The Seminyak Beach Resort & Spa

WiFi at the pool is sketchy and keeps dropping out. Local 5g network behaves like 3G. So slow. Pool staff are plentiful, some are sociable and easy to attract their attention, several are impossible to persuade from their present mission. Strangely, you can view the food menu via a QR code, but you can’t order from it. Seems a bit pointless, especially when you consider the WiFi and 5g connections. The pool area is large as is the pool. It’s a great place to watch the beach from works go by. It’s what I would consider a traditional hotel. Open lobby, reception and restaurant. Lots of ornate wood and marble. The gardens are fantastic and well cared for. The Room was vast. Very comfortable. A real coffee machine is provided. Always hate getting Nescafé sachets in an otherwise good hotel. Twin wash basins. A hot tub. And balcony. Unbelievably, all Softdrinks in the mini bar are free, as are a large selection of snacks and nibbles in the room. Once it’s gone you pay. But it’s a fabulous gesture. They keep a huge koi pond around the restaurant area. Beautiful huge fish and lots of smaller species.

We had the BEST stay at the Seminyak Resort and Spa. The staff are so warm and accomodating, this property really stood out from the 4 hotels we stayed at in Bali. Aussie who looked after us at check in and as our personalised guest contact was wonderful. She made the experience that much more special .The private garden view villa is gorgeous. The extras included make your stay so memorable. The location was just perfect for us to explore and shop and dine. We ate at the beachside restaurant at the resort twice for lunch. And the two girls here Trikiwi and her colleague were also outstanding and the food was delicious. We will be back next year!

This was my first visit to Bali, and I chose this villa in Seminyak as my first stay for three nights. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, especially considering the price point. The villa is spacious, well-maintained, and comes with a beautiful private pool. The rooms were very clean, and I particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area with a fan—it was a great place to relax. The location is another major advantage, with popular spots like Potato Head and ShiShi Lounge just a short walk away. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout the stay, and the breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully. There are a few areas that could be improved. While the staff were always polite, response times to requests could be faster. The beach is about an 8-minute walk from the property, which may or may not matter depending on your plans. The private pool stays quite cold, so it wasn't as enjoyable as expected. The bathtub area also lacks curtains, so the morning sunlight can be quite bright if you're using that space. Afternoon tea has very limited options, and while the breakfast quality is excellent, the menu could offer more variety for longer stays. If you're booking here, I recommend requesting a room away from the main road for a quieter experience. Overall, this is a solid luxury villa in Seminyak and offers good value at around ₹12,000 (INR) per night, including taxes anything more might be on the higher side . I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Bali.

We had an excellent stay at the Seminyak Beach Resort and Spa. The staff are unbelievably helpful and kind. We particularly loved our servers, Nika and Epi, who greeted us every morning by name and provided us such exceptional service throughout the duration of our stay. The hotel grounds are lovely. It’s a very quiet and relaxing environment. Thank you for a great stay
