Location and 2 pools are the only plus point here. Lots of foreign age old people will come to sub bathe in pool. Room service is worst. They didn't even give us empty plates to room. Lift is not working we have to walk all the way 2 floors for it. It's old property. Breakfast buffet was okayish. Some banana pudding was worst , don't try that. Cheap hotel for sure. They charged us full pool view hotel and gave us a half pool view. There are lizards inside the room as well. Bath tubs are not so whitish. Service is worst for sure. Only a decent budget hotel. Don't take villa name too seriously it's nowhere a villa . Balconies are soo very narrow , if both the room's balconies are occupied then it will be disturbing for both of you.

An honest review - if you dont mind noise, the doors have big gaps between them and the glass seems wafer thin. Several times we got up to check if people we're stopped having a convo right outside our door but they were 5~+meters away. Nothing wrong with the staff, and its a nice place just good luck if you want to sleep in past 7.30am or expect some quiet at night. The vegetarian patrons from south Asia make sure of that unfortunately.
We had a great stay here. Rooms are comfortable. The staff are fantastic and will quickly attend any issues. Overall a great place with excellent location.
Good hotel in authentic Balinese style. Service of the very friendly staff is great. Price -quality ratio is very good. Location is perfect. In the middle of the tourist center you’ll find a quit oasis. And last but not least, the Indonesian food is fantastic!
Disappointing service and cleanliness at Wina Holiday Villa Kuta I recently stayed at Wina Holiday Villa Kuta and unfortunately had a frustrating experience on multiple fronts. **Room cleanliness:** Toothbrushes are replaced daily, which is a nice touch — but the basics are neglected. Glasses and cups in the room are never washed or replaced. Attention to actual hygiene seems to be missing. **Restaurant service was the bigger issue.** A few specific problems: - Tables are not wiped down between guests. I sat down at a table still dirty from the previous guests, and the staff didn't seem to recognize this as a problem. - Ashtrays are never brought out, and when you ask for one, it arrives dirty. - Drinks are not served when ordered. Staff wait until the food is ready and bring everything together — which is unacceptable in 30°C humid weather, when a cold drink isn't a luxury, it's a necessity. - The waitstaff appear to have no training. I was the only guest in the restaurant and still had to walk up to the counter to ask if I could order, because no one approached the table. The hotel has potential, but the service standards and basic hygiene need serious attention. For Kuta, where there are plenty of good alternatives, I cannot recommend this one.
