Tijili Hotel Benoa

I had a wonderful stay at Tijili Benoa and I would definitely recommend it! The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping unless you choose the “Do Not Disturb” option. My room had everything I needed, including air conditioning, hair dryer, toiletries and even welcome fruits. Everything was perfectly prepared and made my stay very comfortable. The breakfast offers a great variety of options, and the hotel also has two restaurants. I especially enjoyed spending time at Warung Bamboo on the beach. The hotel has its own beach area with sunbeds and calm water, which is perfect for relaxing, and there are also plenty of water sports available right on the beach. The location is very convenient as well. There are shops, pharmacies, restaurants and other facilities nearby, so you have almost everything you might need within easy reach. A special thank you to everyone at the Tijili reception for their kindness and excellent service throughout my stay. I would also especially like to thank Febi, who was always so attentive and made sure I got my espresso every morning. ☕ It was such a small detail, but it made my mornings even better! Everything about my stay was wonderful, from the room and facilities to the beach, food and, most importantly, the lovely people working here. Thank you, Tijili Benoa, for making my time in Bali even more special. I would happily stay here again!

I stayed at Tijili Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights while attending a company training program. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel facilities were good, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a full day of training. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be helpful to provide a trash bin inside the bathroom for added convenience. Also, the shower water pressure could be stronger to make the bathing experience more enjoyable. The breakfast was quite delicious with a good variety of choices. However, during my stay, the fried chicken did not taste very fresh. I hope the freshness and quality of the food can be improved. One of the best highlights of the hotel is the direct access to the beautiful beach behind the property. It is a wonderful place to walk, relax, or simply enjoy the scenery. There are also several convenience stores within walking distance, making it easy to buy anything you might need during your stay. Thank you to the entire Tijili Hotel team for your warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and hope to visit again in the future.

Absolute disgrace. This hotel is nowhere near a 4-star standard. The main pool is in terrible condition, and the rooftop pool is not great at all. The beach is equally disappointing, there couldn’t have been more than about 20 sunbeds, the water was dirty, and there was a constant smell of fuel. The entire property feels neglected and run down. It honestly makes you wonder if any proper maintenance exists. If the hotel were honestly advertised as a 3-star property, I might have given it 3/5. Having a pool is not enough. Claiming to be a 4-star hotel is simply misleading. I’ve stayed in many 4-star hotels that were far better maintained than this. Fortunately, we only booked one night because we arrived in Nusa Dua a day early. We then moved to SOL by Melia, which cost only about €20 more per night, and the difference was night and day. If you’re looking for a hotel with decent facilities and a clean beach, choose SOL by Melia or another hotel instead.

Our stay at Tijili Hotel Benoa was very enjoyable. The hotel has a modern, colorful design that creates a cheerful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We especially loved the rooftop pool with its beautiful view, as well as the convenient location close to the beach and various restaurants. We highly recommend booking a room with breakfast, as the food is delicious and varied. We also strongly recommend the afternoon tea — a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Overall, it’s a great choice for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Benoa.
