This is a decent 2–3 star budget hotel, not a 4-star property as advertised. The rooms are clean, but there is no elevator, so be prepared to use the stairs. The service is average—tea and coffee were provided in the room, but there was no milk powder. Breakfast had very limited vegetarian options, and even some listed items were unavailable due to missing ingredients. The staff is polite, but the overall experience was quite ordinary.

I have to say that I was very impressed with this family hotel. Located in the heart of Seminyak, it's a 1-minute walk from The Forge. The rooms are spacious, the bed is big, and the mattress is great. The TV is a bit small, but that's not a big issue for me. You have a fridge and a kettle, coffee and tea, plus 2 bottles of complimentary water. There is a safe box in the room but I didn't use it. I didn't try the swimming pool, but it's big enough as I walked around the hotel. The restaurant is located on the top floor and we got a 20% discount. Overall, this place is good value for money and we will definitely recommend it and come back soon.
Value for money. I stayed at this small boutique hotel for 3 nights and had a really pleasant experience overall. The atmosphere felt intimate and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax. Breakfast was included, and I really enjoyed the à la carte menu. Each breakfast came with tea or coffee and a glass of fresh juice, which was a nice touch and a great way to start the day. I had requested a twin room, and the beds were set up exactly as asked. The bedding was clean and comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep throughout my stay. One thing that stood out—especially compared to many places in Bali—was the excellent water pressure in the shower. It’s a small detail, but it made a big difference and added to the overall comfort of the stay.
Guys don’t expect anything magical in this hotel. Its a normal 2-3 star hotel with decent room without elevator so you have to walk those big stairs. They did offer a below floor room but didn’t make sense as we were already in. Handful of veg breakfast menu so you can’t select much. Staff is pretty good but i found it much average and not what they claim as a 4 star property which its not.Anybody who wants basic stay and decent property this is for you.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Visala Boutique Suites for a week, and it was a truly satisfying experience. The staff, from the front desk receptionists to everyone else, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, both day and night. Their willingness to chat and offer local tips was a highlight; I discovered several wonderful places to visit that I wouldn't have found otherwise. The room was more than spacious enough for my solo trip, and it would easily accommodate two people comfortably. However, the standout feature for me was the bathroom—it was impeccably clean, which is always a top priority. The cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, was the most satisfying part of my stay. The breakfast was just so-so for my taste, but this was not an issue as I didn't have high expectations for it. Overall, the hospitality and cleanliness made my stay incredibly pleasant, and I would highly recommend this hotel
