Bali Airport: One-way Private Transfer To/from Hotel

Picked up on time and taken to the airport on time. No problems experienced and he helped with out luggage. Reasonably priced

Cokde is an excellent driver, gets you safely from the airport to your destination. We landed a bit late so he offered us to take us for a restaurant! Not even a quick bite to take no! An actual restaurant where you get seated and enjoy your meal with not rush. I would recommend!

It was such an easy way to get to your hotel. The driver messaged me beforehand so I could tell him when I was coming out. I sent him a quick selfie so he could look for me as I would look for my name amongst all of the name signs held up by drivers.

We had a great experience with our driver Aris. He was very friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. He made us feel comfortable the entire time and was always patient and professional. Chris was a great driver, informative and safe! We appreciated his patience with very heavy traffic. He was about an hour late to pick us up due to traffic unfortunately but he was apologetic and communicated his timing for arrival so we knew when to expect him.

We were greeted by lovely Ketut, who had a sign ready for us. In saying that, he had already sent a few messages on WhatsApp before we’d exited the airport to reassure us he was there. Ketut speaks great English, gave us a few tips about Bali & Bali culture. For example, in Balinese culture, children are named given their order of birth. Ketut is the 4th child. 💕 He was also a wonderful driver! We very much recommended Ketut & this pick up service.

Not thrilled with this driver. He didn’t know the name of the hotel we were going to and had never been there. His back seat buckle was broken. But he got us to the Samanvaya Resort (highly recommend) safely.

Our driver was very easy to find amongst the crowds and communicated well via whats app when we landed in Bali. He was near the end of the line but having been to Bali before we knew how the system worked.

My driver Cokdeprad was communicating with me before during and when I arrived And it makes it so much easier for me to find him when I arrived at the airport. Very friendly and very professional. I felt like I have known him for a long time and I felt safe with him. Thank you for taking care of me especially when travelling late at night . Keep up the good work. Basu Deva was just wonderful! He took us for a long 2 hour transfer from the Airport to the Sens Hotel very safely inspite of heavy traffic. He was friendly and sweet Thank you Basu Deva!!

Delayed getting through airport - waiting on baggage then long slow customs check of arrival QR code (the only stage not automated) but driver updated by WhatsApp waited and provided photos of where to meet. For clarity would have been easier to say at Car Park Exit as we initually went to other public Exit. Fast but safe drive to hotel with friendly english speaking driver.

My driver Aris was amazing. My flight was delayed and he still waited. The 2 hour drive to my hotel was filled with humor and history. I learned so much about the Balinese culture and history from Aris. Although he was probably in his 20s his hospitality and wisdom are way beyond his years. As a solo traveler I felt extremely safe with him Highly recommend you ask for Aris for a driver :)

There were traffic jams due to flooding which meant it was really difficult for cars to pass the main road to the hotel. We we in a massive panic as we had to get to the airport. The owner sent his brother who lived close by as our driver was not able to get to us. We were so grateful as we were worried we would miss our flight

Driver was late and went to the wrong location. Even after being being given directions AND having my live location, he still failed to show up. I had to make other arrangements in order to make my flight on time.

Had many, many last minute changes in arrival times due to Dallas airport closure, being extremely tired and stressed with entry requirements for Bali—it was refreshing to see my transportation person to the hotel with his sign—didn’t have to wait!!!
