My tour guide was Aprio. He did an amazing job providing me with details about the villages that we visited and the historical places. He was patient. He took amazing photos of me given I was solo. His conversation was inviting and pleasant. The tour overall provided me with insight and education into Bali. I cannot wait to return and will definitely be using this company.

Our experience was wonderful. We traveled with Verry. He arrived early to pick us up at the hotel, safe and fun driving skills, very accommodating and warm. He was a great tour guide and supportive. Very engaging, we truly enjoyed his company and felt very safe.

We had an amazing tour experience with Yasa! He arrived at 4 AM for our 12-hour excursion and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. He took us to some amazing spots and helped us capture beautiful photos and videos along the way. He even provided us with breakfast, including delicious pandan bread! The weather was quite cold in the early morning and got really hot later in the day, but Yasa remained kind, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire trip. He always made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. When we started feeling tired toward the end and wanted to skip one of the activities, he was very flexible and understanding. We really appreciated his thoughtfulness, flexibility, and dedication to making our trip special. We couldn't have asked for a better tour experience. Definitely opt for the early pick up (4am) to beat the traffic and the crowds. The pictures are amazing and the tour operators were second to none and very knowledgeable

My wife and I had an incredible tour with Yasa who was our tour guide for the day. He did an incredible job from picking us up very early at 4 AM to contextualizing each of the landmarks and sites that we visited throughout the day. I especially appreciated that he was very punctual and was constantly telling us how long it would take to get to each destination and howmuch time each location would take. He also went above and beyond by taking some incredible photos for us when he did not have to, as well as providing us with water and snacks along the way. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone that is visiting Bali and wishes to see the beautiful East side.

Have just returned from an amazing day. Our driver/ guide Hendy was so professional knew the best places for the photos from his experience and very knowledgeable and pointed out interesting facts. The tour was exactly what we had hoped for and more. The company kept in touch before we arrived and was always there if we needed a question answered. Cannot fault the day at all .

This was an amazing day trip which took in so many attractions in a relatively short amount of time (around 12hrs). Definitely recommend the early start (4am) The trip was made flawless by our guide for the day Verry who was on time (well he was actually early) to pick up and his in depth knowledge of the attractions and his pleasant manner and knowing all the back roads to avoid traffic jams. We booked the private Instagram tour and Agus was the highlight of our day. From the moment he picked us up, he was friendly, professional and genuinely proud to show us his island. We covered a lot of ground: the famous Gates of Heaven at Lempuyang Temple, the beautiful Tirta Gangga Water Palace built by the last King of Karangasem, the stunning Tukad Cepung Waterfall, the jungle swing and coffee plantation at Uma Pakel, and finally the Tegalalang Rice Terraces. Agus timed every stop perfectly so we never felt rushed, and he knew exactly where to stand for the best photos. He was happy to take as many shots as we wanted, and they turned out amazing. Agus went above and beyond all day. He made sure we always had water and stayed hydrated, kept a careful eye on our belongings at every stop, and at the end of the day he checked the car to make sure we hadn't left anything behind. Between that and his careful driving, we felt completely safe and comfortable the whole time. He also looks out for his guests' wallets. At Tukad Cepung, he suggested we hire sandals rather than buy a new pair we didn't need. A small thing, but it showed he cared more about us than about upselling. And he has a great sense of humour. At the coffee plantation, he introduced the famous kopi luwak as the "cat poo-ccino," and we couldn't stop laughing. It's still the line we keep repeating! What really set him apart was his local knowledge. He shared the history and culture behind each place, which turned a photo tour into a real insight into Balinese life. Honestly, Agus is the reason we're already planning our next Bali holiday, so we can book another tour with him and see more of the island through his eyes. My partner and I had a wonderful time touring around East Bali with our guide Agus!! Pick up time was early in the morning but flexible and Agus was on time, Agus was very welcoming and knowledgable, and we were not rushed through any of the places. Agus was happy to answer lots of random questions about Bali and we had a good chat as we drove around. Apart from the stops on the tour, it was enjoyable to look at the views and see the different villages in between. We paid for the food upgrade and it was well worth it. The restaurant we ate at had fantastic service, the view was scenic and the food was delicious. I have lots of food sensitivities and they were able to accommodate them. My two highlights were the waterfall and the rice terraces!

We were picked up bright and early from our villa by our amazing guide Mangdut (Mang). He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Verry made our Bali tour absolutely unforgettable! We started at 6 AM and were back by around 5 PM, and he was so flexible about adjusting the itinerary on the fly to make the day work best for us. We visited Pura Lempuyang, Tirta Gangga, had lunch, and explored Tukad Cepung Waterfall—and every stop was amazing. He’s knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and genuinely encouraging when trying new experiences. It never felt rushed or overly scripted; it felt like spending the day with a friend who knows Bali incredibly well. And the surprise bonus: Verry is an amazing photographer! He really helped us capture beautiful memories without making it feel awkward. We both had such a great time and would recommend Verry to anyone visiting Bali. As a solo female traveller, my first message is: don’t let travelling alone stop you from booking this tour. I arranged a 4 a.m. start, and it was worth every minute of lost sleep! Starting early meant missing the traffic and avoiding almost all the queues. We timed everything perfectly, enjoyed every experience without feeling rushed and were back at my hotel by 2:30 p.m.with plenty of time left to relax. My guide, Wisnu, was absolutely incredible. He was kind, generous, encouraging and great fun. He made me feel completely safe throughout the day and he is also a brilliant photographer! I came away with some truly amazing pictures, plus very happy memories of us singing along to pop music in the car. Wisnu made the entire experience feel extra special, so I highly recommend requesting him. My advice? Do everything! Wear the dress, go on the swing and embrace every experience. You may only get one chance, so don’t go home wishing you’d been braver. I’m also a very fussy vegetarian, but there were food options available for me. Be aware that the tour involves quite a few steep steps and hills, so you need to be comfortable walking up and down them. Every part of the day was stunningly beautiful and brilliantly organised. I genuinely cannot recommend this tour or the wonderful Wisnu highly enough. Book the early start, request Wisnu and prepare to have an unforgettable day!

The experience was great! The transportation and activities went smooth. The lines were kinda long considering we left our villa at 4am.

We did this tour for my birthday and it was so fun! Our guide Verry truly made the experience one of a kind. Verry was so knowledgeable about each place we visited and offered so much insight into Balinese culture. He was friendly and attentive throughout the tour, ensuring all of our needs were met and truly made it feel personal. We forgot our charging cable and he even took the time to stop somewhere for us to grab one! We never felt rushed, Verry allowed us to take our time throughout the tour. Even between stops, during the drives, he played music we liked and made sure we were comfortable. If you book this tour I highly recommend Verry as a guide!

Overall, the trip was everything you could ever hope for and more. The views that Bali has to offer are breathtaking on this tour. When you couple the experience with the company and guidance of someone like our guide, Verry, you get an opportunity of a lifetime. Verry was beyond professional and extremely personable.
