We stayed at Visakha Sanur for 3 nights and wow, it was an amazing experience! Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness to the staff. It was my partner's 30th birthday and the team went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is great if you want to avoid crowded streets but still be near Sanur center.Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the pool and restaurant as much as we wanted, but they both looked amazing.
This was our 3rd place we stayed in Bali for our 2 week holiday.
From the moment you walk in, you can feel how calm and tranquil this place is.
The setting is absolutely stunning, you feel like you are walking into a 5 star village.
The villa and private pool made my jaw drop, all I kept saying is WOW!
Staff are very attentive, warm and greet you with their hearts. Food is very tasty too with plenty of options to choose from.
It is a short 10 minute walk to the beach, there is a free shuttle from the villa to the centre of Sanur at 10, 12, 14 and 16 and returns at ¼ past.
We would highly recommend this stay, it is a beautiful place with beautiful people who truly want you to enjoy your stay.

From the outside, the hotel definitely appears smaller than it actually is. The property is quite large and very well maintained, with the gardens and green areas being in exceptionally good condition. Our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. A great deal of attention is clearly given to both service and hygiene.
The only negative point is the breakfast buffet, which, in my opinion, is somewhat limited and could offer a wider selection. Other than that, the value for money is excellent.
Set in a rather remote area in Sanur Kaur, not much to do locally, so ensure you have grab installed on your phone if you’re staying here.
Room wasn’t available as we arrived veggie check in time. When we returned later in the evening the ring e we were assigned was not what I had booked. I booked a pool access room, but was given a room on the first floor - thought there might have been a slide!! Alas, no side.
Informed reception and they promptly upgraded us to a villa with a private pool, which was nice but would have preferred the room I had booked, as we’ve felt somewhat isolated in the private pool villa.
In conclusion, room wasn’t as deceived, food was ok, staff were very friendly and offered very good service.
Breakfast is ok, nothing special.
I stayed here for three nights in the Mangrove 1 room and had a wonderful experience. Originally I planned to stay alone, but I ended up sharing the room with a girl I met on the island. We asked the staff beforehand and they were very flexible about it — the only extra cost was adding breakfast for the second person.
The entire stay was fantastic. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and very professional. The property is peaceful and not crowded at all, which made it perfect for relaxing. The villa itself is beautiful, with two great swimming pools and a very calm atmosphere.
The food was also excellent and reasonably priced, especially for Bali. But the absolute highlight was the breakfast. If I remember correctly, it was around 150k rupiah and included a basket of breads and pastries, fresh fruit or a smoothie, coffee or tea, a main breakfast dish, and even dessert.
You absolutely have to try the Balinese cake — it’s a must.
Without a doubt, I will return to this wonderful resort when I have the chance.
