I had a wonderful stay here! 😊 The staff were so nice and polite, and the food was absolutely superb, especially the local dishes at the breakfast buffet corner. I ordered room service every day during my 3-night stay, and they were always super fast and responsive. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends and will surely come back for another stay 😊
The service was amazing, but the room was a bit dirty in some places. The room is very big, but it feels empty. It's a convenient place if you have business at Hasanuddin University. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent.

The place is nice and i was there for a wedding ceremony. However, the room was not supposed to be checked-out at 12 PM because the wedding ceremony duration was until 2 PM. Plus, it is a room that is regarding of the wedding pack. Even the one who is getting married (my sister in-law) was surprised since it shouldn’t have been check-out that fast due to the long wedding ceremony. Maybe it is correct about the fact that it should be checked-out at 12 PM, but i did not get the information or anything similar about it. A bad experience for the first time, i wish that i could get an even better experience the next time i plan to book a room here. But after all that, the lobby and convention room is nice. I don’t have anything to complain about it.
