The host is truly kind and gentle, which made the whole stay feel very warm and welcoming. The guesthouse is tucked away in a quiet little alley, yet it’s only about a 5–8 minute walk to the main road. Along that short walk, there are also plenty of nice places to eat, which is very convenient. The room itself is clean and thoughtfully designed. You enter from the balcony, which I really loved, and the bathroom has a glass window with the light passing through, so it feels not at all stuffy. The hot water is reliable and plentiful. The bed is comfortably balanced—not too soft, not too firm—and the pillows are just right. Maybe the only thing I feel would be a problem for many clients, would be the air-conditioning, which they don’t have, only the fan, but to the fair, I stayed here from the end of March, until the end of April, I don’t feel that hot which can not bare, especially at night, I didn’t open the fan during all these 4 weeks. The host is also very attentive: housekeeping is arranged based on your preference, and anything you need is met with genuine effort to help. I especially enjoyed spending time sitting on the balcony every day—it became one of my favorite parts of the stay. Another thing I appreciated is that there are no roosters nearby (which can be quite common in many places here), so it’s peaceful. Right next door is a local community center, where you can sometimes hear laughter or rehearsal sounds. Personally, I didn’t find it disturbing at all—in fact, it made the experience feel more authentic and alive. Overall, just like many previous reviews have said, it truly feels like home. If I come back to Bali, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay in Ubud! The place is incredibly comfortable and immaculately clean, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. The room was cozy and there’s free coffee and tea. The owner is such a gem—super friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed The homestay’s location is also ideal, offering a quiet escape while still being close to the heart of Ubud. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and peaceful stay in Bali!
Double room with a quaint little court yard, perfect for a couple days in Ubud! The room was clean and was provided coffee and tea in the mornings. The location is perfect as it’s within the centre of Ubud but a couple minutes away from the busy main street. Owner was so sweet and made check in and out super easy. Would definitely stay again :)
We stayed here for 3 nights and we loved this place. We were warm welcome from Ayu. She was very friendly. Room was clean, and owner always tidied up my tea cup at balcony very quickly. Great location. It's just 5 to 10 minutes walk to the market, temples.. etc. If I visit here in the future, I'd love to stay here again.
Stayed there 3 nights in August. I felt warmly welcomed and the owner has a cousin with a nice place to eat local about 2 min away. There is only a fan and no A/C and it was ok at the time (28 degrees) but I know I would have appreciated the A/C. Unlike what was written on Booking there is no breakfast option but there are plenty around. Otherwise, the location is just great!!! It’s 5min walking away from the main dynamic streets, nice cafes, souvenir shops, spas…but it’s really quiet (except some nights for the garage in front who can work until very late if you don’t tell them to turn the volume down). The owner was nice but not flexible at all on the checkout time 🥲
