Bali's Best Sunset: Uluwatu Kecak Dance & Dinner Jimbaran Beach

Gorgeous experience, went to the temple, watched the fire dance and sunset, then had a beautiful seafood dinner in front of the Beach. Our tour guide was lovely, and the operator even let us reschedule the trip as I was extremely ill on the original day. No refunds or changes within 24 hours is allowed to be made, so we were done a huge favour. It was completely worth it, best package you will find for value as well.

Ask if we were to wear shoes or thongs and we were advised shoes, but youre expected to walk on sandy beach at Padang Padang beach and at Jimbaran to dinner. Too much waiting around time between activities.

We had a wonderful time on the Uluwatu Kecak Dance and Dinner experience. The tour was great value for money with all of the attraction tickets and dinner on the beach included in the price. The queue for the Kekac dance was a bit crazy with a big crowd but the show itself was fantastic and went for about an hour. The sunset at the Uluwatu temple was beautiful! The seafood dinner was well presented in a lovely spot on the beach. Our guide Agus was excellent. He was on time and so organised that we didn’t need to do a thing other than turn up. He knew the quickest way to get us to each of the stops on the tour and queued to collect the tickets for us at each of the attractions. He gave us great tips and warnings about the monkeys at the temple! We got picked up at 2pm and dropped off around 10:30pm. There was lots of traffic heading to Uluwatu so if you are getting picked up near Seminyak it is best to leave at 2pm or earlier to make the most of each stop. We would definitely book again with DianaBali tours.

Awful experience. Guide very unhelpful, driver dangerous. Didn't see the temple or the beach. Very frustrated as have contacted tour operator to no response (which if you know how quickly operators in Bali respond to whatsapp means they are unwilling to reply). Really expensive and overrated. Avoid avoid avoid

This tour was great and great value for money. Our guides picked us up from our hotel and took us to a range of fantastic venues. The highlight was the monkey temple and the show. Our tour guide Neca was brilliant. He showed us around the temple and kept an eye on those monkeys. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Bali.

Crammed a lot into this tour, some hits and some misses. Kecak fire dance was amazing, and the meal on the beach also a great experience. Padang Padang beach visit for 45 mins not really much point, and Uluwatu temple was underwhelming compared to other temples in Bali.

Great tour - highlight was the fire dance but we also loved the coffee tasting and dinner on the beach afterwards. Our guide took great care of us, including keeping a close eye on monkeys at Uluwatu temple (we saw 3 people lose their glasses!). Highly recommend.

The Kecak Dance and dinner was very enjoyable. The costumes were colorful and the performance was great. Our guide and driver did a great job in making us comfortable and meeting our requests

We had a fantastic day with our guide Mr Mojes and our driver Mr Wayan. Mr Mojes was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable about the island and gave us advice on good views and opportunities for photographs. He made sure we and our belongings were safe around the monkeys at Uluwatu and found us good seats for the dance show. All in all a great day out and I can highly recommend.

We were collected by tour guide and driver who made our day thoroughly enjoyable, though be prepared to sit in some very heavy traffic, we were in Nusa Dua and was quite a way from Ullwater. It is a long day, but it is worth it. This is a great experience, with some beautiful scenery. Lots of stairs and walking but well worth the effort. The stunning views and the monkeys running around freely is an experience in itself, as well as learning about the Temple and history of the area. The performance of the dance is colourful, vibrant and mesmerising as you watch the sunset over the Indian Ocean, though a little too long for me. Take a bum cushion with you as the seating very hard. The dinner afterwards was very nice and you can either choose to eat on the beach or inside the restaurant, we choose inside as was a tadge windy. Food was quite nice, rice,.grilled fresh fish and fruit Great day out, but not for anybody who has any mobility issues.

We had a wonderful trip with Komang as our guide. The whole experience was wonderful . Komang was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the journey. He explained everything clearly, helped us take great photos, and made sure we were comfortable at all times. The Padang Padang beach he took us to was perfect for relaxing and the Kecak dance at Uluwatu temple was incredible to watch, . Thanks to Komang, the entire day felt smooth, enjoyable, and truly memorable. This trip is highly recommended.

Truly enjoyed exploring the temple while ensuring the lurking monkeys didn’t run off with my cell phone! Hold on tight to your eyeglasses and no food please! I’m adding the show was creative and humorous and the setting absolutely gorgeous. Enjoyed the tour with my guide Padang! We ended the evening with a delicious Balinese meal on the beach!

Neca was our guide! We had a wonderful afternoon and evening. They picked us up from our hotel in Kuta and drove us to Padang Padang Beach, Lewak coffee plantation and on to Uluwatu Temple and Kecak dancing. Our guide was kind and took pictures of us all along the way! We stopped for dinner at Jimbaran, seafood dinner by the sea!

The Uluwatu Kecak Dance was incredible – the temple setting, the breathtaking view, and the performance itself gave a real insight into Balinese culture. Afterward, we enjoyed dinner right on Jimbaran Beach, with fresh seafood served by the water. We even ordered extra because it was so good! A small tip – be careful of the monkeys around the temple as they love to steal glasses. Overall, it was a fantastic evening, and I highly recommend this experience. Special thanks to my guide for making it even more memorable.

Our trip was booked for the day after the Bali floods and with less than 24hrs to go we were expecting to lose the booking and the payment. We had contact with our co-ordinator and he was helpful in rearranging the date while we were here. The driver/guide was very attentive informative and flexible on the day. Nice little tour day.

