Driver was ready with a sign. Helped with the luggage and was friendly. Explained some of the activity in the country. Very happy with service.

Pre booked taxi to the airport didn't not show up? So we had to make our own way in another taxi. No answer to calls or replies to texts! Use someone else.

Very disappointing. We came out and looked for the driver and even had them paged three times and no one ever came. Total ripoff we had to pay for another taxi. We feel scammed and because of this incident we cancelled the two other trips we had booked in Bali. Bali It's like the driver knew he gets paid after the 24 hours because no refunds means no need to show up either. What a way to start what was suppose to be the start of a 3 week vacation!

So glad we booked with this company, as we initially planned to catch a ride from airport to our hotel but our flight was delayed and then getting out of the airport took a while so we were quite late (than the time we had stated we would arrive). Our driver waited almost 2 hours for us and just as we came out we almost missed him but there he was :) lovely man, got us out of the hectic airport rush and straight to our hotel in less than 15 minutes. Thank you Wayne!

Razis (call him Raz) contacted me by WhatsApp to confirm time and place of meeting. When we arrived he sent a selfie with him and the sign. Easiest pickup we ever had. I recommended this service to my convention friends coming in next week,

No-One turned up. We had no wifi or internet, unless we walked back into immigration. Called the emergency number, and multiple whatsapp texts. After 45 mins, another driver working for the company, drove us to our hotel.

Myself and my friend booked this company for our airport transfer to and from the hotel. Firstly I must say that we were utterly appalled. Having arrived at the airport, our driver- his name was Oppan or Oppian called us to say that he had arrived. Cool. However whilst he called 30 minutes before saying he had arrived and I explained to him we had to get our luggage and go through immigration so we’ll be maybe 20 minutes when we arrived to the pick up area he was nowhere to be seen and left our name card on a fence. I tried to call him after maybe 10 mins of us standing there and he gave the excuse he was in the toilet and we should wait for him. 10 minutes turned to 1.5 hours and whenever I’ll try to call, he would decline the call. I called the company, they then had to send out another car for us, however before the other car turns up.. guess who comes strolling in? Yes Oppian. After 1.5 hours. We arrived in Bali after a 15 hour flight at 23:30 and did not get into the taxi until 1:30. In the car, he was telling us all kinds of excuses and then dropped the “I need this job I can’t get fired” line. I felt bad so called the company back explaining it was all a misunderstanding and he was a great person. He told us he’ll give us a free tour whenever we wanted during our stay and we just pay admission to places. However when the day came for it, he didn’t turn up and left us standing at our hotel, upon contacting him he told us “we were late” so he went home. I spoke to our hotel lobbyists and no one even came to pick us up, nor where we late. I contacted him again to see what was going on and he brushed it off being very rude and saying he wasn’t coming. Let me also say that he wanted us to spend a lot of money as he was trying to con us (probably to make back the money from the “free”tour he’ll give us and then some) because we didn’t fall for it, he saw no fit purpose to drive us around. And once he dropped us at our hotel the first time round, he made a comment along the lines of “ohh you are staying at this very expensive hotel?! Okay okay”. Very dishonest person!! If anyone needs a tour guide, I’ve got an amazing person who was extremely lovely. Sick a kind genuine soul and a careful and alert driver, so let me know and I’ll give you his number :)

i Recomded this company service because the customer support is always there to assist during our vacation on Bali and Lombok. Driver was so nice and the service really is the best.

Putu was definitely the best taxi driver we used in Ubud, his English was great & not only did he drop us off to various places, he went the extra mile to educate us on Bali culture & recommended sites. He showed us two delicious lunch spots! I would highly recommend Putu to anyone visiting Bali, he doesn’t rip you off & actually cares about your travels. We liked him the most from the company, so much so that when we moved to Benoa Harbour, we called Putu again because we didn’t trust anyone else. He wasn’t just a great taxi driver but someone who became a lovely friend.

I booked Baliwow to pick us up from the airport to go to Ubud. There was no problem with this, car was clean and the driver friendly. I noted it did take 2 hours to get to Ubud. Because we were satisfied with the service I booked a return trip when our holiday was coming to an end. I allowed extra time as it had taken 2 hours on the outward journey. The driver was one hour late picking us up, despite me calling to see where they were. It took 2 hours again to get to the airport. By the time we arrived our flight had closed, causing us a lot of stress. Had the driver been on time picking us up it wouldn’t have been a problem. If you use this service My advice is to call them and confirm your pick up if you are using them for a trip back to the airport.

All went perfectly. We had a plane delay and landed at 1am instead of 11am... the communication with the company was very easy, they called us to confirm the new time and our driver was waiting with a modern car when we landed. The driver was very nice and drove carefully all the way. We found that so far on our trip it was the best client service we had!
