Truntum Kuta

This is a beautiful place to stay. Very relaxing very quiet. The supervisor looked after us very well and was so kind. Dodi had the time to sit and talk to us at breakfast. He was very lovely and I recommend that any Australian wanting to come to Lombok should stay here.

We had the most amazing stay at Truntum Kuta Bali! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. We were celebrating my partner Elvin’s birthday and our honeymoon, and the team went above and beyond to make it extra special for us. A special thank you to Nina, who was absolutely wonderful and helped organise the beautiful decorations in our room. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made the celebration even more memorable. 🥰 We truly appreciate everything the team did for us and the level of care and kindness we received throughout our stay. We couldn’t recommend this hotel and its amazing staff enough! We will definitely be recommending Truntum Kuta Bali to everyone and would love to come back again in the future. ❤️

★★★★☆ The location is excellent and very convenient for travelers. The hotel is right by the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and shops within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Gina and the slim male restaurant supervisor, who were always attentive and genuinely cared about the guests. Their excellent service made a positive difference to our experience. The hotel is a little dated and could benefit from some renovations. The only downside for me was the air quality in the surrounding area, which wasn’t great during our stay. It was uncomfortable enough that I ended up sleeping with a face mask on for three nights. The food selection was good, but I think the freshness of some dishes could be improved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because of the fantastic location and the warm hospitality. With some updates to the facilities, improvements to the food freshness, and a better surrounding environment, this hotel would provide an even better guest experience.

Hotel is great, pools are fantastic and location is wonderful. The staff are friendly and welcoming.....however... The hotel does not respect the "Do not disturb" sign that you hang on your door. The house keepers and duty supervisor constantly ringing the bell to our room when having an afternoon nap. This is a daily occurrence where the hotel needs to review their policy. We are early risers and enjoy an afternoon nap however this is not possible at this hotel, we were woken daily. We will not book this hotel again simply due to this. If your looking to relax in Bali, expect to be woken up after 2pm if hanging the do not disturb sign and trying to enjoy a afternoon nap...even after explaining if I want my room clean I will hang up the "Please make up room sign" I don't like to think what would occur if the door was not answered???? Unauthorised entry I assume. Never experienced this in the 100+ hotels I've stayed in.
