My husband and I stayed at Tirta Arum Ubud for two nights during our honeymoon, and we had a nice experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink at reception, which made us feel relaxed and appreciated.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and had direct access to a private pool, making our stay even more special. The breakfast was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable.
The location is excellent—close to the city center while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The staff are really friendly and welcoming. We only stayed for one night. For a longer stay, I think the rooms might feel a bit small and not very spacious, but for a few days it is a good value-for-money option.
The hotel entrance is quite dark and not very easy to walk around, and it is a bit far from the center, so you will probably need to use Grab. They do have shuttle service at certain times, which is nice.
The floating breakfast was free, so we tried it. Compared to Turkish breakfast, it was a bit basic. The infinity pool was really nice though. We went in the morning when nobody was there and really enjoyed the pool.
I would suggest providing hand towels and hotel slippers. After using the pool, everywhere gets muddy, and slippers would help keep the room cleaner. Also, I think having a sheer curtain would be better because with only blackout curtains you either have to keep the room dark or lose your privacy.
If you are looking for a quiet place to relax for a couple of days, this hotel is a nice option. The only downside for me was that the room felt a bit cramped and the ceiling felt low, so it didn’t feel very spacious or airy.
We had an amazing stay at Tirta Arum in Ubud. From the moment we arrived in Bali, everything felt easy, warm, and perfectly taken care of.
Adi picked us up from the airport and from the very beginning he was much more than just our driver. He helped us with bookings, guided us around, gave us great advice, and whenever we wanted to visit or do something, he always found a way to make it happen. He was professional, kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making our trip special.
When he picked us up, he asked us if we were visiting Bali for a special occasion. We told him it was our honeymoon, and without saying anything, he secretly arranged beautiful flowers and a special honeymoon decoration in our room. It was such a thoughtful surprise and something we will always remember.
The whole staff at Tirta Arum were also extremely kind, welcoming, and professional. Everyone made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. Whenever we needed something it was in our room within minutes.
Everything was good, but what made this place truly special was the people. Tirta Arum gave us a beautiful start to our Bali honeymoon, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud.

I love Ubud/Bali , I love Tirta Arum Ubud. This is my second stay at this hotel, and it feels like home in Ubud. Also this hotel full prices/performans 👌 The staff are friendly and very cheerful. Yes if you say ı want to peacefully and silently ambiance yes lets go here 👌 I believe you’ll faint to the pool here. 15 munites to center of ubud for walking and 30 munites monkey forest but if you dont want to walk too it have shuttle bus everday between hotel ubud city center. İf you come to ubud you can try this hotel definitely.
Our vacation went wonderfully. We were satisfied with everything during our stay. The service provided was at a quality level you would find in a nearly five-star hotel. The rooms were very clean and impressively large — really large — and in your private villa, you also have your own pool. Everything you may need is available, just like in a five-star hotel. The staff is very good and friendly, and they always check if you need anything. Since it’s a family-run hotel, you truly feel at home. Breakfast was included with the room, and there were many options prepared fresh. The garden landscaping is beautiful. There is also laundry service available at a very reasonable price, and having a shuttle service is an extra advantage. Besides the private pools, there is also a large shared pool available for guests.
