Had a fabulous 2 week stay here in a suite, room was immaculate, reception was immaculate absolutely every staff member there was so polite and professional. Location was fantastic. We enjoyed it so much we are returning in Feb for a 20 night stay, huge thank you to Miss D at reception for organising this for us, you are a champion.

The food was fantastic, but what really made our stay special was the incredible staff on the top floor. They were always so happy to see us, welcoming, friendly and went above and beyond every day.
Mertha and the whole team have done such an amazing job making our stay perfect. We felt so welcomed and looked after from start to finish.

Nice hotel. Small room but fine for sleeping. Breakfast was awesome plenty to eat buffett. Pools x 3 are fine.
Had a couple issues. Pool advertised to close at 10pm we asked for pool towels 2 days in a row but got none. Pool closed at 8pm after we said we were going to swim at 7.50pm were not told pool was closing early. Rooms not sound proof could hear people outside room on hallway.
But friendly staff. Close to night life. Heaps of massage places around and market stalls. Reasonable prices. We would recommend and stay here again
Great hotel. Rooms were clean and quiet and regularly serviced. TV has movie channels. Pool.and gym were good (aircon needs to be fixed in gym however). Buffet breakfast was good. I enjoyed my stay
We recently had a wonderful stay at The ONE Legian Hotel in Bali, location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Legian, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach.
The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.
One of the highlights was the rooftop pool and bar area, offering a great atmosphere and beautiful views—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast selection was also excellent, with a variety of delicious options to start the day.
We also had a small issue regarding the bed type during my stay, but it was handled very professionally by Mr. David. He was attentive, responsive, and ensured that the situation was resolved quickly and smoothly, which we truly appreciated.
Additionally, we tried the massage package, and it was incredibly relaxing. It really added to the overall experience and helped me unwind during my stay.
