Had an absolutely incredible stay at the W Bali! The service here is next level, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of from the moment you arrive. We stayed in a villa, and having our own private pool was a total game changer. It was the perfect, pristine spot to unwind in complete privacy. The resort also has a great party area with a fantastic vibe, and the food throughout our stay was so good that we honestly didn't even want to leave the resort. Between the top-tier hospitality, amazing dining, and beautiful amenities, this place completely exceeded expectations. Can’t wait to come back!
Recently stayed at the Villa. The staff was amazing. April greeted us and remembered us at checkout. Ryan at Friday on Fire was awesome, food was yummy and we had the added benefit of seeing 2 fire dances. Dancers were great too. All in all, villa, staff and food were well worth it. We would definitely stay again and encourage others to stay here too! Thank you to everyone who made our stay memorable!! ❤️
We had a wonderful stay at W Seminyak. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and all of the staff were so warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Ayu, the Villa Host, who organised a lovely surprise for our girls. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more memorable. One of our favourite moments was relaxing by the beach and watching the beautiful sunset each evening. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience were exceptional. We can’t wait to come back!
Review Title: The Gold Standard for the W Brand – Absolute Perfection in Bali I’ve stayed at many W properties globally, and W Bali Seminyak is "W done absolutely right." Often, W hotels lean too far into a "do it yourself" vibe that feels cold, or they become too formal and lose the "fun" factor. This property strikes the perfect balance. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was among friends. The Hospitality & Vibe What sets this property apart is the staff. Everyone—and I mean absolutely everyone—is incredibly friendly, polite, and hospitable. They manage to deliver top-tier service in a relaxed, "no-pressure" way. There is zero formality or upselling pressure; it just feels like catching up with casual friends who genuinely want you to have a great time. This is exactly why I love the W brand. Security & Safety It might sound unusual to highlight security, but the team here is exceptional. Security is very tight, which is impressive given it’s a beachside property on a public beach, yet every guard was polite and friendly (scratch that, they are extremely friendly). I specifically appreciated the emphasis on guest safety. Whenever I boarded a Grab motorbike, I could hear the security staff reminding the drivers to be "sabar-sabar" (patient) and "hati-hati" (careful), only giving the "OK" once they were sure I was ready. It’s that level of care that makes you feel truly looked after. Dining & Sunset • Breakfast: Absolutely amazing with a massive variety. • Starfish Bloo & Fire: The dining experience was a highlight of the stay. The service is genuinely warm. Special thanks to Eddy, Jevon, Ricko, and Tia at Starfish Bloo, as well as the Restaurant Manager. The entire team of waiters and waitresses at both Starfish Bloo and Fire are some of the friendliest I’ve encountered. • Sunset: Watching the sunset here is an absolute must—the views are spectacular. Special Mentions A huge thank you to Nick, Bayu, and Hertina for their exceptional service and for making me feel so welcome. Final Verdict Being upgraded to a villa was the cherry on top of a stay that was already perfect. If you want a place to relax, rejuvenate, and have fun all at once, this is it. I can’t recommend W Bali enough!
