Rating submitted: October 16 2026 We will definitely come back!!! The location of the accommodation amazing!! It’s close to Ubud's center. You can easily go to the center in just a few minutes with a Grab or shuttle provided by the hotel. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and beautifully presented. We booked our room with over looking the forest. The room is very spacious and clean. The main pool is also truly wonderful! We wanted to commend the staff. We received such a warm welcome every day and were given lots of tips on things to do. We would book this hotel again in a heartbeat and can recommend it 100%! My wife and I stayed at a villa with a pool for a week in September to celebrate her birthday and explore Ubud. I booked the special romantic dinner and it exceeded expectations in terms of ambience, food and service. One of the biggest assets of Vije is their staff, who were always very accommodating, it was pleasure getting to know them all. The facilities are well maintained, beds are comfortable, and breakfast consistently delicious. Highly recommend and would definitely return.
We had a wonderful stay at Vije Boutique Resort & Spa and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud. 🇮🇩 The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally well maintained, with a large bathroom and every comfort you could need. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. ❤️ The swimming pool is absolutely stunning and blends perfectly with the beautiful Balinese surroundings. Breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared, and offered a wide variety of choices every morning. 🥑🥥🍌🍉 The location is excellent, peaceful, quiet, and perfectly situated, with no noise at all while still being convenient for exploring Ubud.🌴 If you’re looking for a relaxing stay with outstanding hospitality, Vije Boutique Resort & Spa is an excellent choice. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, offering everything needed for a pleasant stay. One of the highlights of our experience was the warm hospitality of the team. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We also had the opportunity to experience the spa ritual, which was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. If you're looking for a quiet and charming place to stay near Ubud while still being surrounded by nature, Vije Boutique Resort is an excellent choice. First of all I would like to say a lot of places in Bali kind of force you into writing them a review…for example we will give you a dessert for free if you review us. Sometimes reading reviews we became sceptical, a lot of places had very high ratings but didn’t always live up to it. Vije is NOT like this, it totally deserves five stars, everything is absolute perfection. From the minute you enter it is a tranquil haven with the warmest welcome. We had originally booked to stay five nights but ended up extending an extra few days as we didn’t want to leave! We booked the one bedroom pool villa then moved to a smaller garden view room as the pool villa was already booked. Both rooms were absolutely beautiful - from the decor, to the bath, to the products placed in the bathrooms. Me and my partner both work in the yachting industry so have high standards when it comes to housekeeping. I could not fault anything. The beds were made perfectly everyday, new towels and bed linen changed when requested. The bed, pillows and linen were so comfortable. The resort itself is stunning, you hardly see any other guests and we had the main pool to ourselves! We ate a few times and the food is beautiful - so fresh and tasty. We also had a massage in the spa, it’s a little more expensive than the massages in ubud town but well worth it. It was such a lovely, relaxing experience and the spa therapists were lovely and amazing at their jobs. It was an hour of pure bliss and relaxation. Lastly, a huge special thank you to all the staff who made our stay so special. Each and every one of them, from the housekeeping, front desk and waiting staff were so kind, helpful and genuine. Not one staff member would pass you without saying a hello or how are you - they couldn’t do enough for us and it is truly them that make this resort so special. We hope to to be able to return some day as its genuinely the nicest place we have ever stayed. Do not hesitate to book - you will not regret it.
