The room was ok! Mattresses were not hard. More like middle between hard and soft , which is acceptable for European people! Yeas, there is a bit mold! Breakfast was good for me! Not a big variety, but it’s ok! Big swimming pool , gym and billiard are opened to have a chill

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet the expectations of a 5-star property. The overall atmosphere felt neglected and almost abandoned. The room was not clean and clearly lacked proper maintenance. Breakfast was especially disappointing — very limited options, poor quality food, and items that were dry and tasteless. Service throughout the stay was also underwhelming and not up to the standard one would expect at this price point. Overall, the experience felt closer to a 2-star hotel rather than a luxury stay. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and service.

Room is very spacious but VERY POOR SERVICE , *FIRSTLY first day of our arrival we asked to borrow cutlery, they said kitchen already closed, they couldn’t provide. *SECONDLY , The barcode written on the wall for their menu is not an easy one, have to download apps to check their menu, after I downloaded was an error. *THIRDLY , we would love to ordered coffee from the room at around 10am ish , they said coffee only open for lunch 🤣 which is silly ,, coffee everywhere in the world mostly for breakfast. *4TH, we went once to their restaurant wanted to wat there for dinner, prices still affordable but once we seated none of the staff came to take an order so we left and never do it again. *5TH, we stayed for 9 nights, and they never changed our bed sheets 😆they come to clean everyday just to take the trash and replace the bottle waters and change towels.

This hotel near to GWK tourist atraction, the hotel have realy huge space for everything, the pool( indor and outdoor), the restaurant, the loby, the park, playroom for kids(didnt feel fresh inside). I believe these hotel have lot of customer in the past because they have hundred of room, and it built for large familly friends and gathering too. The deluxe room i reserve is clean, the sheet didn't smell, we need everything in this room as usual (hairdryer, towel, coffee, water, bathup. I just cant stand with the balcony because the balcony didnt feel private because the gave us in front of the security and main street to enter the hotel . I wish i can move to another room that lil bit private. Actually thats why i reserve this deluxe room with balcony so i could enjoy the fresh air outside my window (i wish). The food not really bad, but its not the luxury breakfast. They served pie susu bali, i thought it otentic and well desert (sweet and crunchie). This hotel seems lack of employe, maybe because of covid 19, lot of place or room seem like not maintain very well, and the elevator we use looks dirty and dusty. Employe from the loby didnt gave us smile, good morning, or ask somethig, like we didnt exist here for 3 night. And they talk and laugh each other verry loudly as i walk trough the lobby. Employe that make up our room lil bit nice to me, he ask what i need because i didnt want my room to be cleaned for 3 night. If you search for quite place but not verry expensive, large room, luxury but old fashion, you can choose this one. Everything was good but not exelent. But make sure you didt get main entrance or security view 🥲They have lot of space, pool view or park view at side. Last but not least i apreciate what this hotel offer to the customer, i wish this hotel could be more better and have more more lot of visitor
