The Garcia Ubud Hotel & Resort

I was so lucky that my room upgraded to two bed room villa. This trip actually is a mix of honeymoon and family trip as my husband mom and aunt also follow arround. By upgrading the room to this villa, There is privacy yet we can also be close with the family as we have separated living room and private swimming pool. Housekeeping team did a great job of cleaning the room despite how big the villa is. Thank you for Pastry team and IRD team who sent the honeymoon cake such a lovely gesture. Thank you for all FB team it was such a great breakfast 💗 Thank you for the swift action from engineering team who in charge on 12th night ( so sorry i forgot the name). Gardener who keep the flower and the environment of the hotel clean and looks amazing. Last, this stay won’t be complete without cute trainee who show me around meita and eka (wishing you tons of luck for your study and future career) I can see potential for you as you put so much genuine care to guests and also Kak Nana and Bli Oka who assisted check in and check out with a big smile. 💗

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the seating areas were lovely. The restaurant was a highlight too , the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and had a great variety of halal options. Our room was clean, although it felt a little old. There were a few drawbacks: the bathroom was located outside, which was not ideal for privacy and also allowed insects into the room. The TV was very outdated, and the pool did not offer complete privacy as it was somewhat exposed. Overall, it was a beautiful, quiet, and clean hotel with an excellent restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay at Garcia Ubud Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel well looked after throughout our stay. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and of excellent quality. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the beds provided a great night’s sleep after long days exploring Ubud. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious, authentic food with a great variety of local dishes, and every meal we had was enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was the candlelight dinner experience at the hotel. The setting was beautiful and romantic, the service was exceptional, and the food was excellent. It made for a truly memorable evening and is something we would highly recommend to anyone staying at the hotel. Overall, Garcia Ubud Hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding hospitality, comfortable accommodation, and wonderful dining experiences. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I say this with pride: this is by far the best affordable 5‑star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, from the stunning architecture and excellent facilities to the seamless service and generous breakfast. They even offered complimentary activities like yoga, Balinese dance classes, pampering services, and more. Truly unbeatable value for money, especially with the free shuttle service to Ubud’s center with a private driver. As someone rarely impressed by hotel breakfasts, I was blown away here. Their breakfast was the best I’ve had: two complimentary courses plus unlimited drinks. From rich coffee to wellness blends, every sip kept us energized and healthy throughout our stay. Service was equally outstanding. Every staff member was accommodating and attentive, even the trainees. Reception was accommodating and perfect. For restaurant service, special mention to Wyna, Julia, and Pastika, whose top‑notch hospitality made our experience seamless and memorable. The rooms were another highlight, spacious, spotless, and well‑maintained with regular housekeeping. For the price, the quality is exceptional. This hotel truly delivers the luxury of a 5‑star stay at an affordable rate. And during our stay, we availed their free yoga class, and it was amazing and beginner friendly.
