the gates of heaven was amazing but be warned of the mini hike to the top but it’s so worth it I definitely recommend if you stay in Canggu be warned that it is a +- 4 hour road trip to the gates of heaven but again it is worth it

We had a fab day as a family with two young children. The snorkelling was amazing and they really looked after the kids. Our tour guide Komang was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would fully recommend.

Transport was on time, comfortable and well communicated via WhatsApp. The snorkelling was great with varied fish life and we even got a sea turtle sighting. Traditional lunch was enjoyed by everyone. Tour delivered on what was advertised and can recommend.

The process was seamless. Our guide Komang was very efficient and expedient. We saw several varieties of fish and coral as well as enjoyed delicious coffee and tea at the plantation on the way back to our villa.

I am naturally shy so I was initially scared about getting a private driver but my driver Ketut Bayu was the best! He was very nice, very kind and friendly, and he was very accommodating to my needs! He made my trip very enjoyable. Best driver ever!

We had Kadek as our tour guide, and he was amazing! He was friendly, had good English and was very helpful. He explained the culture and landmarks we passed, as well as providing fun but educational stories. Snorkeling was so much fun! We saw a lot of marine animals, including a sea turtle! The water was so clear, cool and refreshing. The waterfalls are beautiful but you must be able to walk down and up very steep stairs. Overall lots of fun and great picture opportunities, along with an amazing tour guide.

My son and I went snorkelling with this company and had a perfect day! The staff were so good and we had a wonderful trip together. So professional and so thoughtful. Our driver, Candra, was fantastic and I felt very looked after. He was a pleasure to meet. I would recommend this experience with this company. I have been to Bali many times, but this company was so personal and organised. We saw TWO big turtles! Wow!

Our driver picked us up on the other side of the island and got us to the beach in record time on a Saturday. Aris was friendly and even did some tour guiding along the way since there was so much to see. Our dive guide and captain were both great too: waters were pretty choppy on the day we went but the water had good visibility too. good gear and the traditional boat was fun to be on.

We absolutely loved our day! Our driver picked us up from the hotel and took us all the way to port where we we’re met by someone from the restaurant who took our lunch order and then hopped on the boat. Both snorkel spots were gorgeous and the water was incredibly clear. We saw so many different fish! After snorkelling we had a shower and lunch before heading home. The whole day was organised really well, would absolutely recommend and do again! Thank you

Komang was an excellent tour guide for the day, with an itenery that I could pick, taking me to all the amazing spots ubud has to offer like the waterfalls. I would highly recommend him and use him for any trip you may need as he is super helpful, friendly and a great photographer for solo travellers like me 😀

Our driver Komang was a great. He was on time, safe and told us lots about Bali. The snorkelling was great at the two spots. The water was clear and calm. Lunch was good - we had nasi goring and mei goring. Just what we needed after a long swim.

Ths trip was amazing! Our taxi driver wayan was very friendly en picked us up right on time. He also could speak good english and guide us to the beach. After a nice ride we arrived to the beach. With a boat we wete going to the snorkelplace. Its was amazing! So many fishes! After two hours of snorkeling we eat a nice lunch at the restaurant. The were also very nice people! We would give our trip and our driver Wayan a 10!!!

Had a great time snorkelling. The first place was much nicer with more corals and fish to see. The guides gave us fish food so the fish came up to us more. The 2nd place did have a lot more rubbish in the water but overall sea life was visible too. Our driver Komang was great! Would recommend this experience.
