Absolutely feral. The pics are clearly photoshopped. The smell and the mould all over the room was gross. We walked into the room and turned around and booked another one elsewhere. We were only using it for a few hours before we flew out that night but we couldn’t even sit on the lounge, it was stained. The smell of mould was sickening

Great place to start a journey because the strategic location . Near to the International Airport like 5-10 minutes depends on the traffic . But the hotel located inside of an alleyway so its quite dark . Hotel looks good enough for the money we spent here 👍🏼 The staff all very helpful and friendly especially the receptionist mbak 🫶🏼
This was honestly one of the worst stays I’ve experienced. The rooms were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There were insects and bugs inside the room, which made it very uncomfortable and unpleasant to stay. Cleanliness seems to be completely neglected here. The property itself feels very old, worn out, and not properly taken care of. The furniture is outdated, dusty, and clearly not maintained for a long time. Nothing felt fresh or hygienic, and it completely ruined the overall experience. That said, the only positive aspect was the staff. They were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout. The people in Bali are genuinely kind and welcoming, which stood in complete contrast to the disappointing condition of this property.
I’m giving Diana Suites 3 stars because the staff were incredibly accommodating and kind during our stay. They really helped me with my specific needs, assisted with our luggage, and made the checkout process smooth and stress-free. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself had quite a few issues. There was no hot water in the shower. Many things in the room were broken or cracked, including several floor tiles. The bathroom had visible mildew, and the towels were dingy, torn, and smelled strongly of chlorine — almost like they were also being used as pool towels. There was also a mystery puddle of water under the AC unit, which was concerning. The “king-size bed” is actually two twin beds pushed together, so keep that in mind if that matters to you. The photos on their listing look very different from the current condition of the property. It seems like the photos may have been taken when they first opened, because the hotel now doesn’t match what’s advertised. That being said, the price is very cheap, and you do get what you pay for. The staff’s kindness was definitely the highlight of our stay.
I stayed here for one night only, as I arrived very late and was extremely tired, so I had no option to look for another hotel at that hour. The location is relatively close to the airport, which can be convenient for a short stay. However, the room and bathroom were in very poor condition. There was visible humidity damage, peeling paint, stained walls, mold, and a clear lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. The bathroom had unpleasant odors and did not feel hygienic. The air conditioning was unreliable, working intermittently and stopping at times, which made the room very uncomfortable in a humid climate. Although the area is strategically located, the surrounding neighborhood is not very pleasant. The street is narrow and poorly maintained. As a pregnant guest, cleanliness and comfort are essential. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this property.