The dance was amazing - definitely go for the sunset time. Really really good. The beach is nice, but a bit overcrowded. The setting for the dinner was lovely on jimbaran beach. However, the food was a bit mediocre, and the real pain was the traffic. This was not the not company's fault, but still to be considered. We left our hotel at 2, dance was at 6-7 pm, and we did not get to eat dinner until well after 9 due to traffic between the dance and jimbaran. We did not get back to our hotel until after 11. The tour guide was very friendly, though his English needs some work but still he was helpful, kind and supportive. The dance was so good that were not disappointed.

We had a great day with Mr Wya, he took us to Pedang Pedang beach and on to the temple and sunset dancing. Very attentive and shared lots of local facts. A lovely man! We went to a day trip with mr wayan, then visit padang padang beac with nice view and white sand, the tour guide told us alot of bali culture, pick up us on time at our hotel. Last visit at uluwatu temple with amazing sunset and kecak dance, we recomended this company to all visitor .

We were picked up directly from our hotel by a driver accompanied by a guide. Our guide, Pak Mojes, told us lots of little information about Bali throughout the afternoon... (he is one of the best guides we had on the island). The beach is pretty to see, the temple with the sunset is incredible (be careful with the monkeys), the kecak dance is superb to see. The only negative point is the restaurant, our dishes were quite good but completely cold, which is a shame for grilled seafood.

The tour today with Pak was amazing. It was far more than we expected. Pak shared so much knowledge with us, he explained a lot about history, he gave us a lot of interesting information and tips. Pak showed us amazing places and he was never ever tired of taking pictures of us. He was always absolutely friendly and did the very best for uns to feel comfortable. He answered all our questions. Wayan was an amazing tour guide, he was so kind and knowledgeable! We learnt so much and he always went the extra mile, always having water ready, organising all the tickets, taking lots of fun photos of us and just making it an enjoyable experience! I highly recommend this tour!

Our driver a s guide were fantastic. We had a leisurely trip via coffee tasting, Padang Padang Beach to the temple. It was amazing to see the wild monkeys and their cheek antics. The Uluwatua Kecak Dance was not what we expected - more of a theatre performance then a dance - but is was very impressive to watch.

Our driver Dex Anna was simply the best! He was very accommodating when we asked to stop by a coffee plantation on the way to Padang beach. He was always ready with water after we finished each part of the tour. His tour insights and stories in English was also very good! Would highly recommend him and this tour!

Great tour. We had Ketut as a guide. Both Ketut and our driver were excellent. Very kind and full of great knowledge and respect for Bali and its culture. They even took us to Padang Padang Beach. Some stairs but lovely beach for a short swim and relax.

I enjoyed the sunset Uluwatu tour with Diana Bali Tours. This was a half day activity which also included a visit to Pedang Pedang beach and one of the coffee plantations nearby. I did not do the dinner option so unable to comment on that - the beach visit was ok, beautiful but fairly busy spot in a small enclave. It is worth doing a tasting in the coffee plantations if you get a chance, you can sample several locally grown tea/coffee/cacao based drinks and they will do their best to sell you something to take home with you. The Uluwatu temple is beautiful, I fully agree with prior comments about the monkeys - down there, the monkeys are much more aggressive than in Ubud & you do need to take care that they don't take items from your hands or even from your head! We saw one guy lose his hat, and they had gotten hold of someone else's handbag. Best to keep your items shut away in a secured rucksack! My guide kept watch for me while I took some hasty pictures which was helpful. Then for the sunset dance....this is an hour long performance, in a beautiful cliffside setting. Beware that the seating is not super comfortable and the arena starts to fill up about an hour before the show, so if you want a good spot you might have to wait for a while on some pretty firm seating. Some people did manage to squeeze in closer to the start time when the arena was nearly full. The first part of the show was a bit slow, but it picked up as the sun went down and the performers interacted more with the audience. An experience which felt quite unique but might be a bit taxing for young children. Probably the best part of this experience overall was the kindness of the guide, who was keen to ensure it was a great afternoon - I was collected and returned to the hotel on time, and he took care of all the tickets, queueing, gave explanations and took photos etc. Thanks for a good afternoon out!

This was an incredible experience in my life time we had never seen before the right time for kecak dance, sunset and temple cliff. My guide Mr. ketut was monkey protector he did bring some banana, peanut for the monkey the car was very clean and good air condition car the last stop we went to jimbaran beach with very delicious diner. we recommended this tour 100% to all tourist who will visit bali.

The car was very clean and our guide Mr. Ketut very friendly driver and good English. we enjoy the seafood dinner at jimbaran with beautiful beach. recommended to all visitor who will come to bali.

Now that you have asked my opinion, The driver was hard to understand - there was also not much information about the sites we were seeing from him - And I'm very sorry to say but his car was extremely smelly. I think cigarettes or something ? What was most upsetting was the seafood dinner at Half Moon Cafe, - We were not able to eat until 8.00pm we were extremely fatigued and very hungry. The food was terrible !!! - The small whole fish was all bones, overcooked and hardly any meat on it to eat - the 2 very small Prawns were dry and yuk. We felt that we were served the rubbish from the end of their cooking day and we were rushed with only 30 mins to eat and go as the driver had to return us to the hotel - We were 1 hour later than expected to return to our hotel - The next day we were both sick with stomach cramps and we continued to be unwell until our flight home Very disappointing half day tour for us
